建立了来昔决南钐［¹⁵³Sm］注射液的质量控制指标及方法,主要包括pH检查、细菌内毒素检查、无菌检查、性状鉴别、含游离依地四膦酸量、来昔决南钐含量、放射性核纯度、放化纯度、放射性浓度。分析方法适用于来昔决南钐［¹⁵³Sm］注射液的常规检验,为该药的质量控制提供了可靠的分析手段。     

Development of 153Sm-bleomycin as a possible therapeutic complex

<正>Due to interesting therapeutic properties of ~(153)Sm and antineoplastic antibiotic,bleomycin(BLM), ~(153)Sm-bleomycin(~(153)Sm-BLM) was developed as a possible therapeutic compound using ~(153)SmCl_3 and BLM.The ~(153)SmCl_3 was obtained by thermal neutron flux(5×10~(13)n·cm~(-2)·s~(-1))of an enriched ~(152)Sm_2O_3 sample,dissolved in acidic media.Under optimized conditions(room temperature,45 min,0.1 mg bleomycin for 740-3700 MBq ~(153)SmCl_3) a radiochemical purity over 98%was obtained shown by HPLC(Specific activity = 55 TBq/mM).The ~(153)SmCl_3 and ~(153)Sm-BLM were administered into wild-type rats up to 96 h followed by biodistribution.The SPECT imaging of labeled compound in wild-type rats was performed and significant image pattern was observed for a radiolabeled bleomycin compound.The ~(153)Sm-BLM is a potential therapeutic compound and our experiments on this compound have shown satisfactory quality,and stability suitable for future therapeutic studies.     

Cooling curves for the preliminary design of beef chillers

A multilayer two-dimensional model of beef carcass chilling using CFD-generated heat transfer coefficients was used to calculate the parameters of leg and shoulder cooling curves, assuming an exponential cooling model. A central composite experiment was designed to systematically vary air velocity, side weight and fat thickness. Comparison with experimental data suggests that the predicted characteristic time for the leg, and hence the cooling time to a given temperature, should be multiplied by a correction factor 1.07. The effects of airflow direction and of radiation heat transfer have been quantified. A correlation was proposed to estimate leg centre temperature from shoulder temperature. The shortcut formulae and methods presented here will be useful in the design and troubleshooting of industrial beef chillers. They could also be used in Monte Carlo simulations where a large number of samples are considered, to take into account random variations in product characteristics and operating conditions.

亲肿瘤显像剂99Tcm(Ⅴ)-DMSA显像对153Sm-EDTMP治疗骨转移癌的疗效评价

使用亲肿瘤显像剂99Tcm(Ⅴ)-DMSA,对16例经153Sm-EDTMP治疗2～8个疗程后的骨转移癌患者进行随访显像研究.结果表明,中轴骨转移灶的消失率为48.1%,四肢骨转移灶消失率为41.9%,总的骨转移灶消失率为45.8%.99Tcm(Ⅴ)-DMSA具有亲肿瘤特性和亲骨性,对于153Sm-EDTMP治疗骨转移癌疗效的随访,具有理论上的可信性和客观性;对于153Sm-EDTMP治疗方案的选择、剂量的确定及病人预后的判断具有重要的临床价值.     

Sulforaphane,a Dietary Isothiocyanate,Induces G2/M Arrest in Cervical Cancer Cells through CyclinB1 Downregulation and GADD45β/CDC2 Association

Globally, cervical cancer is the most common malignancy affecting women. The main treatment methods for this type of cancer include conization or hysterectomy procedures. Sulforaphane (SFN) is a natural, compound-based drug derived from dietary isothiocyanates which has previously been shown to possess potent anti-tumor and chemopreventive effects against several types of cancer. The present study investigated the effects of SFN on anti-proliferation and G₂/M phase cell cycle arrest in cervical cancer cell lines (Cx, CxWJ, and HeLa). We found that cytotoxicity is associated with an accumulation of cells in the G₂/M phases of the cell-cycle. Treatment with SFN led to cell cycle arrest as well as the down-regulation of Cyclin B1 expression, but not of CDC2 expression. In addition, the effects of GADD45β gene activation in cell cycle arrest increase proportionally with the dose of SFN; however, mitotic delay and the inhibition of proliferation both depend on the dosage of SFN used to treat cancer cells. These results indicate that SFN may delay the development of cancer by arresting cell growth in the G₂/M phase via down-regulation of Cyclin B1 gene expression, dissociation of the cyclin B1/CDC2 complex, and up-regulation of GADD45β proteins.     

Maternal levels of organochlorines in two communities in southern Vietnam

Some pesticides and PCBs continue to be reported as environmental problems in some areas of Vietnam. In 2005, a study among delivering women took place in two communities in south-central Vietnam (Khanh Hoa Province), namely the coastal city of Nha Trang and the rural district of Dien Khanh located about 10 km inland. The main findings in plasma (n = 189) were relatively high mean concentrations of p,p′-DDE (12.2 µg/l in Nha Trang and 11.4 µg/l in Dien Khanh) and p,p′-DDT (1.2 µg/l in Nha Trang and 1.1 µg/l in Dien Khanh) with no significant community differences. The ratio of p,p′-DDE/p,p′-DDT (11.5 in Nha Trang/12.7 in Dien Khanh) suggests, as in other Vietnamese OCs studies, a relatively recent use of this pesticide. Mean concentrations of PCB 153 (0.15 µg/l in Nha Trang and 0.10 µg/l in Dien Khanh) and other congeners were low in both communities. Age and parity (all compounds), as well as community of residence for PCB 153, were the most important predictors of plasma OCs concentrations.     

骨肿瘤治疗剂注射液中^153Sm—EDTMP放化纯度的测量方法

介绍了用阳离子交换法测量骨肿瘤治疗剂注射中＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ放化纯度的方法，实验结果表明，该方法能快速准确地测量骨肿瘤治疗剂注射中＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ的放化纯度，测量出的放化纯度大于９９％，测量时间小于２０分钟。
