提高和稳定稻草浆白度的研究及工业生产措施

要生产出强度和白度较为理想的稻草漂白浆，应采取较为缓和的工艺条件，进行均匀蒸煮，选择稍高的硬度以保证纸浆的强度，得率及可漂性；加强未漂浆的筛选和漂前的洗涤，充分发挥漂白的作用，改变Ｈ段一次加漂液为分次加漂液是提高白度和减少纸浆返黄的有效措施。     

Characterization and bleaching properties of acid‐leached montmorillonite

After being subjected to preliminary purification, montmorillonite clay was leached with varying concentrations of sulfuric acid (0.5–2 mol L^?1) at 90 °C for varying times (0.5–4 h). Acid leaching causes partial amorphization of the montmorillonite and increases its specific surface area by a factor of 3 (from 49.1 to 157 m² g^?1). The bleaching efficiency for Mongolian mare's milk oil, as judged by light absorbance measurements at 400 nm, was increased from 9.5% for the unleached clay to 93.8% for clay leached with 2 mol L^?1 H₂SO₄ for 4 h. Effects of filtration through activated carbons on peroxide,thiobarbituric acid and carbonyl values of autoxidized soybean oil

Effects of filtration bleaching on peroxide value (PV), thiobarbituric acid value (TAV) and carbonyl value (CV) of autoxidized soybean oil were investigated by using twenty-three kinds of activated carbon in order to improve oil quality. From the decreases in PV, TAV and CV and from the physical and chemical properties of activated carbons, it was suggested that hydroperoxides, aldehydes and ketones were adsorbed on the acid sites distributed over the surface or within the pores of the activated carbons while the autoxidized soybean oil flowed through the packed column. The residual tocopherols in autoxidized soybean oil and treated soybean oil were determined during storage. The decrease in oxidative stability of treated soybean oil seemed to be caused by elimination ofα-,β-andγ-tocopherols.δ-Tocopherol was chemically more stable thanα-,β- andγ-tocopherols in autoxidized soybean oil.

光催化漂白硫酸盐蔗渣浆及漂后浆的红外光谱分析

对5种光敏剂用于硫酸盐蔗渣浆漂白进行研究,发现在同一条件下,曙红和玫瑰红光催化漂白硫酸盐蔗渣浆效果较好,在漂白过程中共轭羰基(-C=O)发生了较多断裂。EO进行光催化漂白较加AO、LF、RB和MB4种光敏剂有利于紫丁香基型木素的降解。并且在加各种光敏剂进行光催化漂白过程中,纤维素主链的特征吸收峰都发生了一定程度的下降,而加曙红、玫瑰红和亚甲蓝时吸收峰下降较大。     

草浆漂白中生物技术的应用

随着生物技术的发展,木聚糖酶在包括漂白在内的制浆造纸工业上的应用日益受到重视。但由于木聚糖酶用于纸浆漂白的机理至今尚不完全清楚,这在一定程度上影响了木聚糖酶在纸浆漂白中的广泛应用。本文对木聚糖酶漂白草浆的作用原理及其应用进行了重点阐述。     

湿法备料及连续制浆技术在稻草浆中的应用

简单介绍了以稻草为原料采用湿法备料及连续蒸煮、封闭筛选及CEPH多段漂白的制浆工艺在生产中高档文化用纸中的应用。这一制浆工艺已经获得成功,值得推广。     

旧报纸脱墨过程中应用过氧化尿素漂白

旧报纸脱墨过程中用过氧化尿素漂白,与传统的过氧化氢漂白工艺相比,具有漂白浆白度高、漂白成本低、漂白损失为负值、出浆率高、污染负荷轻的优势。     

碱法麦草浆中段废水深度处理的试验研究

为符合造纸工业废水新的排放标准并解决废水和回用问题,对经二级生化处理的碱法麦草浆中段废水采用电化学法深度处理进行了试验研究,对比了用铁量、铁碳比、pH值、反应时间对其处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:在最佳处理工艺条件下,处理后出水的CODC r、色度及浊度分别为115.6mg/L、25倍、31NTU,出水水质不但可以满足新的排放标准(GB3544-2008),而且完全达到回用水要求。
