Emergency department status boards: user-evolved artefacts for inter- and intra-group coordination

Large, easily viewed status boards are commonly used in some healthcare settings such as emergency departments, operating theaters, intensive care units, and inpatient wards. Because these artefacts were developed by front-line users, and have little to no supervisory or regulatory control, they offer valuable insights into the theories of work and hazard held by those users. Although the status boards case were locally developed over many years for within-group coordination, they have also become useful for between-group coordination across organizational boundaries. In this paper, we compare and contrast the use of such status boards in two disparate settings: a US emergency department, and a UK pediatric ward, and note striking similarities in their form and usage, despite the large differences in setting.

利用试井资料评价压裂地质效果

依据裂缝井试井解释理论，利用实测试井资料对压裂地质效果进行了深入剖析。通过部分探井措施后增产效果实例研究，把压裂地质效果分为三种类别；并从地质角度出发，详细分析了优选压裂井层的依据。为油气井合理开发和制定增产措施提供参考依据。     

钻井液固相化学清洁剂ZSC-201的合成及性能

介绍了钻井液用固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201的室内合成及性能评价，结果表明，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201具有较强的抑制性，可有效抑制粘土水化分散，保证钻井液清洁，在钻井液体系中与阴、阳离子型钻井液处理剂配伍性好，同时具有较好的抑制增效作用，在有效的加量内对钻井液滤矢量和流变性等影响小，固相化学清洁剂ZSC－201已在中原油田近30口井中应用，具有良好的推广应用前景。     

Complementary Justice: Effects of "Poor but Happy" and "Poor but Honest" Stereotype Exemplars on System Justification and Implicit Activation of the Justice Motive.

It was hypothesized that exposure to complementary representations of the poor as happier and more honest than the rich would lead to increased support for the status quo. In Study 1, exposure to "poor but happy" and "rich but miserable" stereotype exemplars led people to score higher on a general measure of system justification, compared with people who were exposed to noncomplementary exemplars. Study 2 replicated this effect with "poor but honest" and "rich but dishonest" complementary stereotypes. In Studies 3 and 4, exposure to noncomplementary stereotype exemplars implicitly activated justice concerns, as indicated by faster reaction times to justice-related than neutral words in a lexical decision task. Evidence also suggested that the Protestant work ethic may moderate the effects of stereotype exposure on explicit system justification (but not implicit activation). 吸附制冷循环的热力计算及热力学评价方法探讨

在化工吸附，吸附热力学及Polanyi吸附位势理论的基础上，介绍吸附制冷基本型循环，推演其参数坐标图，进而分析，给出其主要性能指标的热力计算，然后以热力学的逆卡诺循环和内可逆三热源循环模型为指针，对此制冷循环进行考察。并结合热力计算对其热力学完善性做出评价，从而给出了吸附制冷基本型循环合适的热力学评价方法。
