Failures by notch induced fatigue fractures Notches produce local stress concentrations and promote the formation of fatigue cracks. Characteristic types of notches as a result of design, manufacturing and operation are presented and remedial measures are discussed. Examples demonstrate the effect of different kinds of notches on various components.

Relationship between CO2 Sensor Voltage Response and Phase Equilibrium of Solid Electrolyte Na, K-β/β"-Al2O3

A type of CO2 sensor based on oxygen concentration cell was designed as following: Cell I: Pt | Au, O2,CO2|Na2CO3(Au)|NKBA(Au)|YSZ|O2, CO2|Pt or Cell Ⅱ: Pt|Au, O2, CO2|K2CO3(Au)|NKBA(Au)|YSZ|O2, CO2|Pt.(Na,K-β/β″-Al2O3 is named by NKBA). The sensor signal is consistent with the Nernstian slope within the region ofphase equilibrium for Na, K-β/β"-Al2O3 material. The relationship between CO2 sensor voltage response and phaseequilibrium of solid electrolyte Na, K-β/β-Al2O3 is discussed in this paper.     

含H2S井完井液用除硫剂和缓蚀剂

含H_2S井完井液对井下金属管串具有腐蚀性。采用锌基或铁基螯合物除硫剂及咪唑啉缓蚀剂可有效地防止这种腐蚀的发生。本文对H_2S的腐蚀、除硫剂和缓蚀剂产品及其对产层的损害作了介绍与探讨。     

Significance of fluid regime in biological filtration

A dispersed flow model previously developed to study substrate utilization in unsaturated media was experimentally verified and its practical application was considered. For this purpose, measurements were made using tap water and a synthetic feed solution. The importance of the change in fluid regime as regards to the simultaneous transport and reaction within biological filters were demonstrated. The effect of drop formation and the breakage of liquid jets inside the filters on substrate utilization was also shown.     

TiB2和SiCW对Al2O3陶瓷材料高温摩擦磨损特性的影响

研究了Ａｌ２Ｏ３、Ａｌ２ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２和Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２／ＳｉＣＷ三处陶瓷材料在不同条件下的擦靡损特性。结果表明：三种陶瓷材料与硬质合金摩擦副的摩擦系数随温度温度的增加有不同的变化规律，摩擦表面的Ｘ射线衍射分析表明，摩擦系数的变化与陶瓷物膜的和结构有关，在高温下Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＢ２陶瓷材料摩擦表面形成了具有优良的高温润性的ＴｉＯ２氧化膜，因而ＴｉＢ２的加入明显改善了Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷材料 摩擦磨损     

TiO_2载体表面酸性的研究

利用NH_3吸附和吡啶吸附红外技术研究TiO_2的制备条件对其表面酸性的影响。结果表明,用NH_3水中和TiCl_4溶液方法制备的TiO_2(A)表面有较强的L酸中心,中和条件对表面酸性中心数目和强度有显著影响。由TiOSO_4水解方法制备的TiO_2(B)表面具有较强的L酸中心和较弱的B酸中心,引入不同添加剂可有效地调变TiO_2载体表面的酸性。     

二(二甲苯基)丙烷合成工艺的研究

二氯丙烷(DCP)与二甲苯在混合金属氯化物催化剂(HD90)作用下合成二(二甲苯基)丙烷,生产过程简单,产品收率高。在60—80℃的温度下,二甲苯与二氯丙烷摩尔比为6∶1,HD用量50克/摩尔DCP的条件下反应5—6小时,二(二甲苯基)丙烷的收率可达88％以上。     

A Study of the Specific Heats of the Compounds in the Sm_2O_3-BaO-CuO System

By means of X-ray diffraction and adiabatic scanning calorimeter,the specific heatsof five compounds in the Sm_2O_3-BaO--CuO system,such as Sm_2BaO_4,Sm_2CuO_4,BaCuO_4,Sm_2BaCuO_5,SmBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x),from -150℃ to 800℃ have been measured.It is found that the specific heats ofthese compounds increase smoothly with the increase of temperature.
