Decentralized Dynamic Event-Triggered Communication and Active Suspension Control of In-Wheel Motor Driven Electric Vehicles with Dynamic Damping 下载免费PDF全文
This paper addresses the co-design problem of decentralized dynamic event-triggered communication and active suspension control for an in-wheel motor driven electric vehicle equipped with a dynamic damper. The main objective is to simultaneously improve the desired suspension performance caused by various road disturbances and alleviate the network resource utilization for the concerned in-vehicle networked suspension system. First, a T-S fuzzy active suspension model of an electric vehicle under dynamic damping is established. Second,a novel decentralized dynamic event-triggered communication mechanism is developed to regulate each sensor's data transmissions such that sampled data packets on each sensor are scheduled in an independent manner. In contrast to the traditional static triggering mechanisms, a key feature of the proposed mechanism is that the threshold parameter in the event trigger is adjusted adaptively over time to reduce the network resources occupancy. Third, co-design criteria for the desired event-triggered fuzzy controller and dynamic triggering mechanisms are derived. Finally, comprehensive comparative simulation studies of a 3-degrees-of-freedom quarter suspension model are provided under both bump road disturbance and ISO-2631 classified random road disturbance to validate the effectiveness of the proposed co-design approach. It is shown that ride comfort can be greatly improved in either road disturbance case and the suspension deflection, dynamic tyre load and actuator control input are all kept below the prescribed maximum allowable limits, while simultaneously maintaining desirable communication efficiency. 相似文献

The content and the caking index of the heavy,the dense medium and the loose medium components of coal,obtained by extraction and stripping with CS_2/N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone mixed solvent(1:1 by volume),were studied and correlated with the caking property of raw coals.Images of the three group components after heat treatment were analyzed.The results show that both caking index(G) and maximum thickness of plastic layer(Y) of coals have a good linear relationship with the content of the medium component;the dense medium and the loose medium components are the two key factors to determine the caking property of raw coals-they are the source materials of fluidity and swelling of coal,respectively;the heavy component without the swelling and fluidity was cohered by the other components;two new indexes,which can extend current understanding of the caking properties,were introduced. 相似文献

针对固定式海洋风机在随机风浪载荷及其联合作用下产生的具有倒立摆运动特征的纵摇,研究采用主动转动惯量驱动系统(Active Rotary Inertia Driver, ARID)对海洋风机纵摇进行控制的问题。ARID控制系统通过伺服电机驱动转动惯性质量产生控制结构摆动的最优力矩,从而减小海洋风机的纵摇运动。基于拉格朗日原理建立海洋风机-ARID控制系统的理论分析模型;采用Simulink对海洋风机-ARID控制系统的有效性进行验证,并分析系统参数(控制算法参数、转动惯量比等)对控制效果的影响规律;设计海洋风机-ARID控制系统的振动台试验,设置多种载荷激励形式,验证控制系统的稳定性与广谱有效性。数值模拟和试验结果均验证了所建立的分析模型的正确性,表明ARID控制系统对风机的纵摇运动具有显著的控制作用,为ARID控制系统在具有倒立摆运动规律的工程结构中的应用奠定理论基础。 相似文献

The effects of thickness and types of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of gold plating on cavity surface of ceramic package were investigated. It was found that the thicker gold plating, the less discoloration degree for ceramic packages. Non-cyanide gold plating performed better resistance to high-temperature aging than cyanide gold plating. The relationship between the gold plating thickness and the amount of diffused Ni to the gold plating of ceramic packages with Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co platings after heating at 420℃for 15 min was also studied. When the gold plating thickness reach 2.0 μm and 1.6 μm for Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co plating systems, respectively, no discoloration was observed on the gold plating surface of cavity, and the corresponding diffused Ni amounts (mass fraction) are 1.0% and 0.4%, while the diffused Co to the gold plating is 0.04%. 相似文献

通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪研究了Ag-Cu-Ti钎料中的活性元素Ti在钎料与立方氮化硼(CBN)磨粒高温钎焊结合界面的扩散现象,并运用动力学分析对界面反应层的生长过程及反应激活能进行了探讨。结果表明:钎焊过程中,钎料中的活性元素Ti明显向磨粒侧扩散偏聚并发生化学反应,实现了磨粒与基体材料的牢固结合;钎焊CBN磨粒表面生成的TiB2和TiN化合物形貌接近平衡状态下生长的理想形貌;界面反应层在钎焊温度1153K~1193K,保温时间5min~20min之间依据抛物线生长法则所得扩散激活能值表明其生长过程主要受新生TiN影响。 相似文献

A high-speed spindle can be very sensitive to rotating mass unbalance which has harmful effect on many types of rotating machinery. Therefore, the balancing procedure is certainly needed to reduce vibration in all high-speed rotating systems. In this study, an active balancing program using influence coefficient method and an active balancing device of an electro-magnetic type with both simple and reliable structures were applied to the developed high-speed spindle system. A gain scheduling control using influence coefficients of the reference model was proved to be effective in balancing the spindle system although its characteristics were changed. The stability of reference influence coefficients was verified by experiments with frequency response functions. The active balancing experiment of the manufactured spindle system using an active balancing program and device was also performed efficiently during the operation. As a result, controlled unbalance responses after balancing work were below the vibration limit at all rotating speed ranges including critical speeds. 相似文献
