从大事件营销的角度对南通市新城区的发展进行分析,指出南通市通过省运会这一大事件,激活周边地块的价值提升并产生连锁反应,从而对地区发展形成显著的触媒作用。这一过程为南通新市级中心周边地区带来发展机遇,同时也通过促进地区功能完善和城市结构整合,为城市长期发展提供持续强大的推动力。实证研究表明,不仅仅是大城市,二、三线城市也可以通过大事件的机遇实现地区腾飞,大事件营销正成为一种日益普遍的推动城市发展的政府手段。  相似文献

Vast majority of practical engineering design problems require simultaneous handling of several criteria. For the sake of simplicity and through a priori preference articulation one can turn many design tasks into single-objective problems that can be handled using conventional numerical optimization routines. However, in some situations, acquiring comprehensive knowledge about the system at hand, in particular, about possible trade-offs between conflicting objectives may be necessary. This calls for multi-objective optimization that aims at identifying a set of alternative, Pareto-optimal designs. The most popular solution approaches include population-based metaheuristics. Unfortunately, such methods are not practical for problems involving expensive computational models. This is particularly the case for microwave and antenna engineering where design reliability requires utilization of CPU-intensive electromagnetic (EM) analysis. In this work, we discuss methodologies for expedited multi-objective design optimization of expensive EM simulation models. The solution approaches that we present here rely on surrogate-based optimization (SBO) paradigm, where the design speedup is obtained by shifting the optimization burden into a cheap replacement model (the surrogate). The latter is utilized for generating the initial approximation of the Pareto front representation as well as further front refinement (to elevate it to the high-fidelity EM simulation model level). We demonstrate several application case studies, including a wideband matching transformer, a dielectric resonator antenna and an ultra-wideband monopole antenna. Dimensionality of the design spaces in the considered examples vary from six to fifteen, and the design optimization cost is about one hundred of high-fidelity EM simulations of the respective structure, which is extremely low given the problem complexity.  相似文献

Hydrogen's widespread use is fraught with many difficulties. The challenges currently are to do with safety concerns in gas storage and transportation, and low rate of production leading to non-viability of technologies at the point-of-use. Another global concern of immediate relevance involves heavy-metal ion pollution. Viable processes which can simultaneously remove and result in beneficiation of the contaminants are hitherto rarely reported. In this context we report a single-step, in situ co-reduction approach which has the dual advantage of (i) Hg contaminant removal, and (ii) room temperature hydrogen production. Hydrogen is produced via galvanic corrosion of in situ synthesized nanoaluminium amalgam. The production rate (720 mL/min for 0.5 g-Al salt) is far superior to what would be expected from the use of pure hydrides, and/or using bulk amalgams at room temperature. The method is simple, chimie douce (i.e soft chemical), hence potentially affordable, and capable of providing a means of beneficiating Hg contaminated water present in effluents from certain industries (for example, industries which uses chlor-alkali process). The in situ co-reduction approach helps in bypassing the usual rate limiting step which involves formation of an alumina passivation layer on hydrolytic material surface. Given the potential that exists in scale down and up, this approach offers a method to address the long standing challenge of point-of-use hydrogen availability.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new algorithm for Boolean operations on rasterized geometric shapes that are represented with chain codes. The algorithm works in three steps. Firstly, the chain code symbols are transformed in the Hilbert space, where the overlaid chain code symbols are recognised. After that, a suitable starting cell is determined. Finally, the walk-about through the sequence of the initial chain code symbols is performed to obtain the sequence of chain code symbols representing the shape of the required Boolean operation. The algorithm is demonstrated on Freeman chain code in four directions. The time and space complexity of the proposed algorithm is linear, which was proven theoretically and confirmed by experiments.  相似文献

Uniform-sized orthorhombic MoO3 nanoribbons were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method at 240 °C. The nanoribbons grew along the [001] orientation, with average length, width and thickness of approximately 20 μm, 270 nm and 90 nm, respectively. The obtained nanoribbons were further annealed in a hydrogen atmosphere at different temperatures to modify their surface states. The treatment of the nanoribbons at 300 °C significantly elevated the concentration of non-stoichiometric Mo5+ to 24.7%, much larger than the original concentration (∼14.8%). A positive relationship was found between the non-stoichiometric Mo5+, chemisorbed oxygen ion and sensor response. The sensor based on the MoO3 nanoribbons treated at 300 °C exhibited a faster response time of approximately 10.9 s, and a higher sensor response of 17.3 towards 1000 ppm H2, compared with the results of original tests (∼21 s and ∼5.7, respectively), indicating the significantly improved gas sensing performance of the treated MoO3. Meanwhile, the sensor also exhibited excellent repeatability and selectivity toward hydrogen gas. The enhancement of the hydrogen gas sensing performance of treated MoO3 nanoribbons was attributed to the more effective adjustment of the width of the depletion region on the nanoribbon surface and the height of the potential barrier at the junctions, induced by the interaction between hydrogen molecules and higher-concentration oxygen ions. Our research implied that the gas sensing performance of nanostructured metal oxides could be successfully enhanced through annealing in the reducing gas.  相似文献

The modular satellite concept iBOSS (intelligent Building Blocks for On-Orbit Satellite Servicing and Assembly) enables on-orbit servicing and reconfiguration of satellite systems and has the potential to be a game changer in the space industry. Such building blocks have to withstand all environmental loads in space, e.g.: radiation, vacuum and thermal cycling.The present paper investigates the mechanical properties of the two component epoxy adhesive 3M SW9323 under the environmental effect of radiation. This adhesive is part of the building block's primary structure. Furthermore, adhesive bonding is the sole joining technique used in the whole structure. It is therefore critical to know the influence of ionizing radiation on its load-carrying capacity. For this purpose bulk specimens were manufactured and exposed to γ-radiation, generated by a 60Co source. Four different doses were achieved by varying the distance to the source and irradiation time. Afterwards the specimen were tested under tensile loading. Using the digital image correlation technique properties like elastic modulus, shear modulus, tensile strength and elongation at break were determined.The results show that the mechanical properties of the bulk specimen of 3M SW9323 are not influenced by γ-radiation up to a dose of 17.6 kGy. This is explained by the phenomena of crosslinking and chain scission which occur simultaneously and cancel each other out. In addition, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was carried out to investigate if one mechanism is predominant. A slight shift in the spectra indicates the supremacy of chain scission.  相似文献
