研究了不同配比的增黏剂、黏度调节剂、增塑剂和填充剂等对无规聚丙烯(APP)热熔胶性能的影响;以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和苯乙烯(St)等对APP进行熔融接枝改性,得到改性APP接枝物(即APP-g-St-MMA-BA);通过可视化优化法优选出制备APP热熔胶和APP-g-St-MMA-BA的最佳配方。结果表明:制备APP热熔胶的最佳配方为m(APP4型)∶m(APP5型)∶m(氢化C9树脂)∶m(轻质CaCO3)∶m(合成蜡)∶m(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)=42.9∶57.1∶55∶14.0∶11.0∶3;制备APP-g-St-MMA-BA的最佳配方为m(APP5型)∶m(过氧化二异丙苯)∶m(MMA)∶m(BA)∶m(St)=20∶0.24∶2.16∶1.00∶1.24;APP-g-St-MMA-BA的耐热性能明显优于APP。 相似文献

In this paper, ammonium polyphosphate(APP)/expandable graphite(EG)/thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composites were prepared by microlayer coextrusion technology, APP and EG fillers had good synergistic flame retardancy and excellent dispersion in TPU matrix, which greatly improved the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of multilayer composites. The dispersion of APP and EG in TPU was characterized by using SEM, the flame retardancy of composites was characterized by using UL94 and LOI, the thermal stability of composites was characterized by using TGA and DTG, and tensile test was used to characterized the mechanical properties of composites. SEM showed that the microlayer coextrusion technology significantly improved the dispersion of APP and EG in TPU. As showed by the experimental results, the vertical combustion level of ordinary blended composites reached V-2 after adding only one kind of filler either APP or EG, and the vertical combustion level of ordinary blended composites reached V-0 with APP and EG applied together, while the vertical combustion level of microlayer coextruded composites all reached V-0 when the total addition of APP and EG was 15%. In particular, the LOI value of microlayer coextruded composites was 30.9%, while the LOI value of ordinary blended composites only was 27.9% when APP: EG = 1: 1. At this time, the flame retardancy level of APP/EG/TPU composites was the best. In addition, the thermal stability and mechanical properties of microlayer coextruded composites were far superior to ordinary blended composites. In conclusion, the synergistic flame retardancy of APP and EG fillers and the dispersion of APP and EG fillers in TPU matrix played a significant role in enhancing flame retardancy and mechanical properties. 相似文献

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the major cause of dementia, and affected individuals suffer from severe cognitive, mental, and functional impairment. Histologically, AD brains are basically characterized by the presence of amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. Previous reports demonstrated that protein kinase CK1δ influences the metabolism of amyloid precursor protein (APP) by inducing the generation of amyloid-β (Aβ), finally contributing to the formation of amyloid plaques and neuronal cell death. We therefore considered CK1δ as a promising therapeutic target and suggested an innovative strategy for the treatment of AD based on peptide therapeutics specifically modulating the interaction between CK1δ and APP. Initially, CK1δ-derived peptides manipulating the interactions between CK1δ and APP695 were identified by interaction and phosphorylation analysis in vitro. Selected peptides subsequently proved their potential to penetrate cells without inducing cytotoxic effects. Finally, for at least two of the tested CK1δ-derived peptides, a reduction in Aβ levels and amyloid plaque formation could be successfully demonstrated in a complex cell culture model for AD. Consequently, the presented results provide new insights into the interactions of CK1δ and APP695 while also serving as a promising starting point for further development of novel and highly innovative pharmacological tools for the treatment of AD. 相似文献

目的筛选猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)1型与5型特异的疫苗候选基因,并研究痤疮丙酸杆菌对猪传染性胸膜肺炎的异源免疫。方法采用cDNA代表性差异分析、大肠杆菌核糖体展示、免疫筛选和RT-PCR技术筛选APP1型和5型血清型特异的疫苗候选基因,进行克隆、测序及同源序列分析。并用与APP疫苗候选基因具有同源序列的痤疮丙酸杆菌(PA)免疫小鼠,研究其对APP感染的异源免疫。结果获得血清1型APP6条疫苗候选基因,2条为未知基因,2条与PA同源性为98%,2条与人cDNA有同源性。获得血清5型APP7条疫苗候选基因,其中2条为未知基因,2条与PA同源性分别为93%和100%。用PA全菌免疫小鼠,产生的抗血清可与1型和5型APP发生强的免疫反应,ELISA检测效价达1∶3200;脾淋巴细胞检测结果显示,免疫组CD3+、CD4+T细胞的百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值与对照组相比均升高,两组CD3+T细胞百分率差异有显著意义。以10倍LD501型和5型APP分别感染PA免疫小鼠,小鼠存活率分别为95%和90%,并且在攻毒后第15天体内APP可全部被清除。结论1型与5型APP存在不同的疫苗候选基因,痤疮丙酸杆菌与之存在共同抗原,能够产生交叉免疫应答,对血清1型和5型APP的感染具有预防作用。 相似文献
