我国电子玻纤生产技术发展与产品开发方向

文章详细介绍了我国大陆玻纤工业电子玻纤的生产技术发展历程、生产现状和生产发展的特点，并对电子玻纤新产品开发方向提出了几点建议。     

灯芯绒活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺

具体讨论活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺及其工艺条件，如温度、时间和助剂的用量等，提出冷轧堆染色工艺注意事项，确定冷轧堆染色工艺最佳堆置温度(25～30℃)和时间(12h左右)。     

论企业与供应商之间的信任关系——以两家棉纺织企业为例

对二个棉纺织企业的实际调查入手 ,分析了棉纺企业与棉花供应商之间建立信任的合作关系的必要性 ;运用博弈论论证了双方建立基于信任的合作关系的可能性 ,此外 ,对如何建立信任的问题做了初步探讨。     

Quantitative evaluation of cotton‐bound glyoxal in the presence of glycols

Cotton fabric is modified chemically to convey crease resistance to the cellulosic material by means of an appropriate crosslinking agent. For this purpose glyoxal was tested as a nonformaldehyde durable press agent. The cotton‐bound glyoxal can be quantified by means of isocratic HPLC, whereby the glyoxal‐treated fabric is hydrolyzed by a NaOH solution. During this pretreatment glyoxal is extracted from the cellulosic sample and converted into glycolate by an internal Cannizzaro reaction. The addition of glycols such as ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol into the formulation results in a remarkable decrease of the amount of glyoxal that is detected. This phenomenon can be explained by the fact that the glycol reacts with the glyoxal, thus hampering the internal Cannizzaro reaction. The acidic hydrolysis and the alkaline hydrolysis provide the same results, thus indicating that the alkaline treatment removes all the cotton‐bound glyoxal. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 棉秆蒸煮预处理工艺的研究

本研究对棉秆蒸煮方法进行了改进，在棉秆蒸煮前用化学药剂对其进行预处理能够取得较好的蒸煮效果，通过对草酸钠、过硼酸钠、P3种助剂的对比研究发现以P和NaOH配合蒸煮效果最好，并对P和NaOH配合预处理的工艺条件进行了优化，结果表明采用P 0．05％和NaOH 2．0％，在温度90℃时处理30min可以得到满意的结果，在纸浆得率几乎不变的前提下，烧碱蒽醌法蒸煮未漂浆白度提高了8．9％（ISO），卡伯值降低了7．48。     

碱浓度对苎麻织物丝光效果的影响

研究了丝光整理时碱浓度对苎麻织物性能的影响，研究结果表明，苎麻织物的性能在碱浓度为180－210g/L时发生了急剧的变化，纤维密度、断裂强度下降，断裂延伸、吸附性能增加，回弹性能改善。     

纳米载银抗菌剂的制备及其对棉织物整理的研究

以纳米级硅基氧化物为载体,负载银离子制得纳米载银无机抗菌剂,经该抗菌剂整理的棉织物具有优异的耐洗涤性,抑菌效果高效持久,对棉织物本身的性能没有大的影响.     

Effects of cotton leaf surface alkalinity on feeding ofSpodoptera littoralis larvae

The high leaf surface pH in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) var. Acala SJ2 was bioassayed againstSpodoptera littoralis larvae. Weight gain and leaf consumption of the larvae feeding on leaves devoid of alkalinity, due to daily washing, were recorded. Untreated cotton, with a leaf surface pH of 9.5–10.0 was used as control. The gland exudates contained potassium and magnesium cations, and the gland surface and intergland leaf areas were rich in calcium and phosphorus and low in K or Mg. The role of this plant antibiosis in the insect-host-plant relationship is discussed.Contribution No. 1885-E 1986 series, from the Agricultural Research Organization, The Volcani Center, Bet Dagan, Israel.     

巯基棉富集—分光光度法同时测定岩石矿物中的痕量金和钯

本文系统研究了巯基棉富集分离岩石矿物中痕量金和钯的条件.提出了一种简便,快速的巯基棉富集分离一分光光度法同时测定岩石矿物中的痕量金和钯的方法.并用于矿石样品的测定,结果满意.     

Study on the mechanical and dielectric properties of photocured jute fabrics with 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate

Jute fabric (Hessian cloth) was treated with 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) under ultraviolet radiation in order to improve the mechanical and electrical properties. Concentration of the monomer 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), radiation dose, and soaking time were optimized with respect to mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break of the treated and untreated Hessian cloth. The 10% HEMA, 15 min soaking time, and 15th pass of radiation rendered the best tensile properties. The variations of dielectric properties with temperature were measured at 10 kHz frequency. It was observed that dielectric constant and loss tangent (tan Ω) increased with increasing temperature up to the transition temperature and then decreased, and at the end become almost constant. The surfaces of treated and untreated jute were characterized by scanning electron microscope. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 89: 655–661, 2003
