In today's highly interconnected, uncertain and dynamic business environment, team boundary spanning has become an important determinant of the performance of new product development (NPD) projects. Despite the positive evidence supporting the use of boundary spanning activities by NPD teams, little is still known about how boundary spanning teams become high-performance teams. The current study advances research on this subject by examining the mediating effect of team potency on the relationship between team boundary spanning and new product performance, as well as the moderating effects of team size and functional diversity on the relationship between team boundary spanning and team potency. Data from a time-lagged survey study of 140 NPD projects found that team boundary spanning can promote team potency that, in turn, results in greater new product quality and new product creativity. The positive effect of team boundary spanning on team potency was found to be more pronounced for NPD teams of medium size and high levels of functional diversity.  相似文献

Due to the complex spatial-temporal pathophysiology of spinal cord injury (SCI), effective modulation of SCI-specific inflammatory pathogenesis to achieve desirable therapeutic effects on functional recovery still remains challenging. Herein, cell-enhanced photocrosslinked silk fibroin hydrogels with extracellular matrix-mimicking cues of mechanical properties and RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) signals are gelled in situ to fill the lesion site to modulate injury-induced neuroinflammation and promote neurite regrowth after SCI. The bionic hydrogel system provides biomimetic mechanical cues to promote neuronal differentiation of neural stem/progenitor cells (NPCs) and neurite growth by activating YAP nuclear expression. Importantly, favored by the strong capacity of silk fibroin hydrogels on macrophage/microglia recruitment, NPCs encapsulated hydrogel (NPCs@SFRGD0.1) effectively promotes recruited macrophages/microglia to M2 polarization in the lesion site by releasing S100A4 and thereby remodels the inflammatory microenvironment after SCI. Moreover, NPCs@SFRGD0.1 successfully reduces glial scar formation and accelerates corticospinal tract axon regrowth to improve locomotor recovery. Overall, this work contributes to illustrating the therapeutic mechanism of NPCs development based biomaterial therapies on modulating inflammatory microenvironment and this NPCs enhanced silk fibroin hydrogel provides a promising therapeutic strategy for SCI.  相似文献

A highly biomimetic neotrachea with C-shaped cartilage rings has promising clinical applications in the treatment of circumferential tracheal defects (CTDs) owing to its structure and physiological function. However, to date, most fabricated tracheal cartilages are O-shaped. In this study, finite element analysis demonstrates C-shaped cartilage rings that exhibit better compliance than O-shaped. Hydrogel is developed using methacryloyl-modified decellularized Wharton's jelly matrix (DWJMA) for the regeneration of C-shaped cartilage rings. This novel hydrogel possesses adjustable physicochemical properties and favorable cytocompatibility. When loaded with chondrocytes, DWJMA hydrogels support the optimal cartilage regeneration both in vitro and in vivo. More importantly, a highly biomimetic neotrachea simultaneously simulating the structural and physiological properties of the normal trachea is regenerated via modular assembly of several individual C-shaped cartilage rings. The results demonstrate the highly biomimetic neotrachea have better patency (88.6 ± 6.1% vs 74.4 ± 9.4%, p < 0.05), improve the survival rate, alleviate weight loss and mucoid impaction, than its O-shaped counterpart when used for the treatment of CTDs in a rabbit model. Therefore, this study proposes a novel hydrogel for the regeneration of C-shaped cartilage and provides new insights into the treatment of CTDs using a highly biomimetic neotrachea with C-shaped cartilage rings.  相似文献

如何测度各省工业绿色发展水平高低, 判断各省工业绿色创新能力差异, 本文从绿色投入要素和绿色产出效益视角构建集结综合属性值的工业绿色发展多指标评价体系; 并在云模型基础上提出了基于混合多维云模型的区间多属性测度方法. 该方法创新性地利用区间权重和云权重的相互转换, 在解决多指标权重不一的问题后, 再运用父云贴近度计算工业绿色发展水平, 云投影度测定工业绿色创新能力; 最后采用省际间的工业面板数据进行验证. 结果表明, 相较于一般的多指标综合评价法, 该测定方法的实证结果与实际情况更相符合, 说明了该方法既能对工业绿色发展水平的整体情况进行评价分析, 也能精确计算出各指标贡献度, 从而判断其是否具有工业绿色创新能力. 因此, 本研究可为各地区调整工业绿色发展水平测度指标、制定工业绿色发展规划提供实质性建议和理论决策依据.  相似文献

