本文介绍了莱钢2×22000m3/h制氧机组空分装置自动化系统的设计和实现。整个过程控制采用西门子的PCS7控制系统,根据空分的工艺过程和特性,采用冗余技术、现场总线等先进技术完成了整个系统的硬件组态。在软件组态中,设计了"反动作调节"、"数型转换法"等新的控制策略,使系统更加可靠,更加人性化。整个系统的设计水平达到国内领先水平,具有广泛的推广意义。 相似文献

在流动氩气中将聚碳硅烷(PCS)于不同温度下进行热解处理制得热解产物,对其进行抗氧化实验,并采用X R D、E D X对PCS热解产物及其氧化产物的物相和成分组成进行表征. 结果表明,PCS于1 000oС的热解产物主要为无定形的SiC、SiO2和C;随着温度的升高,SiC晶体尺寸逐渐增大,1 560oС的热解产物仍由立方SiC、无定形C和SiO2组成;PCS热解产物中的SiO2含量以及SiC的晶化度对其起始氧化温度有一定影响;热解产物中SiO2、SiC氧化形成的SiO2使得PCS热解产物在高温下具有良好的抗氧化性能. 相似文献

Plasma control system (PCS),mainly developed for real-time feedback control calculation,plays a significant part during normal discharges in a magnetic fusion device,while the tokamak simulation code (TSC) is a nonlinear numerical model that studies the time evolution of an axisymmetric magnetized tokamak plasma.The motivation to combine these two codes for an integrated simulation is specified by the facts that the control system module in TSC is relatively simple compared to PCS,and meanwhile,newly-implemented control algorithms in PCS,before applied to experimental validations,require numerical validations against a tokamak plasma simulator that TSC can act as.In this paper,details of establishment of the integrated simulation framework between the EAST PCS and TSC are generically presented,and the poloidal power supply model and data acquisition model that have been implemented in this framework are described as well.In addition,the correctness of data interactions among the EAST PCS,Simulink and TSC is clearly confirmed during an interface test,and in a simulation test,the RZIP control scheme in the EAST PCS is numerically validated using this simulation platform. 相似文献

This paper deals with magnetic field dependence of transition current of NbTi mechanical persistent current switch (PCS), which realizes zero contact resistance and consists of two contact pieces made of NbTi bulk, in parallel or perpendicular magnetic field. The transition current is defined as the quench current with which the contact resistance abruptly generates. It is found that the transition current decreases with the field strength. Using a theoretical model to explain the formation mechanism of a superconducting connection at the contact of the mechanical PCS, it is confirmed that the transition current varies according to JC–B characteristics of the contact piece material NbTi. These findings prove that NbTi mechanical PCS has superconductive connection between the contact pieces in the closed state and can be operated in persistent current mode as a superconducting PCS. 相似文献

Abstract As the cellular and PCS spectrum become increasingly crowded due to the presence of a greater number of subscribers, it will become even more important for handset and base station manufacturers to come up with ways to ensure reliable system performance. In the handsets, the use of tunable filters, along with lower phase noise tunable oscillators, among other things, can help achieve the desired increase in reliability and system performance. It is in these areas where frequency agile components may be best applied. Ferroelectric thin/thick film technology is making significant improvements in reducing dielectric loss and tuning voltage requirements. Thus their application to the development of commercially useful and practical frequency agile components is gaining.
