Such large-scale disruptions as the pandemic increase the uncertainty and risk related to business. Therefore, the business continuity management (BCM) has become an essential technical solution for enterprise emergency response. Since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 has spread worldwide at an alarming rate causing many threats to sustainable development of the business sector. The decline in consumer demand has hugely impacted service industries, such as wholesale and retail sales, tourism. Enterprise production and operations have faced severe challenges. In this study, we develop a risk factor analysis of BCM under the presence of COVID-19 in China. Based on a statistical survey of 940 enterprises in Hangzhou City, China, this study employs ordinal logistic regression to explore the hindering effect of risk factors introduced by the epidemic on business performance. Then, the interpretive structure model (ISM) is applied to analyze the hierarchical structure of the factors under examination. The key factors influencing the enterprise production and operation during COVID-19 outbreak significantly differ across the sub-sectors of the service industry. Therefore, this paper assesses the resilience of the productive technologies and business models of different industries amid the pandemic. Transmission of pathogenic microorganisms on textile in the hospital settings may contribute to nosocomial infection. This study was aimed to develop a natural antimicrobial finishing on textile that can prevent transmission of pathogenic microorganisms that meets American Association of Textiles Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) standard. Punica granatum L ethanolic extract was shown to have broad spectrum antimicrobial efficacy with bis(6-methylheptyl)-benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate and ethyl-pentadecanoate as the main bioactive constituents. Textile samples developed with the extract finishing exhibited excellent antimicrobial efficacy with a growth reduction of 99.9% on Hoheinstein Challenge Test. 以油莎豆饼和高粱为原料,分别采用固态和液态发酵工艺酿造油莎豆白酒,对油莎豆白酒的发酵工艺进行选择。在此基础上,采用单因素试验及正交试验探究发酵温度、糖化酶添加量以及活性干酵母添加量对油莎豆白酒发酵及理化指标的影响,从而确定油莎豆白酒的最佳固态发酵工艺条件,并对油莎豆白酒发酵过程中酒醅的发酵指标进行实时监测。结果表明,油莎豆白酒的最佳发酵工艺为固态发酵,最佳发酵工艺条件为发酵温度23 ℃,糖化酶添加量190 U/g、活性干酵母添加量0.5‰。在此优化条件下,油莎豆白酒的酒精度为9.2%vol,总酯含量为2.96 g/L,总酸含量为1.45 g/L,乙酸乙酯含量为2.42 g/L,出酒率达到41%。油莎豆白酒发酵过程中,酒精含量逐渐升高,最后趋于平缓,发酵结束后,酒精度达9.2%vol;发酵温度先上升后下降,第6天时酒醅温度达到峰值(27.9 ℃);剩余淀粉含量逐渐下降,发酵结束后,淀粉消耗12.21%。 相似文献

This work aimed to evaluate the stability of sorghum 3-deoxyanthocyanins (DXA) in model beverages (pH 3.5) elaborated with crude sorghum phenolic extract, containing ascorbic acid and sulphite, under fluorescent light exposure and subjected to heat treatment. There was no significant difference in the DXA degradation during storage under light exposure (24.16%) and absence of light (20.72%). DXA degradation did not differ in the presence of ascorbic acid during storage under light exposure (23.99–25.38%) and absence of light (19.87–21.74%). The addition of sulphite caused an initial bleaching reaction, but as a reversible reaction, the anthocyanin content was higher on the last day of storage compared to the first day. There were no significant differences in total anthocyanin content of all treatments subjected to the heat treatment (80 °C for 5 and 25 min). Thus, crude DXA are very stable under light, additives and heat, and may be useful as natural food colourants. 相似文献
