A new methodology towards determining building performance under modified outdoor conditions

Great efforts have been made to establish the influence of the urban climate upon the energy consumption of buildings. While many scientific articles present measured data of increased energy consumption due to building surroundings, this paper aims to present a straightforward methodology for the assessment of building performance under modified outdoor conditions. Designers and urban planners should benefit from the results of this paper in their evaluation of proposals to decrease building energy consumption. A number of examples are discussed in order to illustrate the methodology outlined.     

Coping with COPA II: Actions to Improve Effluent Quality

The paper outlines some of the actions taken by Severn Trent Water to achieve compliance with consent limits since the implementation of the Control of Pollution Act (Part II) in 1985.
Prior to and since 1985, Severn Trent Water has undertaken an extensive programme to analyse the reasons for failure and carry out remedial work. A major feature of this programme, which has been further stimulated by privatization, has been the need to reduce the lead time for carrying out improvements.
The paper discusses the means by which this has been achieved, including the introduction of the 'fast-track'initiative and the 'process matrix'.
Other aspects are outlined including initiatives to develop more robust processes, computerized work scheduling, extensive training programmes and best practice studies.

建设项目跨组织知识共享对项目绩效的影响机制研究

知识共享能促进组织绩效,但现有研究缺乏其在跨组织情境中的影响效应和机理探讨。基于建设项目业主、施工方、咨询监理等参建主体的213份调查问卷,从项目整体利益出发,揭示建设项目跨组织知识共享对项目绩效的影响机制。结果表明,建设项目跨组织知识共享对参建方的知识资本和项目绩效有显著的正向影响,相对于隐性知识共享,显性知识共享对项目绩效的促进作用更大;在显性知识共享和项目绩效的关系中,参建方知识资本的3个维度人力资本、结构资本和关系资本分别起到部分中介作用,而在隐性知识共享和项目绩效的关系中,仅有结构资本起到部分中介作用。     

基于CREAM的航天发射场人因可靠性定量分析方法研究

以我国航天发射场安全评估为背景,基于认知可靠性和失误分析方法(CREAM),开展航天发射场人因可靠性(HRA)定量分析方法研究。首先结合航天发射场特点对共同绩效条件(CPC)进行改进,之后采用模糊方法处理CPC到控制模式之间的映射关系,提出了环境影响因子值的概念,提出了航天发射场HRA定量分析流程,最后针对火箭吊装过程进行了实例分析。     

输电线路杆塔腐蚀特性和防腐蚀措施研究

简述了输电线路杆塔腐蚀的分类,统计了沈阳地区2009年至今输电线路杆塔防腐蚀工作开展情况。根据防腐蚀运行数据,从杆塔运行年限、周边环境、防腐蚀频次、防腐蚀区段等方面分析腐蚀特性。论述了传统防腐蚀措施及其不足,在严控防腐蚀验收、拟定防腐蚀等级、加强运维管理和选用防腐蚀新型涂料4个方面提出针对性改进办法,为防腐蚀工作提供参考。
