中国文人园林作为文人诗意栖居和养
生实践的空间载体,其空间营造不仅注重劳形固
精、赏心悦目的形体颐养,更侧重以诗书画境和
文人价值观为内核的心神怡养,是中国健康园
林的典范。文章以传统文化和医学理论“精气
神”为基础,构建中国文人园林健康思想的解
析框架,并以网师园为例,通过空间的理性分析
和诗画吟咏的感性解读,从空间营造、园林居游
和诗情画意三个层面,阐述文人园林在涵养人

引发的突出问题,包括循环利用城市废水,
减少空气颗粒物、减缓热岛效应,提升城市

This paper examines the architectural and landscape design strategies and intentions for green, open spaces facilities targeting stress alleviation for learning environments such as those of university campuses in a compact urban setting. Literature reviews provide three prevailing perspectives for physical design pedagogical operatives: healing gardens where greenery and plants produce restorative effects; flexible spaces that accommodate functional needs of different activities; and green buildings that incorporate open space as a catalyst for integrated eco-system. Corresponding design approaches (landscape design, spatial design and green design) are scrutinized by case study. A comparison of two university campuses with different urban contexts is conducted to identify challenges and opportunities for applying these design approaches. For a compact campus, high-dense surroundings may limit the size of an open space and may handicap circulation and accessibility; on the other side, a small open space may provide its users more intimate contact with natural restorative elements and also a more controllable microclimate for physical comfort. A healthy campus should encompass diverse open spaces to satisfy different purposes. Finally, a framework that integrates the three approaches is combined to produce a sustainable design rubric. 相似文献

An essential part of an indoor environment design is to deliver both the visual task needed as well as a healthy lighting system. In this article, healthy residential environment is discussed as an architectural field of light. The development and consolidation of health promotion is presented focusing the discussion on two areas of action: providing healthy light and eliminating harmful light within apartments. In Korea, the possibility for occupants to spend a large amount of time in the sun without proper protection is growing since, many balconies have been eliminated and there is a preference for large windows with improper orientation for the opening. When a balcony as a visual buffer space is eliminated, the distance between occupants and balcony window becomes closer and thus, there is a lager glass area of the window in the field of human view. Eliminating the balcony also removes the overhang structure which works as an obstruction to block the excessive penetration of sunlight. This results in the advent of harmful light in quantitative and qualitative ways; too much light, uncomfortable glare, and UV penetration. This paper discusses issues related to light and healthy living environment. Initially, it deals with the establishment of all design elements in terms of light and surveys examples of current designs. Centella asiatica (Gotu kola) is a herbal plant that is highly valued as a medicine and also commonly used in a variety of cuisine as a green leafy vegetable.Scope and approachThis paper reviews available evidence on health benefits of C. asiatica especially emphasising its role as a neuroprotectant, while providing details on its phytochemistry and pharmacological properties.Key findings and conclusionsComplementing its reputation in traditional medicine as a memory booster, C. asiatica possesses wholesome anti-oxidative properties to attenuate oxidative stress, a high anti-inflammatory potent, neuron regenerative ability, potential for neuron damage prevention, neurotoxicity inhibition effect, anti-anxiety and anti-depressive properties, AChE inhibitory potential and ability to reduce accumulation of amyloid plaques. These comprehensive multifunctional properties make it capable of promoting general neuroprotection as well as simultaneously targeting multiple disease pathways to arrest neurodegenerative disorders.
