Biopower from direct firing of crop and forestry residues in China: A review of developments and investment outlook

This paper reviews developments in the direct-fired biomass power sector and provides an up to date investment outlook by calculating the Net Present Value of new investments, and the appropriate level of Feed-in-Tariff needed to stimulate future investment. An overview is provided of support policies, historical growth in installations, and main market players. A number of data sources is combined to build a database with detailed information of individual biopower projects. This data is used to describe technological and market trends, which are used in a cash flow model to calculate the NPV of a typical project. The NPV for new projects is estimated to be negative, and investment should be expected to stall without proper policy intervention. Increasing fuel prices, local competition over biomass fuel resources, lower than expected operational performance and a downturn in carbon markets have deteriorated the investment outlook. In order to ensure reasonable profitability, the Feed-In-Tariff should be increased, from the current level of 90.9 € MWh⁻¹, to between 97 and 105 € MWh⁻¹. Where possible, government organizations should help organize demand for the supply of heat. Local rural energy bureaus may help organize supply networks for biomass fuels throughout the country, in order to reduce seasonal and local fuel scarcity and price fluctuations.

广西鹿寨化肥有限责任公司12万tP2O5/a磷酸装置系从美国引进Badger二水法等温反应器,1996年开工,2000年6月才建成投料生产,2003年后才达稳定生产。文中介绍磨矿、反应过滤、浓缩等系统存在的问题及解决方法。目前磷铵产量超过设计能力(2万t/月磷铵)。     

Auger electron spectroscopy analysis of SiC layers formed by carbon ion implantation into silicon

Analysis of Si LVV and CKLL Auger spectra combined with Auger in-depth profiles were carried out for SiC layers formed by the implantation of carbon into silicon. It was found that in layers which were implanted with carbon ions to appropriate doses SiC-like bonds were formed at room temperature, although the crystal perfection was not pronounced. When these layers were annealed above 1100°C, their Auger spectra were in good agreement with those of β-SiC. In layers which were implanted with carbon ions much above a critical dose and annealed at 1200°C, however, CKLL Auger spectra showed the presence of graphite-like carbon. This result was consistent with the IR analysis and the transmission electron microscopy or electron diffraction observations reported in our previous papers, and it suggested the formation of carbon clusters. The Auger spectra also showed the advantages of hot implantation over room temperature implantation.

始建于1908年的北车集团大连机车公司与大连市同龄,曾历经俄、日和新中国的建设,作为重要的工业遗存保留着珍贵的城市记忆,不仅见证了大连工业的发展,同时承载着中国机车的梦想。其中的机二车间作为早期建设的最重要的生产车间,是大连市市级文物保护单位。该文基于实地调研、现场访谈与史料分析,对机二车间的建筑形态进行了现状分析和历史复原研究,并对其历史沿革与发展建设进行了梳理,进而评估其作为重要工业建筑遗存所具有的保护与再利用价值,并提出了相应的保护建议及发展策略。
