一种LTPS面板厂建厂设计提案构想介绍

从工艺需求、成本、工期与污染控制的角度出发,检视目前面板厂建厂的设计概念后,提出另外一种LTPS建厂设计的提案构想,以为业界参考。     

Broadband damping of non-rigid-body resonances of planar positioning stages by tuned mass dampers

In high tech motion systems, the finite stiffness of mechanical components often limits the bandwidth of the control system. This is usually counteracted by increasing the controller complexity, for instance by adding notch filters. The height of the resonance frequencies of the non-rigid body dynamics and the amount of damping significantly affect the achievable bandwidth. This paper describes a method to add damping to the flexible behavior of a motion stage, by using tuned mass-dampers with an over-critical damping value in contrast to a regular TMD with 10–20% damping. This over-critical damping results in a robust damper mechanism which is insensitive for parameter variations in terms of stiffness and damping. The main result is a significant modal damping increase over a broad band of resonant frequencies, with only four dampers added. This results in a bandwidth improvement of over 150% in z-direction, which leads to a disturbance suppression of over 10 times for both force and displacement disturbances. A damper test setup has been realized and tested to validate the possibility to create dampers with this over-critical damping behavior.     

光伏电站设计智能优化

由于目前光伏电站设计目前没有相应的标准,因此以个人经验为指导的情况,无法保证电站建设的成本最优,鉴于此问题,本文提出了一种光伏电站优化设计方法,基于模拟退火算法,通过对光伏区域中的组件进行最优分组来实现两级电缆成本的最优。并通过实际项目对该算法进行检验,达到比较理想效果。     

不同晒红烟品种对烟蚜［Myzus persicae（Sulzer）］生殖和死亡的影响

在１２个晒红烟品种（泉烟等）和２个烤烟品种ＮＣ８９（对照品种）及红花大金元的盆栽试验中，用微笼研究了烟蚜的生命表以了解生殖力和死亡率．并对某些种群参数作出统计分析。饲养条件为２０．０℃—３１．１℃．相对湿度为７２％－９２％。获得了以下参数：净生殖率（Ｒ０），内禀增殖力（ｒｍ），平均世代历期（Ｔ）（ｄ）及周限增长率（λ）。表明烟蚜在４个品种上（ＮＣ８９、红花大金元、剑叶子、安８８）发生数量较少，而在３个品种上发生多（大花＞柳叶子＞小花青）。方差分析表明，生殖力及死亡率在品种间均有显著差异。

动静组合分离器与静态分离器比较以及在印度工程上的应用

介绍了中速磨煤机静态分离器及动静组合分离器工作原理,比较了动静组合分离器与静态分离器的区别,并研究了两种分离器在印度安巴拉项目磨煤机上的应用。根据现场运行结果,动态分离器在寿命和运行效果上都优于静态分离器。     

Biochemical factors responsible for susceptibility or resistance of various plants against the scarlet mite,brevipalpus phoenicis: i. amino acids analysis

Free amino acids show considerable variations among various species of plants that exhibit different degrees of susceptibility or resistance to various pests infestation. Some of the free amino acids, directly or indirectly, contribute to defense mechanism of the plants. Recently, 31 plant species were screened for susceptibility or resistance against the attack of the scarlet mite, Brevipalpus phoenicis (Geij.). Thin layer chromatography showed that all resistant species contain tryptophan, tyrosine and hydroxyproline, while all susceptible hosts had amino acids like α‐aminocaprylic acid and dihydroxyphenylalanine. The plants species lacking dihydroxyphenylalanine could not support the development of the scarlet mite.     

A Moisture Transfer Model for Isothermal Drying of Plant Cellular Materials Based on the Pore Network Approach

Plant materials with cellular structure, like fruits and vegetables, are often viewed as porous media in terms of model building of the drying process, on the basis of a hypothesis that all of the moisture of a plant tissue is trapped in a continuous and connected pore network system. However, most of the moisture in the plant tissue is contained naturally in enclosed cells. In the course of drying, the trapped moisture has to cross the cell membranes and then migrates in the extracellular space. Based on this concept, a pore network model for isothermal drying of plant materials was developed in which two stages of moisture movement—transmembrane transfer and extracellular transfer in the pore network—were considered. Finally, the isothermal convective air-drying processes of a potato slice were simulated. The calculated results were validated by the experiments conducted under the simulation conditions.     

贺州市水电站工程质量监督工作的现状及对策

分析了近年来贺州市小水电建设中存在的管理失控、不完全履行建设质量监督程序及具体工程建设中出现的一些质量事故及原因,针对这些问题,提出了健全质量监督机构、提高质量监督队伍素质、规范建设审批手续等建议.     

Ozone Application for the Improvement of UASB Reactor Effluent I. Physical-Chemical and Biological Appraisal

Ozonation can improve the effluent characteristics of UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactors treating domestic sewage, by removing organic matter, solids, surfactants, color and microorganisms. In Brazil, part of the effluent of a 120 msup3; UASB reactor, fed with screened domestic sewage at an hydraulic retention time of 7 hours, was post-treated in a two-column ozonation system of 300 liters total volume. With a contact time of 50 minutes and ozone application dosage of 16.7 mg/L, the following removals were obtained at the ozonation step: 51‰ BOD, 56‰COD, 76‰ TSS, 62‰ color, and 91‰ surfactants. Pathogens and indicator organisms were inactivated to over 99.9‰. Ozonation completely destroyed Salmonella, protozoa cysts and helminth eggs and larvae.
