一种电子商务安全解决方案的研究与实现

随着计算机技术的发展，电子商务逐渐显示出其相对于传统商秀活动的巨大优势，诸如电子支付、电子交易等类型的商务活动形式给人们带来的便利足以体现电子商务对人们生活的巨大影响。但是由于lnternet是一个、开放的系统、昕以重要数据在网上传输的安全性成为发展电子商务的重要环节．这个环节出错，将会使电子商务失去意义，文中挖掘丁电子商务中应该解决的若干重要问题，设计了公开密钥基础设施、JavaBean、基于角色的访问控制三者结合的整体解决方案，加强了电子商务的安全性。该方法已经在笔者参加的福建省卫生厅药品招标采购系统的开发中得到应用，并取得了较好的效果。     

The Value of Temptation

There is an implicit assumption in electronic commerce that induces the buyers to believe that their deals will be handled appropriately. However, after a seller has already committed to a buyer, he may be tempted by several requests though he will not be able to supply them all. We analyze markets in which a finite set of automated buyers interacts repeatedly with a finite set of automated sellers. These sellers can satisfy one buyer at a time, and they can be tempted to break a commitment they already have. We have found the perfect equilibria that exist in markets with a finite horizon, and with an unrestricted horizon. A significant result stemming from our study reveals that sellers are almost always tempted to breach their commitments. However, we also show that if markets' designers implement an external mechanism that restricts the automated buyers actions, then sellers will keep their commitments.     

在电子商务中利用数字水印实现数字图像产品的版权保护与跟踪

提出了一个基于小波变换的数字水印嵌入算法，将YIQ色彩空间的Y分量进行1，2，…，M级小波变换，提取出各级小波变换后近似图像的鲁棒系数构造水印，使构造的水印可包含RGB三个通道的特征信息。并根据小波零树结构的原理，将消费者指定的授权信息嵌入到M级小波变换后HL、LH子带的重要系数中，利用密钥保护与代理中心CA实现版权保护与跟踪，保护版权人与消费者的合法权益。实验证明，所提出的解决方案计算简单，安全性高．检测时不需要原始图像，很容易应用于电子商务中实现数字图像产品的版权保护与跟踪。     

基于密钥的安全认证系统设计

提出了电子商务交易的安全需求,阐述了基于密钥的安全认证技术,如数字签名、数字信封等,并利用认证技术设计了一种实施方案,解决商务交易的安全问题,实现商务信息的真实性和交易双方的不可抵赖性.     

一种基于工作流和数据仓库的银行协同电子商务系统

研究在数据库和数据仓库的支持下,如何利用工作流管理方法建立协同工作的银行电子商务系统.系统在支持原有联机交易的同时,也支持在线分析,使银行电子商务的服务功能得到扩展,为建立和完善客户关系管理提供更可靠的支持.系统首先根据银行业务的实际情况和数据特点,用工作流管理方法进行过程定义,工作流管理系统使用分析工具,从多个角度对数据仓库、数据库的数据进行分析,得到所需的数据,使工作流执行过程中不仅有联机的实时数据,还有联机的分析数据,从而可以更好地支持银行电子商务的协同处理.系统基于关系数据库构建数据仓库,由于数据仓库空间开销大,为节省存储空间,使用了一种线性变换方法,将事实表中维的属性进行压缩存储.最后,通过实验数据验证上述成果的可行性.     

基于TRIZ理论对电子商务与分销商冲突解决的研究

为了解决电子商务平台发展应用与分销商之间的利益问题,采用TRIZ理论的理想解分析方法以及商业冲突矩阵,对此进行了分析阐述。最终给出可行的发明原理及原理所对应的解决方案。进一步验证了TRIZ理论在商业管理中应用的可行性。     

A study on the impact of design attributes on E-payment service utility

Prior research has shown how consumer perception, when risk is an important factor, may affect the adoption and the usage of E-payment service. Given this general knowledge, this study investigates the more specific issues of the mix of design attributes to drive consumer choice in using E-payment services. Using six design attributes defined by a group of practitioners and E-payment service users using the Delphi method, an online conjoint experiment is conducted. We find out how these design attributes may affect consumer choice under risk and the rank order of the magnitudes of their effects.     

To shop or not: Understanding Chinese consumers’ live-stream shopping intentions from the perspectives of uses and gratifications,perceived network size,perceptions of digital celebrities,and shopping orientations

Live-stream shopping is experiencing unprecedented growth. However, research in live-stream commerce is in its infancy. The current study integrates uses and gratifications, perceived network size, perceptions of digital celebrities, and experience-focused shopping orientation to clarify motivations for live-stream shopping. Accordingly, the current study used a questionnaire to collect data from 339 Chinese consumers and structural equation modeling to analyze data in AMOS 24. In this study, individuals were motivated by gratifications that were (1) hedonic (perceived enjoyment), (2) utilitarian (self-presentation), and (3) social (social presence and interaction). Moreover, perceived network size significantly predicted perceived enjoyment, social interaction, social presence, and utility. In addition, experience-focused shopping orientation mediated the relationships among perceived enjoyment, self-presentation, social interaction, and live-stream shopping intentions. Finally, the mediating roles of the perceptions of digital celebrities in the relationships of perceived network size with perceived utility, perceived engagement, social interaction, social presence, and self-presentation were confirmed.     

移动EDI体系结构与关键技术研究

移动EDI体系结构设计是设计与实现移动支付系统的首要基础,总结了目前建立移动EDI系统的关键技术,分析了基于移动EDI技术的电子商务系统应用集成问题,描述了移动EDI通用数据转换构件系统的功能架构与评价指标,论述了基于XML的EDI系统的架构方案,提出了基于Web Service的EDI-XML转换构件的实现算法,该算法可以使移动EDI具有良好的结构化交互功能.     

基于聚类事务的档案聚合技术在电子商务推荐系统中的应用

通常电子商务网站使用推荐系统为客户建议一些产品和为客户提供信息来帮助他们决定哪些产品是他们潜在要买的.研究人员已经应用包括web使用挖掘在内的许多方法来解决正在发展中的准确和有效的推荐系统的基本问题.本文提出在设计B2C推荐系统中应用一种在web使用挖掘中广泛使用的基于聚类事务的档案聚合(PACT)技术.应用这种技术本文实现了一个网上在线商店客户所属目标组的识别,并设计了一个推荐系统.通过使用这个推荐系统,客户的偏好和相关的产品信息是自动地从单击流(web使用数据)中获得的,不像其他的推荐方法仅仅是从购买记录中获得的.这样能为不同客户实时地推荐满足其偏好的个性化商品,保证了推荐质量,建立了良好的客户群体,提高了服务质量,加强了站点市场竞争力.
