Textured thick films of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7−x (YBCO) have been prepared on ceramic substrates using a traveling reaction zone method. The technique utilizes the rapid reaction between Y2Cu2O5 and BaCuO2 to form YBCO as the film passes through a steep temperature gradient furnance. The films consist of a single continuous superconducting phase with strong c -axis orientation normal to the translation direction of the film.  相似文献

Ceria- and yttria-doped tetragonal polycrystalline zirconia ceramics were ground at temperatures as high as 1100°C. X-ray diffraction revealed that the intensity ratio I (002)/ I (200) increased (to as high as ∼4.5) compared with that from the as-sintered surfaces (∼0.55). The enhancement in I (002)/ I (200) at temperatures well above the m → t transition temperature shows that it is not related to transformation, reversible or otherwise, but can be explained by ferroelastic domain switching.  相似文献

为实现时间可伸缩性,可伸缩视频编码采用分级B帧结构进行编码,但是该结构较大地增加了计算的复杂度。对此,本文深入分析了模式选择的基本原理,提出一种适合于分级B帧结构的快速编码算法,首先根据参考模式进行预测,然后根据宏块的运动和纹理预测可能的编码模式,排除可能性较小的模式从而提高编码速度。实验表明,本文算法在视觉质量和网络带宽影响很小的情况下,能够显著地提高编码速度。  相似文献

Surimi is a washed and stabilized fish mince with valuable gel-forming properties. However the preparation process is wasteful and a modified process, with less washing, was investigated. The properties of the gels (cooked at 40°C for 30 min followed by 90°C for 40 min) were assessed by instrumental and sensory methods. Gels prepared from surimi were soft and very flexible; gels from unwashed fresh cod mince were firmer and less elastic, but still gave a maximum score on the folding test. A single wash made the gels firmer and slightly more elastic than those from unwashed mince. Gels from unwashed mince of frozen cod were firmer than surimi-derived gels, and were the most brittle. Sensory assessment of the gels found no difference in firmness between the different washing procedures and small differences in elasticity and toughness. The addition of starch (fish: starch, 100:5, w/w) increased the firmness and sensory toughness of each derived gel, and reduced the elasticity in the mouth of non-surimi gels. The colour of gels derived directly from fish was off-white, compared with the white surimi-derived gels. The colour of the former darkened during frozen storage, but lightened again after thawing.  相似文献

In order to quantify the higher power output seen from solar cells with a three‐dimensional (3D) topology due to the increased interactions between photons and the cell surface, we have derived a formula for the average number of interactions, Γ, between a photon and the cell surface for 3D cells with vertical sidewalls and flat tops. We have derived Γ for three different cell morphologies, an infinite trench in the x‐ or y‐direction, an enclosed box, and an infinite two‐dimensional (2D) array of towers. Monte Carlo simulations were carried out in order to compare computational results for Γ with those derived. For varying distance between features, d, and photon azimuthal angle, the data fits the derived expressions quite well for a large range of values. For varying tower height, the data fits theory well for both the trench and box morphologies, however, theory overestimates the value of Γ for the 2D array of towers. This is due to simplifications made when deriving Γ. However, the error associated with Γ is small enough that it propagates to a measured power output error of less than 1% for cells with an absorbance efficiency of at least 25%. Even with simplifications, the derived expression for Γ should be usable for predicting the increased power output for 3D cells with vertical sidewalls and flat tops. An adaptive digital image watermark algorithm with strong robustness based on gray-scale morphology is proposed in this paper. The embedded strategies include: The algorithm seeks and ex-tracts adaptively the image strong texture regions. The algorithm maps the image strong texture region to the wavelet tree structures, and embeds adaptively watermark into the wavelet coefficients corre-sponding to the image’s strong texture regions. According to the visual masking features, the algorithm adjusts adaptively the watermark-embedding intensity. Experimental results show the algorithm is robust to compression, filtering, noise as well as strong shear attacks. The algorithm is blind watermark scheme. The image strong texture region extraction method based on morphology in this algorithm is simple and effective and adaptive to various images.  相似文献

反射面天线面板的加工质量包括加工精度和表面质量,两者都会影响天线的电性能。论文针对研究较少的表面加工质量,利用分形函数建立表面纹理的数学模型,并通过相位差将微观表面纹理引入天线的远场方向图计算公式,利用三角形单元的Gauss积分公式数值求解。通过仿真,分析了不同的表面纹理幅度、密度和粗糙程度对天线远场方向图的影响。研究发现:表面纹理的幅度越大,对方向图的影响越大;密度越大、越粗糙,影响越小。而且,幅度的影响最大,密度其次,粗糙程度影响最小。仿真的结果与模型定性分析的结论符合。所提出的模型和方法为研究面板表面加工质量对反射面天线电性能的影响提供了新的思路,得出的结论也可供工程实践参考。  相似文献
