Fractionation of water insoluble solids and extraction of pectins from residues of juice-extracted satsuma mandarin fruit by wet grinding

The waste biomass residue from satsuma mandarin juice production was extracted by wet-fine grinding and separated by centrifugation into insoluble and soluble fractions. The insoluble material was wet-screened into four fractions and analysed for crude fibre and total hydrolysable sugars. Crude fibre was almost exclusively in fractions containing particles over 50 μm, comprising about 65% of the insoluble material; this could provide a raw material high in crude fibre. The remaining insoluble fraction was almost devoid of crude fibre.
The soluble extract contained up to 63% of the total pectic substances with very similar methoxyl contents and degree of esterification, but double the viscometric molecular weight of a standard citrus pectin. The method provides an alternative to that of hot acid extraction.

醇类示踪剂技术在江汉油田应用研究

示踪剂的物理化学特性及其与油层岩石和流体的相互作用程度,直接影响示踪剂的流动特性,并对最终解释结果产生影响。室内开展异丙醇和正丁醇的稳定性、流体配伍性、地层吸附损耗等实验。研究表明:醇类示踪剂异丙醇、正丁醇与地层流体具有较好的配伍性、稳定性,且吸附损失相对较小,彼此之间无干扰,适合于井间监测。

应用Peng-Robinson(P-R)状态方程对超临界CO2系统进行了相平衡模拟。对超临界CO2和醇类二元系统进行了汽液相平衡计算,结果表明,P-R状态方程模拟高压下CO2系统的相平衡具有较高的精度。     

高产酒精酵母菌种的选育

从黄酒酒醅等样品中分离筛选并以热冲击处理，紫外线和Co^60-r射线照射获得一支高产酒精酵母种MHY4-36，以玉米淀粉为原料32℃发酵60-68h，可产酒精度17.5%（v/v）以上，耐酒精度20%（v/v )以上，并适合边糖化边发酵工艺。

Single atom iron carbons supported Pd–Ni–P nanoalloy as a multifunctional electrocatalyst for alcohol oxidation

Exploring high-performance and multifunctional electrocatalysts for alcohols oxidation is the key to develop alkaline fuel cells. Herein, we prepared a novel palladium-nickel-phosphorus catalyst supported on single atom iron carbons (SAICs) with different diameter sizes (1000 nm, 200 nm, 100 nm, 50 nm, and 20 nm), which were synthesized by direct carbonization of Fe-doped Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8 (ZIF-8). Electrochemical tests reveal that the as-prepared PdNiP/50nmSAIC exhibited excellent electrooxidation activity and stability to the various alcohols (methanol, glycerol, and especially ethylene glycol) electrooxidation in the alkaline solution, which is much higher than that of commercial Pd/C and other advanced Pd-based catalysts. Meanwhile, the rotating disk electrode (RDE) and CO-stripping results proves that PdNiP/50nmSAIC possesses a faster kinetic process of ethylene glycol oxidation and enhanced anti-CO poisoning ability. Our efforts provide a new strategy for the development of MOFs-derived multielement electrocatalyst with excellent activity and stability, and a bright future for alcohol oxidation.
