碳氮化钒在奥氏体中析出的动力学模型

 采用应力松弛方法研究了钒氮微合金钢中V(C,N)在奥氏体区的等温析出行为,证实了动力学计算模型的模拟结果。结果表明,试验钢的析出 温度 时间(PTT)曲线呈典型的“C”形,本试验条件下析出开始时间最短的“鼻子”温度为850 ℃左右,与模型计算得到的820 ℃相差很小。钢中氮含量对PTT曲线形状有较大影响,随着氮含量的增加C曲线向左移动,这与模型计算结果非常吻合。

Multiple Stimuli-Responsive Nanozyme-Based Cryogels with Controlled NO Release as Self-Adaptive Wound Dressing for Infected Wound Healing

Wound with drug-resistant bacterial infections has become a serious challenge for the healthcare system, and designing wound dressing to self-adapt to the need of different stage of wound healing remains challenging. Herein, self-adaptive wound dressings with multiple stimuli-responsiveness and antibacterial activity are developed. Specifically, MoS₂ carrying a reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsive nitric oxide (NO) release precursor L-arginine (MSPA) is designed and incorporated into carboxymethyl chitosan/poly( N-isopropylacrylamide) based cryogels (CMCS/PNIPAM) with multiple responsiveness (pH, near infrared (NIR), and temperature) to form self-adaptive antibacterial cryogels that adapt to the therapeutic needs of different stages in infected wound healing. In response to the slightly acidic environment of bacterial infection, the cryogels assist the bacterial capture capacity through acid-triggered protonation behavior, and effectively enhance the photodynamic antibacterial efficiency. Controllable on-demand delivery of ROS, NO, and remote management of infected biofluid are achieved with NIR light as a trigger switch. The multiple stimuli-responsive nanozyme-based cryogels efficiently eliminate MRSA bacterial biofilm through NO assisted photodynamicand photothermal therapy (PDT&PTT). The multiple enzyme-like activities of the cryogels effectively relieved oxidative damage. Notably, these cryogels effectively reduce wound infection, alleviated oxidative stress, and accelerate collagen deposition and angiogenesis in infected wounds, indicating that multiple stimuli-responsive self-adaptive wound dressings provide new ideas for infected wound treatment.     

PET/PTT共混体系相容性的研究

根据B.Schneier公式计算了PET/PTT共混体系△H_m值,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射法等手段,对PET/PTT熔融共混体系进行相容性的研究。研究发现:PET/PTT共混体系为热力学相容体系;在无定形区是相容的,在晶区是部分相容的,PTT的加入对PET的结晶有促进作用。     

PTT纤维长毛绒产品数字化测配色方法探讨

应用datacolor SF600分光光度计及datamatch3．5测色配色软件,采用条件等色的计算机配色方式,以CIE标准施照态D65和CIE标准观察者为基础,探讨了用于长毛绒产品的PTT纤维数字化测配色工艺路线与技术方法,分析了在可见光范嗣内PTT纤维染色过程中反射率R％、K／S值的变化规律．以R、Y、B色料三原素为基础建立了用于PTT纤维配色数据库,得到能在CIE标准施照态D65和CIE标准观察者2个条件下染得与产品标样相同色泽的染色处方,其方法可对纤维类产品的染色测色配色提供借鉴．     

PTT纤维的发展及其染色加工探讨

聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)纤维作为近年来商业化的新型聚酯纤维品种,由于具有许多PET所不具备的优异服用性能而成为未来开发应用的热点。对PTT纤维的发展现状,纤维结构及性能,特别是PTT纤维的有关染色各因素等作了详细的分析。     

Development and characterization of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)‐based bicomponent meltblown nonwovens

Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT)‐based mono and bico meltblown webs have been produced by using a Reicofil® Bi‐Component Meltblown Line at TANDEC, located at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. Thermal and flow properties of PTT were first examined by DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) and with a Melt Indexer for an effective experimental design through the Surface Response Methodology (SRM). The processability of meltblowing in a wide range of operating windows was extensively investigated. Melt temperature, melt throughput, air temperature, airflow rate, and DCD (distance of collector to die) were considered as primary process control variables. The produced webs were characterized for fiber diameter, bulk density, air permeability, hydrostatic head, tensile properties, and heat shrinkage. Non‐round and curly or twisted fibers were observed in the bico PP/PTT webs by SEM (scanning electrical microscope). The PTT grade studied is quite suitable for the meltblown process. 基于ZigBee网络的语音应急通信可行性研究

简要介绍ZigBee无线网络技术以及电信行业通话质量的评估标准。通过仿真模拟,对ZigBee无线信道上的VoIP和PTT两种语音通信的通话质量进行评估,并对ZigBee网络的语音应急通信的可行性进行了分析和研究。结果表明在节点间通信少于两跳及无线链路质量较好的情况下,ZigBee网络能够提供语音服务。
