The kinetics of intergranular oxidation of silicon in a 20Cr-25Ni Nb-stabilized stainless steel are reported, at temperatures in the range 1140–1230 K, in CO2 at 40 bar pressure. The depth of attack increased parabolically with respect to time, with an activation energy of 335±30 kJ/mol. The mechanism of growth is discussed in terms of classical internal-oxidation theories, and an alternative explanation based on an available-space theory is developed. The internal oxidation rates in a number of different alloys are compared with diffusivities of metals in the base alloy. It is proposed that intergranular oxidation in the 20–25 Nb steel is controlled by the rate of outward diffusion of iron or chromium in the alloy.  相似文献

The oxidation behavior and mechanism of aluminum oxynitride (AlON) powder exposed to air at elevated temperatures between 800°C and 1300°C was investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron spin resonance (ESR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and simultaneous thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis, and mass spectrometry techniques (TG-DTA-MS). The weight of AlON gradually increases to a maximum value at 1150°C and then decreases with further heating. Meanwhile, AlON powder undergoes chemical changes, as evidenced by lattice expansion, and turns eventually into alumina. ESR spectra reveal the occurrence of lone pair electrons in the oxidized products and the intensity of corresponding resonance signal increases before disappearing with the increase in temperature. Combined with the results of NMR and TG-DTA-MS, the measured data suggest that Al-N in [AlO3N] tetrahedron and [AlO5N] octahedron are gradually oxidized into Al-O-N group with lone pair electrons, which causes continuous weight gain and lattice expansion. Further oxidation at higher temperatures results in alumina and N2.  相似文献

Machining characteristics and surface integrity of advanced ceramics, including alumina, alumina–titania, and yttria partially stabilized tetragonal zirconia, were studied under high speed deep grinding conditions. Material removal mechanisms involved in the grinding processes were explored. The material removal in the grinding of alumina and alumina–titania was dominated by grain dislodgement or lateral cracking along grain boundaries. The removal for zirconia was via both local micro fracture and ductile cutting. It was found that under a feed rate of 500 mm/min and for all the wheel speeds used, an increase in the wheel depth of cut (DOC) from 0.1–2 mm slightly improved the ground surface finish, but greatly prolonged the wheel life. This increase did not deepen the subsurface damage layer for the alumina and alumina–titania, but resulted in a slightly deeper damage layer for the zirconia.  相似文献

Mixture of green petroleum coke, B4 C and SiC together with short carbon fiber were employed as starting materials, the mixture was press formed without any binder after grinding, dense and homogeneous binderless SiC-B4 C-C(carbon/ceramic) composites were then obtained after sintering. Composites thus prepared possess excellent anti-oxidation property, that is, mass loss less than IG within the temperature range from 900 to 1 100 ℃ for 10 h. Anti-oxidation mechanism was also discussed from the viewpoint of thermodynamics, excellent anti-oxidation property of materials thus prepared can be discribed to 1) solid SiO2 formed from SiC, which restrains the filtering of oxygen and simultaneously, its volume expansion brought about by the reaction takes roles both walling up the original pores and making the material more compact; 2) liquid B2O3 from the reaction of B4C not only makes the combination with C, B4 C and SiC tighter through forming solid solution, but also effect of reaction SiC(s)+2CO(g) =SiO2 (s)+3C(s) is an expansive process, which improves the microstructure of the material.  相似文献

回顾了南水北调中线工程水价形成过程,指出了现行水价方案存在的问题。对真实水价形成机制进行了论述,认为制定水价应遵循公平负担、成本回收、合理利润、价格调整和水资源配置原则;同一水质、同类用户、不同水源的用水,应执行统一的水价;不同行业实行不同水价。鼓励受水区各省市间开展水量配额交易,最大限度发挥工程效益。供水水价既要反映水资源的稀缺程度和水环境治理成本,促进资源的节约使用和环境保护,提高全民节水意识,又要保证供水管理单位能够正常持续经营,具备自我积累、自我发展的能力。  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to propose a novel press system with six links for precision deep drawing, and verify its feasibility. First, the system is presented and its advantages are discussed. Then, the kinematic analysis of the system is obtained by examining the geometry of the design. Moreover, kinematic dimensions of the variable coupling are found by using optimization method. Furthermore, the proposed approach is illustrated by a design example, its solid model for the proposed design is established, and then kinematic simulation is performed by ADAMS software. Finally, a prototype and an experimental setup are established, and the experiment is conducted. The results show that the proposed new mechanism is feasible and of reasonable accuracy. In addition, it has the advantages of easy manufacture, lower cost, higher precision, and easy adjustability.  相似文献

从协议角度,利用拓扑学和图论方法研究了Internet宏观拓扑的网络性能和形成机理。在给定Internet宏观拓扑的图论定义后,通过找到一个协议通信模式到Internet宏观拓扑的可行映射条件,进而分析了Internet宏观拓扑的连通度和平均拓扑距离。结果表明Internet宏观拓扑的形成机理源于协议的无限空间换取有限时间效应的设计原理,使得Internet可以实现实时通信,即在满足网络可靠性的同时,又保证网络的有效性。  相似文献
