A new nertral complex,^99mTcCl(4-MCDO)3MEB,((Bis[4-methyl-1,2-cyclohex-anedionedioximato(1-)-O]-[4-methyl-1,2-cyclohexanedione-dioximato(2-)-O] methyl-borato(2-)-N,N‘,N″,N‘‘‘,N‘‘‘‘0-chlorotechnetium,generally called BATO(Boronic acid adducts of technitium dioximes),has been synthesized and evaluated for potential use in myocardial perfusion imaging,It has intrinsic affinity for the blood clearance.The uptake of heart.lung and blood in mice at 2min separately are 1.12,2.48 and 6.66%ID.The complex formation is rapid,simple and highly yielded(≥93%).This process is easy to kit formation.  相似文献

目的 为探究微波降解EGCG方法制备EGC的效果,以EGC得率最大化为目标,探究微波降解的最佳工艺参数,并建立反映各参数间关系的二次多元方程模型。方法 本研究采用EGCG溶液为原料,运用微波加热降解EGCG制备EGC,通过梯度设置EGCG浓度、微波时长、微波强度三个工艺参数,进行单因素实验、响应面分析及最佳工艺组合验证实验,优化确定EGCG微波降解制备EGC的最佳工艺参数。结果 综合单因素实验及响应面分析,得到的最佳微波降解参数为:EGCG浓度5mg/ml、微波时长3.5min、微波强度为400W,且利用响应面法建立了EGC得率(Y)与EGCG浓度(A)、微波时长(B)、微波强度(C)的二次多元方程模型:Y=59.52+8.38*A+5.38*B+3.53*C-4.04*AB+6.92*AC-9.19*BC-9.99A2+0.0786*B2-15.36*C2,模型中,EGC得率最高可达62.08%。对最佳微波降解工艺参数进行验证实验,EGC得率为63.40%,与模型预测值接近。结论 运用微波降解EGCG制备EGC具有操作简单,可行性高的优势,且EGC得率稳定性高。  相似文献

Markdown policies are widely used by retailers to sell perishable food. Consumers purchase food at different prices during different sales periods. Some consumers may compare their experience with others who purchase the same items. Price unfairness or inequity is perceived when different prices are quoted without reasonable explanations. This study develops an optimal markdown model for perishable food pricing to optimise the food retailer revenue and enable a maximum aggregated consumer utility considering individuals’ price fairness perception. The model serves as the first step in evaluating trade-offs between food retailer revenue and consumer utility. In addition, it enables consumer utility to be depicted through perceived price fairness by including the effects of food perishability and scarcity. Another innovative feature is the equalisation of the consumer average aggregated utility during different sales periods as a condition of intertemporal price fairness perception. The proposed model is compared with two benchmark models to justify the effectiveness and advantages in the example. Finally, a sensitive analysis based on the food deterioration rate, consumer food desire rate and consumer average reservation price is conducted to justify the manner in which these factors influence the optimal pricing policy, and managerial insights are suggested for food retailers.  相似文献

The exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) model has been successfully used in acceptance sampling plans. The EWMA model provides the quality information of the current lot and the preceding lots. In addition, a multiple dependent state (MDS) sampling plan considers the quality information of the preceding lots. In this study, we present two new sampling plans for linear profiles. One is based on EWMA model with yield index using the single sampling plan, and the other is based on EWMA model with yield index using the MDS sampling plans. The plan parameters are determined by a nonlinear optimization approach. As the smoothing parameter value equals to one, the first proposed plan becomes the traditional single sampling plan. In addition, we compare the proposed plans with the traditional single sampling plan. The results indicate that the MDS sampling plan based on EWMA model with yield index with smaller value of smoothing parameter performs better than the traditional single sampling plan and the single sampling plan based on EWMA model with yield index in terms of the sample size required. In this study, we propose the multiple comparisons with the best method based on the yield index to compare the process yields of K (K ≥ 2) suppliers for linear profiles with one‐sided specifications. The performance analysis of the proposed method is conducted. The numbers of profiles required for different power levels are also provided. 以ZrSi_2颗粒填充硼酚醛树脂制备了一种耐高温且裂解后结构较为完整的泡沫复合材料。研究了ZrSi_2颗粒质量分数对泡沫复合材料固化机制、高温裂解行为及裂解前后压缩性能的影响,并分析了ZrSi_2颗粒对泡沫复合材料裂解产物的增强机制。结果表明:添加的ZrSi_2颗粒虽未参与硼酚醛树脂的固化交联,但会和硼酚醛树脂裂解放出的气体挥发物发生化学反应,提高了裂解产物的残炭率和压缩比强度。当添加的ZrSi_2颗粒质量为硼酚醛树脂质量的10%时,裂解产物的残炭率和压缩比强度提高最为显著。ZrSi_2/硼酚醛泡沫经过裂解后,ZrSi_2颗粒作为第二相粒子钉扎在裂解产物的孔壁上,化学反应使得部分裂解气体挥发物被吸收并转化为固相产物,明显减少的缺陷提高了裂解产物的力学性能。  相似文献

