基于BIRIS的海运物流服务平台案例研究

With increasing competition in international marine logistics service industry, the voice of improving marine logistics service for reducing operation cost and improving service quality is much higher. Aiming at the marine logistics services between Weihai and Korea, this paper makes a case study to design a BIRIS-based public platform for this service. Firstly, current business scenarios of Sino-Korea marine logistics services are briefly analyzed and some business issues that need to be solved urgently are listed, e.g., lack of effective communication channel between cargo owners and various service providers, low coordination efficiency between different service providers etc. Aiming at these problems, a BIRIS based marine logistics service platform is designed. TO-BE business scenario, SOA techniques for developing such platform, and some examples of identifying services, designing service interfaces and designing portal for each service provider, are elaborately shown.     

逆向物流流量不确定闭环供应链鲁棒运作策略设计

考虑一类同时具有再分销、再制造和再利用的闭环供应链在逆向物流流量不确定环境下的运作问题.采用具有已知概率的离散情景描述逆向物流流量的不确定性,利用基于情景分析的鲁棒线性优化方法建立该闭环供应链的多目标运作模型.设计了一个数值算例,其结果验证了运作策略的鲁棒性.在该算例基础上,分析了逆向物流流量的大小对闭环供应链系统运作性能的影响.

Using dynamic demand information and zoning for the storage of non-uniform density stock keeping units

The warehouse order-picking operation is one of the most labour-intense activities that has an important impact on responsiveness and efficiency of the supply chain. An understanding of the impact of the simultaneous effects of customer demand patterns and order clustering, considering physical restrictions in product storage, is critical for improving operational performance. Storage restrictions may include storing non-uniform density stock keeping units (SKUs) whose dimensions and weight constrain the order-picking operation given that a priority must be followed. In this paper, a heuristic optimisation based on a quadratic integer programming is employed to generate a layout solution that considers customer demand patterns and order clustering. A simulation model is used to investigate the effects of creating and implementing these layout solutions in conjunction with density zones to account for restrictions in non-uniform density SKUs. Results from combining layout optimisation heuristics and density zoning indicate statistical significant differences between assignments that ignore the aforementioned factors and those that recognise it.     

考虑通关水平的跨境物流服务供应链契约协调机制研究

为实现跨境物流服务供应链完全协调,运用Stackelberg博弈理论,构建由一个跨境物流服务供应商与一个物流服务集成商组成的二级供应链。采用因子分析法测度通关水平,分析通关水平对跨境物流服务供应链最优决策及协调运作的影响,设计可供跨境物流服务供应链完美协调的契约机制。研究表明,考虑通关水平使跨境物流服务供应链成员及供应链整体利润均得到提升;集中决策下跨境物流服务供应链整体利润总是高于分散决策;收益共享契约可实现跨境物流服务供应商及供应链整体决策的帕累托优化,但不能达到供应链的完全协调,而Nash协商改进的二部定价契约模型可实现供应链的完全协调。     

基于云计算物流平台的应用及安全研究

文章分析了云计算对物流企业信息安全风险的影响,探讨了基于云计算物流平台可能面临的信息安全新问题,并提出了加强云计算物流平台安全性的建议。     

SAS谱系聚类在区域物流发展评价中的应用

为了正确评估我国省级区域物流的发展水平,在分析了影响区域物流发展因素的基础上,明确了评估区域物流发展水平的指标选取原则,构建了评价我国区域物流发展水平的指标体系,利用SAS统计软件的谱系聚类功能,应用谱系聚类法对中国大陆省级区域物流发展水平的相似程度进行了聚类分析.分析和研究结果表明,目前我国各区域物流业的发展水平基本上反映了该区域内的经济社会发展水平,聚类结果科学合理,可以指导我国区域物流发展战略的政策制定.最后针对区域物流发展战略提出了建议.     

复杂装备故障预测与健康管理系统初探

故障预测与健康管理(PHM)系统是新型维修保障模式—自主后勤保障的重要组成部分,对提高复杂装备的战备完好性和降低维修成本具有重要意义;首先介绍PHM系统基本概念及主要组成,并对在复杂装备全寿命周期实施PHM的必要性进行分析;综合论述了PHM系统实现中的关键支撑技术:基于RCM分析的方案设计、基于匹配度的健康状态评估和基于剩余寿命预测的维修决策;最后给出了PHM系统在无人机装备中的应用实例;国内外应用情况表明,PHM系统可显著提高维修保障效率并降低维修保障费用,可实现经济可承受性目标。     

基于分层时延CPN的轧钢物流系统建模

Theory and methodology on the global optimal solution to a General Reverse Logistics Inventory Model for deteriorating items and time-varying rates

In this paper, we present a unified general inventory model for integrated production of new items and remanufacturing of returned items for an infinite planning horizon. Our model considers a production environment that consists of three shops. The first shop is for remanufacturing returned items, the second shop is for manufacturing new items, while the third shop is for collecting returned items to be remanufactured in the first shop. The system is subject to joint production and remanufacturing options, the first one is to produce new items while the second one is to reproduce/recycle the returned items “as-good-as new”. Items deteriorate while they are in storage, and production, remanufacturing, demand, return, and deterioration rates are arbitrary functions of time. A closed form for the total relevant costs as well as a rigorous mathematical proof, which shows the global optimality of the solution to the underlying inventory system are introduced. Illustrative examples, which explain the application of the theoretical results as well as their numerical verifications, are also given.
