天麻酒渗漉工艺优化及其对小鼠肝组织的影响

以天麻为主要原料配以西洋参、枸杞子制备天麻酒。采用天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1的溶出率之和为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面试验设计探讨原料粒径、浸泡时间、料液比对天麻酒渗漉工艺的影响,并采用小鼠模型分析天麻酒对小鼠肝组织的影响。结果表明,天麻酒最佳渗漉工艺为：原料粒径50目、浸泡时间6 h、料液比1∶9(g∶m L)。在此优化条件下,4种功能成分的溶出率之和为3.59 mg/g。动物实验结果显示,天麻酒与普通酒相比能显著降低肝组织中的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、丙二醛、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α和前列腺素E2,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性（P<0.05）,对因酒精摄入导致的肝损伤有减缓作用。

平武野生天麻生态环境与土壤地球化学研究

采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法,对四川平武野生天麻产区的自然地理、气候、植被、土壤营养成分、土壤及天麻中微量元素含量等进行了研究。研究表明平武野生天麻主要分布于海拔800-1900m范围,该区气候温和、降雨充沛,林木以青冈树为主,草本植物以蕨类为主,成土母质为志留系千枚岩。野生天麻多生长于壤土中,土壤为弱酸性,有机质含量丰富,土壤中速效氮、速效钾含量中等,速效磷较缺乏,土壤有效铜、有效锌和活性锰含量较高,未遭受到重金属污染。天麻对铜、锌具有选择性吸收作用。     

Lutein Prevents High Fat Diet‐Induced Atherosclerosis in ApoE‐Deficient Mice by Inhibiting NADPH Oxidase and Increasing PPAR Expression

Epidemiological and experimental studies provide supportive evidence that lutein, a major carotenoid, may act as a chemopreventive agent against atherosclerosis, although the underlying molecular mechanisms are not well understood. The main aim of this study was to investigate the effects of lutein on the alleviation of atherosclerosis and its molecular mechanisms involved in oxidative stress and lipid metabolism. Male apolipoprotein E knockout mice (n = 55) were fed either a normal chow diet or a high fat diet (HFD) supplemented with or without lutein for 24 weeks. The results showed that a HFD induced atherosclerosis formation, lipid metabolism disorders and oxidative stress, but noticeable improvements were observed in the lutein treated group. Additionally, lutein supplementation reversed the decreased protein expression of aortic heme oxygenase‐1 and increased the mRNA and protein expressions of aortic nicotinamide‐adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase stimulated by a HFD. Furthermore, the decreased mRNA and protein expression levels of hepatic peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor‐α, carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A, acyl CoA oxidase 1, low density lipoprotein receptors and scavenger receptor class B type I observed in mice with atherosclerosis were markedly enhanced after treatment with lutein. Taken together, these data add new evidence supporting the anti‐atherogenic properties of lutein and describing its mechanisms of action in atherosclerosis prevention, including oxidative stress and lipid metabolism improvements.     

从BI有机废水中制取己二酸

介绍了用醋酸钴作催化剂 ,以含己酸过氧化氢 ( HPOCa P)的 BI有机废水为原料 ,采用浓 HNO3作氧化剂制取己二酸的工艺。在大量实验基础上 ,确定了由 BI有机废水中 HPOCa P制取己二酸的优化条件。所得产品质量符合本企业标准。     

真伪天麻二维相关红外光谱法的鉴别研究

本文采用红外光谱法并结合二维相关(Two-Dimensional Correlation Spectroscopy)分析技术,对药用天麻和伪品天麻(芭蕉芋)进行了无损快速鉴别研究。天麻和芭蕉芋在外观上很相似,都是成椭圆或扁卵圆形的块茎,皱缩而稍弯曲,并且在一维谱图上差别很细微,而在二维谱图上显示出较大的差别。在800～1500cm~(-1)波段范围内,天麻在同步图上有二个较强的自动峰,分别在1237cm~(-1)和1415cm~(-1)附近,而芭蕉芋有四个较强的自动峰,在1024、1055、1194、1225cm~(-1)附近,1400cm~(-1)处也有相关峰,但是较微弱,二维相关谱可以提高谱图的分辨率,增加谱图的识别能力,可用于药材真伪品的鉴别。该法快速、准确,为客观评价中药材的来源提供了一种新的方法和手段。     

Big Data Analytics Services for Enhancing Business Intelligence

This article examines how to use big data analytics services to enhance business intelligence (BI). More specifically, this article proposes an ontology of big data analytics and presents a big data analytics service-oriented architecture (BASOA), and then applies BASOA to BI, where our surveyed data analysis shows that the proposed BASOA is viable for enhancing BI and enterprise information systems. This article also explores temporality, expectability, and relativity as the characteristics of intelligence in BI. These characteristics are what customers and decision makers expect from BI in terms of systems, products, and services of organizations. The proposed approach in this article might facilitate the research and development of business analytics, big data analytics, and BI as well as big data science and big data computing.

以昭通天麻中天麻素和浸出物含量为指标,考察了不同提取方法、溶剂、天麻粒径、料液比、提取次数对天麻中天麻素和浸出物含量的影响,经过实验得出50%乙醇、1:25料液比、50目粒径、沸水浴回流提取2次为最佳提取条件,测定出昭通天麻干燥块茎中天麻素含量为0.43%,浸出物为18.18%。