本文采用鼓包法研究金属薄膜的屈服强度,对具有圆形自由窗口的镍薄膜一侧施加压力,薄膜受压变形的全场形貌用数字散斑相关法(DSCM)进行测量,并应用板壳理论分析小挠度变形下膜内应力分布情况。结果表明:圆形薄膜受压时首先从边缘开始屈服,从压力-挠度曲线偏离线性关系的临界点得到金属镍膜的屈服强度为467MPa,这和单轴拉伸法测量所得到的屈服强度值吻合较好。  相似文献

采用改进的密立根光电流测量法,在透射方向测量了^241Am放射源的X射线及低能γ光子在透过不同厚度的Al、Fe、Cu、Ta及W箔时光致电子发射的产额。结果表明:光致电子发射产额在样品厚度范围内随箔厚的增加而减少;在高原子序数材料中将产生更多的光致电子发射。提出了“射程层贡献”模型,以该模型为基础建立的计算方法所得结果与实验值间相对误差平均约为10%。  相似文献

This paper presents a model to calculate depth-resolved marine photochemical fluxes from remotely sensed ocean color and modeled solar irradiance. The basic approach uses three components: 1) below-sea-surface spectral downward scalar irradiance calculated from a radiative transfer model (STAR) and corrected for clouds using TOMS UV reflectivities; 2) surface-ocean spectral diffuse attenuation coefficients and absorption coefficients for chromophoric dissolved organic matter retrieved from SeaWiFS ocean color using the SeaUV/SeaUVc algorithms; and (3) spectral apparent quantum yield for the photochemical reaction considered. The output of the model is a photochemical rate profile, ΨPR(z), where z represents depth.We implemented the model for carbon monoxide (CO) photochemistry using an average apparent quantum yield spectrum and generated a monthly climatology of depth-resolved CO photoproduction rates in the global ocean. The climatology was used to compute global budgets and investigate the spatial and seasonal variabilities of CO photoproduction in the ocean. The model predicts a global CO photoproduction rate of about 41 TgC yr− 1, in good agreement with other recent published estimates ranging from 30 to 84 TgC yr− 1. The fate of photochemically derived CO and its role in global biogeochemical cycles remains uncertain however, with biological consumption and sea-air exchange competing for its removal in the surface ocean. Knowledge of the vertical distribution of CO photoproduction is critical in the quantification of the relative magnitudes of these sink mechanisms. The depth-resolution capabilities of this model, together with US Naval Research Laboratory climatology for mixed layer depths allowed further estimation that > 95% of the total water-column CO photoproduction occurs within the mixed layer on a global, yearly basis. Despite this compelling figure, the model also suggests significant spatio-temporal variability in the vertical distribution of CO photoproduction in the subtropical gyres, where up to 40% of water-column CO can be produced below the mixed layer during summertime.While the approach can be applied to other photochemical fluxes (e.g. DIC formation or DMS removal), accurate quantification of such processes with remote sensing will be limited until the mechanisms regulating observed oceanic variability in the apparent quantum yields are better understood. Minor modification to this model can also make it applicable for the determination of the effects of UV and visible solar radiation on sensitive biological systems.  相似文献

研究成品率分析芯片的特点和设计流程,提出适用的LVS方法。该方法结合传统的LVS及形式验证,能够解决成品率分析芯片中违反设计规则、版图和电路图不匹配等特殊结构的验证问题。将该方法与传统验证流程相融合,用于成品率分析芯片的设计和验证。实验结果证明,成品率分析芯片验证流程具有正确性和稳定性。  相似文献
