本文对合成的一种水溶性抗磨剂LR-2进行了润滑性能评定和抗磨作用机理研究。四球机试验结果表明,该剂在自来水中的浓度达1.0m%时,即显示出较好的润滑性能,当达到3.0m%时,PB值即达696N;结果还表明,在一定的浓度范围内,PB值随浓度的增大而增大。通过对四球机试验后钢球磨斑的扫描电镜分析,发现磨斑上的碳元素含量较高,认为是抗磨剂的碳元素在表面上沉积,形成了金属的含碳化合物反应膜,从而增强了表面 相似文献

基于前期提出的自解堵屏蔽暂堵理论,研制出了性能优良的疏水改性纳米碳酸钙,并在此基础上形成了疏水暂堵钻井液。室内评价结果表明,在屏蔽暂堵钻井液中加入1.5%疏水碳酸钙后,滤失量由2.6降为1.2 m L,泥饼厚度由0.4变为0.28 mm,证明疏水暂堵钻井液能够快速形成外泥饼,降低瞬时滤失量。该钻井液在温度低于140℃时滤失性能比较稳定;抗Ca Cl2能力为2.5%,抗一价盐浓度为9.0%,抗黏土含量为14.0%;抑制性能好,能在易坍塌地层使用;润滑效果好,极压膜强度超过190 MPa;形成的泥饼在长期油相浸泡下会产生大量裂纹,后期泥饼自行剥落,从而达到自解堵目的,初始渗透率为50×10-3~1 000×10-3μm2的岩心,其渗透率恢复值均大于90%;体系的毒性都很低,均达到了排放标准。 相似文献

Aim
Retrospective analysis of different contact lens wearing groups suggests lens surface lubricity is the main factor influencing contact lens comfort. However, the examined commercially available contact lenses differ in material and design as well as surface properties. Hence this study isolates the contribution of lens surface properties using an ultra-thin coating technology.Methods
Nineteen habitual contact lens wearers (21.6 ± 1.7years) wore formofilcon B soft monthly disposable contact lenses with and without coating technology modified surface properties for a month each in a randomised double-masked cross-over study.Objective non-invasive
breakup time (NIKBUT), NIKBUT average and ocular redness (Jenvis grading scale) were evaluated (Keratograph 5M) after 1 week and 1 month of wear. Symptoms were assessed using the Contact Lens Dry Eye Questionnaire (CLDEQ-8); perceived vision quality and subjective lens comfort at insertion, mid-day and end of the day were rated with four Visual Analog Scales.Results
Perceived visual quality (F = 5.049,p = 0.037), contact lens dry eye symptoms (F = 14.408,p = 0.001) and subjective lens comfort (F = 28.447,p < 0.001) were better for coated compared to uncoated lenses. The surface coating postponed the lens dewetting (F = 8.518,p = 0.009) and increased the pre-lens tear film stability (F = 5.626,p = 0.029), but bulbar (F = 0.340,p = 0.567) and limbal (F = 0.110,p = 0.744) redness were similar for both contact lenses. No parameter changed significantly between a weeks’ and months’ wear (p > 0.05). Lens surface wettability and ocular redness were not correlated to changes in symptoms (p > 0.05).Conclusion
As previously hypothesised, enhancing the physical surface properties of a soft contact lens improves subjectively rated wearer comfort, which, in turn, should result in reduced contact lens discontinuation. 相似文献36.

The prevention of friction pick-up, which often occurs under the condition of high reduction and/or high speed, is required to improve the productivity in cold sheet rolling of low-carbon steel. Therefore, rolls made of high-chromium steels and high-speed steels with different carbide contents are tested in order to evaluate the effect of various properties of the carbide component of the materials on the lubrication characteristics. Coefficients of friction for the reduction in thickness and the limit of the reduction of friction pick-up are measured using the sliding–rolling simulation testing machine developed by one of the authors. The experimental results show that carbides on the surface of the roll can stop the increase in friction pick-up, and that keeping the carbide spacing small is effective in preventing friction pick-up. Because of the effectiveness of carbides, a high-chromium steel roll with controlled carbide morphology is manufactured and applied in a cold tandem mill. The results of the application show that the carbide-controlled roll has an excellent antiseizure property and is effective in improving productivity. 相似文献

Studies of alternative fuels at Penn State include biodiesel, dimethyl ether (DME) and low sulfur diesel fuels. The fuel studies include bench tests, laboratory engine tests and vehicle tests. DME was evaluated in a campus shuttle bus operating on its regular campus route. A 25:75 vol% mixture of DME and diesel fuel was used. Laboratory engine tests of oxygenated fuels, including biodiesel, resulted in significant particulate reductions. However, some alternative fuels exhibit low lubricity. Bench tests comparing friction and wear characteristics of the fuels are described. 相似文献

Influence of aceto acetic esters and di-carboxylic acid esters on diesel fuel lubricity 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper presents the impact of acetoacetic esters and di-carboxylic acid esters on the lubrication properties of automotive diesel. Three alkyl acetoacetates and seven di-carboxylic esters were used as lubricating additives on two low sulfur diesel fuels, at seven different concentrations of 50, 100, 500, 750, 1000, 1500 and 2000 ppm. Tribological experiments carried out on the high frequency reciprocating rig (HFRR) showed that only two of the three acetoacetic esters used, provide satisfactory mean wear scar diameter (WS 1.4) of less than 460 μm, at the concentration level of 750 ppm. In the case of di-carboxylic acid esters, the effective concentration was 500 ppm or higher. 相似文献
