液压机本体柔性化设计相关技术的研究

针对液压机本体设计特点，在液压机本体CAD应用系统的开发中，引入了柔性化设计的概念，以Pro／E为建模后台、VB6．0为操作语言，研究了柔性化设计的相关技术，并提出了相关解决方案，并为以：Pro／E为后台的应用系统的开发提供了一种可行方案。     

地锚拉杆整体抗拉强度损失分析

试验表明冷拔圆钢镶锻及热浸镀锌后整体抗拉强度有所下降，本文对这一现象进行了讨论，认为再结晶退火是其主要原因，在试验验证的基础上，提出了涂油镶锻的生产工艺。     

Interfacial energy and match of cold pressure welded Ag/Ni and Al/Cu

The technology of cold pressure welding was adopted to achieve the bonding of Al/Cu(limited soluble and forming compounds),Ag/Ni(hardly mutual soluble),and the relative state of interface was tested by HREM.The results indicate that stable interface is always corresponding to the low interfacial energy value;the stable interface is not coherent but partly-coherent because of the twisting of grain boundary caused by pressure,meanwhile existing dislocation.Namely,the interfacial match and other states under the condition of cold pressure welding are different from the situation that under the condition of thermal action.Moreover,theoretical analyses and calculation on the base of thermodynamics,crystallogeny ,solid physics etc,were discussed.     

挤压机的振动分析和数值计算

本文建立了3150吨卧式挤压机振动分析的力学-数学模型,进行了数值计算,并绘出了相应的相轨线图。理论计算的结果与现场测试数据基本一致。这种用集中质量法建立模型及用相轨线图进行定性分析的方法对各种型式的挤压机、压力机设计研究均有普遍的参考价值。

综述了TIG/MAG组合焊接方法在锅炉压力容器及管道上应用中的工艺特点,分析了脉冲MAG焊机在调整各项技术参数后,能达到改变电弧形状和特性的技术要求,使焊缝内在质量得到改善,提高了合格率,为企业赢得可观的生产效率和经济效益.     

MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF Mg-Li ALLOY WITH Ca ADDITION

Mg-9wt%Li-2wt%Zn alloy was prepared and studied in this article. The addition of Ca to the alloy from 0.1wt% to 1wt% can refine the α-Mg and the best effect of refinement occurs when Ca content is 0.4wt%-0.5wt%. The billets can be rolled to thin sheets at room temperature, from which it is obvious that the addition of Ca improves alloys ormalin. while it decreases with the excess addition of Ca. The results also show that the ultimate tensile strength （UTS） and yield strength （YS） of the alloy with lwt% Ca may rise by 28% and 25%, respectively, however, the elongation decreases. It is clarified that the adsorption of proper Ca on the grain boundaries refines α-Mg and improves the tensile properties, but the presence of excess Ca and stable Ca2Mg6Zn3phase worsens the elongation.     

普碳钢超大总压下量可逆冷轧工艺技术及生产实践

针对目前我国部分钢企由于现有工艺装备投产较早、技术落后、机组能力不足，只能采取中间退火+二轧程工艺生产0.12～0.15 mm薄规格冷轧产品，生产成本增加、周转周期长，不能灵活应对复杂多变的冷轧市场需求的状况，开发了普碳钢单轧程可以实现95%以上超大总压下量的单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组。结合国内新投产的某1 150 mm单机架六辊可逆冷轧机组的稳定规模化生产实践，阐述了机组工艺设备选型、主要工艺技术参数配置和生产需解决的核心关键技术难点，同时列举了几种市场需求量大、附加值高的薄规格冷轧产品的现场实际生产工艺参数，以说明该机组的实际应用效果。     

冷弯管模具有限元优化设计

采用基于有限元理论的优化设计方法对应用于反变形冷弯管弯曲的模具进行设计研究.将需要进行大量试验来改进的弯管工艺通过计算机模拟仿真来替代,预测出模具的变形和优化工艺参数,从而大大降低了生产加工成本.
