The electrical discharge machining (EDM) process produces the recast layer with or without cracks on the surface that requires a remedial post-treatment in the manufacture of critical or highly stressed surfaces. One of the frequently used post-treatment processes is also the abrasive electrochemical grinding (AECG) and it has been widely used in the precision machining of difficult-to-cut materials due to an enhanced surface integrity and productivity. The aim of this study is to investigate improvability of surface integrity in terms of machining voltage, electrolyte flow rate and table feed rate parameters of AECG in EDMed Ti6Al4V alloy. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectrograph (EDS) and surface roughness measurement were performed to study the surface characteristics of the machined samples. Experimental results indicate that the AECG process effectively improves the surface roughness and eliminates the EDM damages completely by setting suitable grinding parameters. 相似文献

电动汽车通过V2G技术可以作为电网负荷侧的备用容量,由此提出了一个多目标优化模型,将电动汽车车主成本和经济调度成本作为其目标函数,并让电动汽车通过有序充放电来作为经济调度时的备用容量.在满足各种约束条件下,采用多目标遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对模型进行求解.电动汽车的负荷特性、负荷波动、真实风能输出和机组停运状态均采用蒙特卡洛算法得到,并以一小时为时间间隔来进行仿真.由模型的求解结果可知,通过选择合适的pareto解集中的值,可以节省车主成本和经济调度的成本,并且可以实现对负荷削峰填谷的功能. 相似文献

Design of a printed log‐periodic dipole array antenna with high gain for millimeter‐wave applications 下载免费PDF全文
In this article, a V‐band printed log‐periodic dipole array (PLPDA) antenna with high gain is proposed. The antenna prototype is designed, simulated, fabricated, and tested. Simulation results show that this antenna can operate from 42 to 82 GHz with a fractional impedance bandwidth of 64.5% covering the whole V‐band (50–75 GHz). The antenna has a measured impedance matching bandwidth that starts from 42 to beyond 65 GHz with good agreement between the experimental and simulated results. At 50 and 65 GHz, the antenna has a measured gain of 10.45 and 10.28 dBi, respectively, with a gain variation of 2.6 dBi across the measured frequency range. The antenna prototype exhibits also stable radiation patterns over the operating band. It achieves side‐lobe suppression better than 17.26 dB in the H‐plane and better than 8.95 dB in the E‐plane, respectively. In addition, the cross‐polarization component is 18.5 dB lower than the copolarization with front‐to‐back ratio lower than 24.1 dB in both E‐ and H‐planes across the desired frequency range. Based on a comparison of performance among the reported work in the literature, we can say that the proposed PLPDA antenna is a proper candidate to be used in many applications at V‐band frequency. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A multi-objective controller synthesis problem is considered in which an output is to be regulated approximately by assuring a bound on the steady-state peak amplification in response to an infinite-energy disturbance, while also guaranteeing a desired level of performance measured in terms of the worst-case energy gain from a finite-energy input to a performance output. Relying on a characterization of the controllers with which almost asymptotic regulation is accomplished, the problem of guaranteeing the desired level of performance is reduced to solving a system of linear matrix inequalities subject to a set of linear equality constraints. We propose an H∞ approach to a remote control problem where the communication is constrained due to the use of a shared channel. The controller employs a periodic time sequencing scheme for message transmissions from multiple sensors and to multiple actuators of the system. It further takes into account the information on the random message losses that occur in the channel. An exact characterization for controller synthesis is obtained and is stated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, an analysis on the loss probabilities of the messages to accomplish stabilization is carried out. The results are illustrated through a numerical example. 相似文献

This paper addresses the question: at the level of cortical cells present in the primary area V1, is the information sufficient to extract the local perspective from the texture? Starting from a model of complex cells in visual area V1, we propose a biologically plausible algorithm for frequency analysis applied to the shape from texture problem. First, specific log-normal filters are designed in replacement of the classical Gabor filters because of their theoretical properties and of their biological plausibility. These filters are separable in frequency and orientation and they better sample the image spectrum which makes them appropriate for any pattern analysis technique. A method to estimate the local frequency in the image, which discards the need to choose the best local scale, is designed. Based on this frequency analysis model, a local decomposition of the image into patches leads to the estimation of the local frequency variation which is used to solve the problem of recovering the shape from the texture. From the analytical relation between the local frequency and the geometrical parameters, under perspective projection, it is possible to recover the orientation and the shape of the original image. The accuracy of the method is evaluated and discussed on different kind of textures, both regular and irregular, with planar and curved surfaces and also on natural scenes and psychophysical stimuli. It compares favorably to the best existing methods, with in addition, a low computational cost. The biological plausibility of the model is finally discussed. 相似文献