增材制造技术(即3D打印)因具有高设计自由度、高材料利用率、高成形效率和精度等优势,逐渐成为高效轻质高功率密度电机设计与制造的研究热点。该文旨在对3D打印电机的性能及其应用作系统性综述。首先,对3D打印电机的发展脉络进行简要概括。其次,分别对3D打印铁心、磁钢、绕组,以及散热和机械支撑结构的研究现状进行总结,并与传统工艺加工的样件进行性能对比。随后,介绍了适用于增材制造的结构设计方法——拓扑优化。最后,根据目前的研究情况归纳了3D打印电机未来的发展趋势和面临的挑战。  相似文献

With the rapid popularity of multi-camera networks, one human action is usually captured by multiple cameras located at different angles simultaneously. Multi-camera videos contain the distinct perspectives of one action, therefore multiple views can overcome the impacts of illumination and occlusion. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-camera video clustering model, named Shareability-Exclusivity Representation on Product Grassmann Manifolds (PGM-SER), to address two key issues in traditional multi-view clustering methods (MVC): (1) Most MVC methods directly construct a shared similarity matrix by fusing multi-view data or their corresponding similarity matrices, which ignores the exclusive information in each view; (2) Most MVC methods are designed for multi-view vectorial data, which cannot handle the nonlinear manifold structure hidden in multi-camera videos. The proposed PGM-SER firstly adopts Product Grassmann Manifolds to represent multi-camera videos, then simultaneously learn their shared and exclusive information in global structures to achieve multi-camera video clustering. We provide an effective optimization algorithm to solve PGM-SER and present the corresponding convergence analysis. Finally, PGM-SER is tested on three multi-camera human action video datasets and obtain satisfied experimental results.  相似文献

Over the past decade, the call to foster computational thinking (CT) in every child has received considerable attention. However, there is little understanding of whether children are developmentally ready to think computationally and what specific CT concepts and skills can be developed at various ages. This study explored the developmental and gender differences in CT skills of 197 Grade 4–6 students (aged 9–13) before being exposed to instruction and investigated the age–gender interaction effects on their CT acquisition in an intervention combining both programming and non-programming (unplugged) activities. Results show that students' CT skills followed a developmental progression before instruction. Gender difference across ages was insignificant in conditionals, logical operators, pattern recognition and generalization skills. Additionally, students of different ages developed CT differently during the intervention, and their CT acquisition was unaffected by gender. Implications for practice and research in CT education were discussed.  相似文献

为了客观反映与评价国内人因可靠性研究现状与发展趋势,采用文献计量学分析方法,并以CNKI数据库为数据源,对2006-2016国内人因可靠性领域文献进行分析与评价。采用年份、学科、载文期刊、研究机构、基金资助、文献传播与扩散、关键词等进行分析评述。结果表明:近十年国内该领域文献总体数量呈增加趋势;该学科发展呈现出多学科相互交叉的特点;根据布拉德福文献离散定律,确定期刊分布的核心区域;利用Citespace软件对关键词进行分析,得出人因可靠性分析方法是当前的研究热点。  相似文献

再制造是制造业产业链的延伸,属于先进制造和绿色制造的范畴,《中国制造2025》提出要"大力发展再制造产业,实施高端再制造、智能再制造、在役再制造"。当前,我国再制造试点企业数量和再制造产品种类不断增加,再制造政策法规、基础理论、关键技术、行业标准得到不断创新完善。未来,再制造工程将向"绿色、优质、高效、智能、服务"五大方向发展,重点突破若干再制造核心关键技术,完善多个支撑体系,形成一批再制造领军产业。  相似文献
