三氟乙酸对几种植物油的显色反应

以三氟乙酸为显色剂,对芝麻香油、二级棉籽油、三级棉籽油、一级菜籽油、菜籽毛油5种植物油进行显色反应,并在350~700 nm波长进行紫外-可见光谱扫描.结果显示用三氟乙酸做显色剂能够很明显地将这5种植物油区分开来,所显示的颜色分别为:黄绿色、黄橙色、暗红橙色、红紫色、暗红橙色;并且上述5种植物油显色反应后的紫外-可见光谱扫描曲线差别很大,容易区分.     

Parameters governing strain induced crystallization in filled natural rubber

A series of in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction experiments are performed during the stretching of weakly and highly vulcanized carbon black (CB), silica and grafted silica filled natural rubber sample (NR). Conversely to literature, Mullins effect observed after one stretching cycle modifies the strain induced crystallization (SIC) behaviour of the sample. The onset of crystallization is ruled by the strain amplification induced by the filler presence. Moreover, fillers (CB and silica) behave as additional crosslinks into NR network, through filler-rubber interactions that either accelerate or slow down the crystallization rate depending on NR matrix chemical crosslink density. This is consistent with the assumption that effective network density, which is due to chemical crosslinks, entanglements, and filler-rubber interactions, controls the crystallization rate.

研究了混合炭黑TST-103在轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用。小配合和车间大料及成品轮胎试验表明，使用8份混合炭黑TST-103，内层帘布胶的工艺性能、物理性能及实际使用性能均与原内层帘布胶相近，而每千克胶料成本降低了0．33元。

环境保护是我国的基本国策之一,近年来呈蓬勃发展之势.本文主要介绍了喷雾干燥在半干法烟气脱硫、味精废水综合利用、造纸黑液处理等环保领域内的广泛应用.     

中小型造纸厂黑液碱回收探讨

对中小型造纸厂黑液碱回收，到目前为止尚无被公众认可的成熟技术。借鉴前人的经验和教训，从另一个角度思考造纸黑液的酸析残液中碱分离技术，采用环烷酸萃取技术，能理想地将酸析残液中Na^ 与可溶性有机物进行分离，分离效率达60％以上。该法优点是操作简单，生产成本低，工艺稳定性好；缺点是调配成的萃取剂异味较重，Na^ 回收率有待进一步提高。     

PS及PS接枝物/CB复合材料的导电性能

研究了ＰＳ及ＰＳ接枝物／ＣＢ复合材料的导电性能，讨论了炭黑用量、温度、加工工艺对其导电性能的影响，并研究了其复合导电材料的亚微结构和导电机理。     

Effect of Preparation Conditions of Pt/C Catalysts on Oxygen Electrode Performance in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

Supported Pt/C catalyst with 3.2 nm platinum crystallites was prepared by the impregnation—reduction method. The various preparation conditions, such as the reaction temperature, the concentration of precursor H₂PtCl₆ solution and the different reducing agents, and the relationship between the preparation conditions and the catalyst performance were studied. The carbon black support after heat treatment in N₂ showed improved platinum dispersion. The particle size and the degree of dispersion of Pt on the carbon black support were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The crystal phase composition of Pt in the catalyst was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The surface characteristics of the carbon black support and the Pt/C catalyst were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical characteristics of the Pt/C catalysts were evaluated from current—voltage curves of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell.
