The selection of cricket players by team selectors and sponsors for endorsement of products is primarily dependent on the performance of players in terms of various parameters in their areas of expertise such as batting or bowling. This paper proposes a two-stage method for measuring and ranking batting parameters in cricket using ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and regression. The first stage measures the performance of batsmen using OWA operator followed by ranking of batting parameters using regression. The study reveals that the ranking obtained for batting parameters is not sensitive to changes in the OWA weights. A real dataset of 40 batsmen from Indian Premier League 2011 is considered for analysis purpose. Although this paper focuses only on the batting discipline the results from this paper can be extended to investigate bowling discipline using multiple parameters. 为探究碱性条件下pH对马鲛鱼肌球蛋白热聚集行为的影响,以马鲛鱼肌球蛋白为研究对象,探究在加热条件下pH(7.0、8.0、9.0)对肌球蛋白的结构和理化性质(溶解度、浊度、二级结构、总巯基含量、表面疏水性)的影响,未加热组作为空白对照组。结果表明:对照组肌球蛋白在pH(7.0、8.0、9.0)下溶解度从68.00%升高到82.00%、浊度变化不明显;加热组则有较大差异,溶解度从30.00%增加到94.00%,浊度吸光值从0.49降低到0.23;加热组pH 9.0的肌球蛋白α-螺旋含量减少,在所有组中含量最低,为45.60%,β-折叠含量增加,为10.60%;加热组的巯基含量呈下降趋势,由70.45 nmol/mg减少到50.11 nmol/mg,碱性pH下的蛋白质有助于巯基向分子间和分子内二硫键的转化;随着pH值的增加,对照组肌球蛋白的表面疏水性系数依次增加,而加热组下降,但加热组肌球蛋白的表面疏水性系数仍然远高于对照组。综上所述,通过探究碱性条件下肌球蛋白热聚集体的性质,有助于对其热聚集进行调控,获得一种热稳定性较好的肌球蛋白溶液,对以后研究其作为乳化剂添加到食品中有重要意义。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Canned tuna ( n = 240), salmon ( n = 16), and mackerel ( n = 16) were analyzed for mercury and fatty acids. Average mercury levels were 188, 45, and 55 ppb, respectively, and below the FDA Action Level of 1000 ppb. "Light tuna in water" contained lower mercury (x = 54 ppb) compared with "white/albacore tuna in water," which contained higher eicosapentaenoic acid/docosahexaenoic acid (EPA/DHA) x= 711 mg/100 g wet tissue). Mercury residues in salmon (x = 45 ppb) and mackerel (x = 55 ppb) were lower than in tuna products, but the EPA/DHA levels were higher (salmon, ×= 1623 mg/100 g wet tissue; mackerel, ×= 851 mg/100 g wet tissue). Energy demand of India is continuously increasing. Coal is the major fossil fuel in India and continues to play a pivotal role in the energy sector. India has relatively large reserves of coal (253 billion tonnes) compared to crude oil (728 million tonnes) and natural gas (686 billion cubic meters). Coal meets about 60% of the commercial energy needs and about 70% of the electricity produced in India comes from coal, and therefore there is a need for technologies for utilization of coals efficiently and cleanly. UCG offers many advantages over the conventional mining and gasification process. UCG is a well proven technology. Due to the site-specific nature of the process, possibility of land subsidence and surrounding aquifer water contamination, this technology is still in a developing stage in India. Potential for UCG in India is studied by comparing the properties of Indian coals with the properties of coal that are utilized by various UCG trials. The essential issues are elaborated for starting UCG in India based on the reported information from the successful field trials conducted all over the world. Indian industries are in the process of initiating pilot studies of UCG at various sites. This study will help to motivate both applied and theoretical research work on UCG sites in India and after detailed analysis it will provide basic data to interested industries. 相似文献

Blending and interesterification of cold‐pressed oil from commercially available niger (Guizotia abyssinica (L.f.) Cass.) seeds was performed to improve its stability. The fatty acid composition of cold‐pressed niger seed oil (NSO) revealed that it contained a huge amount of polyunsaturated linoleic acid (69.2 %). NSO being rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was susceptible to oxidation and hence was blended with saturated fatty acid (SFA) rich coconut oil (CNO) and monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) rich olive–pomace oil (OO) to enhance its stability. CNO contained a total of 91.3 % of SFA, while OO had oleic acid, C18:1 (74.3 %) as MUFA. Two blends of NSO with CNO and OO, i.e. NSO + CNO(B) and NSO + OO(B), were prepared in the ratio of 1:1. The blends were further interesterified using the lipase enzyme from Rhizomucor meihei and interesterified oils, i.e. NSO + CNO(I) and NSO + OO(I), were obtained. The oxidative stability of the oils was evaluated by incubating them at 37 °C and 55 % relative humidity (RH) for a period of 45 days. The peroxide values of NSO + CNO(B), NSO + OO(B), NSO + CNO(I) and NSO + OO(I) showed a reduction by 53.3, 42.6, 65.3 and 55.4 %, respectively, while the conjugated diene values showed a reduction by 75.0, 66.9, 76.7 and 75.3 %, respectively, as compared to NSO during the incubation period.
