Carbon nanofibers: Synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical properties

Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) have been synthesized by co-catalyst deoxidization process by a reaction between C₂H₅OC₂H₅, Zn and Fe powder at 650 °C for 10 h. These nanofibers exhibit diameters of ∼80 nm and lengths ranging from several micrometers to tens of micrometers. X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy indicate that as-prepared CNFs possess low graphitic crystallinity. The resultant CNFs as electrode shows capacity of ∼220 mAh/g and high reversibility with little hysteresis in the insertion/deintercalation reactions of lithium-ion. In addition, the possible growth of CNFs is discussed.     

浅谈涤纶全拉伸丝油剂

远红外丙纶的性能研究

系统测试了采用共混纺丝法研制出的远红外丙纶及织物的物理机械性能、远红外发射性能、保温性能、耐洗涤性能和抗菌性能，并对用远红外丙纶加工的护腿的医疗保健作用进行了临床检测。进而讨论了远红外丙纶及织物的医疗保健作用机理。     

FC-26高中油型加氢裂化催化剂的工艺研究

抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的新一代FC -2 6高中油型加氢裂化催化剂 ,以W -Ni为加氢组分 ,以无定型硅铝为主载体 ,并添加改性分子筛。工艺研究及工业应用结果表明 ,FC -2 6催化剂活性及中油选择性高 ,稳定性好 ,原料适应性强 ,具有广阔的应用前景。     

锦纶66浸胶帘子布生产中的张力与控制

分析了帘子布生产中张力的作用及各区段的张力情况。张力应根据生产品种及浸胶帘子布的内在质量要求来选择，一般张力设定依据为拉伸区张力是干燥区张力的１倍，定型区张力是拉伸区张力的０．６５倍。同时应控制好各区段的温度，降低拉伸应力使锦纶６６帘子布拉伸均匀，提高帘子布的物理性能。     

Electrooxidation of formic acid on carbon supported PtxPd1−x (x = 0-1) nanocatalysts

In this work, carbon supported Pt_xPd_1−x (x = 0-1) nanocatalysts were investigated for formic acid oxidation. These catalysts were synthesized by a surfactant-stabilized method with 3-(N,N-dimethyldodecylammonio) propanesulfonate (SB12) as the stabilizer. They show better Pt/Pd dispersion and higher catalytic performance than the corresponding commercial catalysts. Furthermore, the electrocatalytic properties of Pt_xPd_1−x/C were found to depend strongly on the Pt/Pd deposition sequence and on the Pt/Pd atomic ratio. At a lower potential, formic acid oxidation current on co-deposited Pt_xPd_1−x/C catalysts increase with increasing Pd surface concentration. Nanoscale Pd/C is a promising formic acid oxidation catalyst candidate for the direct formic acid fuel cell.     

异构化催化剂Pd／HM结焦失活的再生

运用ＴＥＭ、ＴＰＤ、ＸＲＤ等技术考察了烧焦温度对异构化催化剂Ｐｄ／ＨＭ再生性能的影响。结果表明：在８２３Ｋ时，催化剂上金属钯粒子能重新分散，催化剂恢复活性，且稳定性不变，二次再生性也较好。     

FDY油剂的润湿性及其对纺丝加工性能的影响

抚顺引进的５００００ｔ／ｙ丙烯腈装置要改造到７００００ｔ／ｙ的生产能力，其中更换国产催化剂ＭＢ－８６是较为关键的一步，文章对此进行了总结与分析。
