表面活性剂对微细涤纶纤维的吸附研究

分别采用亚甲基蓝两相滴定法和表面比电阻法研究了表面活性剂在微细涤纶纤维表面的吸咐。研究发现：阴离子表面活性剂在微细纤维上的等温吸附线基本符合Brunauer的第四种类型；阴离子表面活性剂对纤维表面的吸附能力与结构有很大关系；表面比电阻法证明了在微细涤纶纤维上确实发生了表面活性剂的吸咐，从而使得纤维表面电荷增加，使表面电阻相对下降。     

新型高带液率平幅连续浸渍设备及工艺技术

本文分别以德Ｋｕｓｔｅｒｓ公司Ｂａｂｃｏｃｋ公司和ＲａｍｉｓｃｈＫｌｅｉｎｅｗｅｆｅｒｓ公司制造的Ｆｌｅｘｎｉｐ，Ｓｕｐｅｒ－Ｓａｔ和Ｒａｃｏ－Ｙｅｔ浸渍机为例，阐述了瓣型高带液平幅加续浸渍机的发展历史，设备结构，工作原理及相应的工艺技术。     

人造麂皮织物基布染整生产工艺

叙述了人造麂皮织物基布的染整加工工艺，重点对影响碱减量效果的几个因素进行分析，通过正交试验得出合格的参数。     

丝胶改性聚酯和聚酰胺纤维吸放湿性的研究

本文表明用丝胶改性聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维以提高改性纤维的吸放湿性是有效的。理论分析与实验结果统一。     

缝纫阻力与缝纫工艺的关系探讨

本文应用性能优良的玻青铜制成悬臂式的特殊针板作为缝纫阻力的传感器，借以探讨缝纫阻力与缝针粗细、缝纫车速及被缝织物层数间的关系．结果表明，缝针粗细对缝纫阻力影响最显著，被缝织物层数也有较大影响，而缝纫机车速对缝纫阻力的影响不明显。     

节能环保的973A染色蒸箱

MH703和MH903蒸箱底部隐蔽处有大量的冷凝染液废水排放，影响环保，浪费染化料。新型973A蒸箱可以使染料充分预溶解、吸附、扩散，因此从蒸箱底部排放的废液基本上是清水，可获得环保、节能和低耗效果。973A蒸箱还可以进行浅色涤棉织物的分散／活性、分散／直接一浴法轧蒸工艺，缩短了工序，增加了汽蒸轧染工艺的品种适应性。973A蒸箱的专利技术，合理地解决了湿蒸法所需高带液量的机械问题和中间干燥引起的染料泳移问题。     

Electrochromic effects from a simple commercial polymer membrane

A simple commercial polyester polymer membrane has been found to exhibit an intense electrochromic effect. Most polymers which undergo electrochromic effects contain either transition metals or extensive conjugated systems. We have found that a simple commercial polyester membrane when coated with gold and polarised to −4 V (versus Ag) in aprotic organic solvents displays an electrochromic colour change from a colourless to an intense red state.     

稀土在人棉灯芯绒直接染料染色中的应用

目前，稀土在化纤类，毛类纺织品染色中的应用比较成熟，而在棉类染色中的应用还未能得到推广，探讨稀土在直接染料对人棉灯芯绒织物染色中的作用机理，并从试验和生产方面加以比较，总结出本厂的成熟工艺。作者认为稀土对人棉灯芯绒织物在直接染料染色上应用是切实可行的，效果是理想的。     

Study of the modulus of elasticity of polymer concrete compounds and comparative assessment of polymer concrete and portland cement concrete

The main aim of this study is to assess the modulus of elasticity of polymer concrete (PC) compounds produced using two types of binders: orthophtalic or isophtalic polyester. The compositions used were selected from a previous study that identified cost-effective PC compositions. Based on those data, the concentrations of polymer used were 12% of orthophtalic polyester and 13% of isophtalic polyester by weight of the dry materials. Fly ash was used as a filler and compositions with 8%, 12%, 16% and 20% of ash by weight of aggregate were studied. Results indicate that all compositions assessed in this study display high modulus of elasticity values. Statistical analysis of the data reveals that the type of resin and the concentration of fly ash, both in isolation and in combination, have a significant effect on the modulus of elasticity of these compounds.
