In this work we used the sol-gel technique to develop luminescent Eu(III) transparent films deposited on glass slides to build for sensor devices capable of monitoring transition metal ions in aqueous solutions. The films were obtained from a bis(trialkoxysilyl) organic precursor synthesized from the amide of the 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (DPA) with aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) in the presence or absence of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant as templating agent and triethylethoxysilane (TEOS) as crosslinker. These sensor devices were used to perform in situ quenching experiments by Cu(II), Fe(III), Co(II) and Ni(II) ions. The results indicate that the templated films allow the detection and quantification of these metals down to ppb levels by means of the values of the Stern-Volmer constants. In particular, it was shown that Cu(II) acts as an extremely efficient quencher (KSV = 3.5 × 105 M−1) when compared with the results obtained for the other metals, opening the possibility to use these devices as potential Cu(II) sensors for actual applications in aqueous media. 相似文献

Iron(II) phthalocyanine (FePc) modified multi-wall carbon nanotubes paste electrodes (MWCNTPEs) were used as voltammetric sensors to selectively detect dopamine (DA) in the presence of serotonin (5-HT). The electrochemical behavior of DA at the new modified electrode was investigated using CV. The enhanced current response of DA indicates that FePc modification of the MWCNTPE surface results in a high catalytic activity for the redox reaction of DA. Differential pulse voltammetry was applied in detection of DA and 5-HT at FePc-MWCNTPE. The method parameters were optimized. Detection limit of 2.05 × 10−7 M was obtained for DA by using the electrocatalytic oxidation signal corresponding to the FeII/FeIII redox process. The separation between the peak potentials of DA and 5-HT is 170 mV which is large enough for the simultaneously, selective determination of the two chemical species in their mixtures. There was no electrochemical response for ascorbic acid (AA) added in the sample. The monoamine neurotransmitter measuring method has been tested in analyzing deproteinized serum samples. 相似文献

A novel quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor with a high selectivity and sensitivity has been developed for the determination of Cu(II) ions, based on the modification of Cu(II) ion-imprinted polymer (Cu(II)-IIP) film onto a quartz crystal. The performance of the developed MIP-QCM sensor was evaluated and the results indicated that a sensitive MIP-QCM sensor could be fabricated. The obtained MIP-QCM sensor presents high-selectivity monitoring of Cu(II) ions, better reproducibility, shorter response time (6 min), wider linear range (0.001–50 μM) and lower detection limit (8 × 10−4 μM). The practical analysis of the MIP-QCM sensor confirms the feasibility of Cu(II) determination in wastewater. 相似文献

This paper proposes a method for solving the stochastic multiple criteria decision making (SMCDM) problem, where consequences of alternatives with respect to criteria are represented by random variables with probability distributions. Firstly, definitions and related analysis of dominance degree of one probability distribution over another are given. Then, by calculating the dominance degrees, the dominance degree matrix of alternative pairwise comparisons with respect to each criterion is built. Further, using PROMETHEE II method, an overall dominance degree matrix of alternative pairwise comparisons is constructed, and a net flow of each alternative is calculated. Based on the obtained net flows, a ranking of alternatives is determined. Finally, numerical examples for the three cases are given to illustrate the use of the proposed method. 相似文献

Slipping and falling are common phenomena in both workplaces and our daily activities. The risks associated with slipping and falling are related to the materials of footwear/floor, contamination condition, and geometric design of the sole. Shoe soles of various tread design are very common. Tread pattern of the shoe affects friction especially under liquid-contaminated conditions. Verification of the effects of tread groove depth is significant in assisting designers in designing proper footwear for workers exposed to slippery floor conditions. In this study, we measured the friction coefficients using the Neolite footwear pads on the terrazzo, steel, and vinyl floors under three liquid-contaminated conditions. A Brungraber Mark II slipmeter was used. The footwear pads had tread grooves with a width of either 3 or 9 mm. The depth of the tread grooves ranged from 1 to 5 mm. The results showed that tread groove depth affected the friction coefficients significantly. Higher friction values were recorded for footwear pads with deeper tread grooves on wet and water–detergent-contaminated floors. The averaged coefficient of friction (COF) gain per tread groove depth increase in millimeter under these two surface conditions ranged from 0.018 to 0.108, depending on the tread groove width, floor, and contaminant. 相似文献
