The deformation mechanisms in a wide temperature rnage from room temperature to 1200K were investigated by thermal activation approach.Using observed instantaneous stress response to the strain rate jump (Δσtr),the activation volume Vs,then the activation enthalpy ΔH,activation free enthalpy ΔG and activation entropy ΔS were calculated.The apparent activation energy of high temperature deformation is estimated to be 3.66eV,which is larger than the self-diffusion coefficient of binary TiAl(3.01eV).The dislocations at 1173K are generally curved or bowed,even helical-shaped dislocations.The climb of ordinary dislocations as well as twinning has grealty contributed to the plastic deformation.The CRSS at 1173K is estimated to be 180MPa.The higher resisting stress at both room temperature and elevated temperature might relate to the high Nb content of the alloy.  相似文献

The attack of nickel, cobalt, iron, and alloys of these metals containing chromium and aluminum, by gases containing sulfur-oxygen, carbon-oxygen, and nitrogen-oxygen has been studied at temperatures of 600 and 900°C. The degradation of these metals and alloys was characterized by using standard analytical techniques with emphasis on optical metallography. Three types of accelerated degradation were identified for the attack of alloys by gases containing another oxidant in addition to oxygen. One type of degradation occurred because of the formation of reaction products composed of mixtures of phases involving both of the oxidants. Another type resulted from the reaction of second oxidant phases with oxygen. The third form of degradation involved the development of less protective phases due to thermodynamic instabilities. Thermodynamic stability diagrams are used to help account for the effects produced by different elements in the alloys.  相似文献

针对EPS陶瓷壳型精铸失模时容易裂壳的现象,对EPS消失模精密铸造工艺进行了研究。利用自制的膨胀率检测设备对不同密度的EPS模试样在不同加热温度下的最大膨胀率进行了测试,研究了壳型膨胀与失模温度之间的关系;对陶瓷壳型中EPS模失模时的温度场分布进行测量,发现EPS模试样的密度大小对失模时温度场有着很重要的影响。在试验和分析的基础上,对EPS模失模机制进行了探讨,提出了高温失模机制。高温失模有利于降低失模时对壳型的膨胀作用力,为获得洁净而健全的陶瓷型壳提供了可靠保证。  相似文献

除草剂对哺乳动物和植物的毒性是通过对靶标位点的作用而产生的,目前已发现了近20种不同的除草剂作用机制,它们的靶标位点有些是植物所特有的,有些是哺乳动物和植物以及微生物所共有的。就这些除草剂的作用机制进行了系统的阐述,比较了它们对植物和哺乳动物的相对活性,以及如何确定它们的毒性。同时,除靶标位点外,除草剂的吸收、传导、代谢和降解也是影响毒性的重要因素,对这些因素的研究也有助于提高对非靶标生物的安全性。  相似文献

超临界流体萃取技术具有选择性好、收率高、工艺简单、操作条件温和、绿色环保等优点,已被广泛应用于中草药的提取分离中。以生物碱的生物活性分类,综述了超临界萃取技术在各种天然生物碱提取中的应用研究现况及其特点。针对超临界萃取技术在提取生物碱中的发展前景及目前所存在的问题进行分析讨论。结果表明,它能够有效地从植物中提取或分离出生物碱,且与其它的分离手段相结合将是天然药物生物碱今后的提取分离发展方向。  相似文献

A method is proposed to study the sequence of phase transitions in powdered materials under a shock-wave action. It is shown that the aluminum hydroxide-alumina system has the following sequence of phase transformations under a shock-wave action: bayerite boehmite -Al2O3 -Al2O3. It is found that there are no transitional high-temperature modifications of alumina. A method is developed for obtaining a submicron alumina powder, which allows obtaining materials with a controlled phase composition, including a thermodynamically stable -modification of Al2O3. 室内生物测定研究了JS118的触杀、胃毒、拒食、内吸活性。结果表明(1)JS118对棉铃虫有明显的触杀活性和胃毒活性,对棉铃虫6龄幼虫的触杀毒力、胃毒毒力和综合毒力分别为2.486 mg/pest、0.606 mg/pest和0.4856 mg/pest。(2)JS118对试虫无明显的驱避效果。24 h内对试虫的取食影响不明显,但在24 h后,抑制试虫进食。(3)JS118无明显的根内吸活性。  相似文献

The ability to perform spatial tasks is crucial for everyday life and of great importance to cognitive agents such as humans, animals, and autonomous robots. A common artificial intelligence approach to accomplish spatial tasks is to represent spatial configurations and tasks in form of detailed knowledge about various aspects of space and time. Suitable algorithms then use the representations to compute solutions to spatial problems. In comparison, natural embodied and situated agents often solve spatial tasks without detailed knowledge about geometric, topological, or mechanical laws; they directly relate actions to effects that are due to spatio-temporal affordances in their bodies and environments. Accordingly, we propose a paradigm that makes the spatio-temporal substrate an integral part of the engine that drives spatial problem solving. We argue that spatial and temporal structures in body and environment can substantially support (and even replace) reasoning effort in computational processes: physical manipulation and perception in spatial environments substitute formal computation. While the approach is well known – for example, we employ diagrams as spatial substrate for geometric problem solving and maps for wayfinding – the underlying principle has not been systematically investigated or formally analyzed as a paradigm of cognitive processing. Topology, distance, and orientation constraints are all integrated and interdependent in truly 2- or 3-dimensional space. Exploiting this fact may not only help overcome the need for acquiring detailed knowledge about the interrelationships between different aspects of space; it also can point to a way of avoiding exploding computational complexity that occurs when we deal with these aspects of space in complex real-world scenarios. Our approach employs affordance-based object-level problem solving to complement knowledge-level formal approaches. We will assess strengths and weaknesses of the new cognitive systems paradigm.  相似文献
