利用微生物分析、交流阻抗测试技术、扫描电镜及表面能谱等方法,在室内模拟条件下研究了海底土中硫酸盐还原菌对锌腐蚀的影响,以及在以接菌及灭菌的海底土构成的宏电池腐蚀中锌的腐蚀行为。180d的试验结果表明:海底土中硫酸盐还原菌增强锌的腐蚀,锌在接菌泥中的平均腐蚀速率及点蚀深度均大于在灭菌泥中的平均腐蚀速率及点饰深度,平均腐蚀速率相差7.0倍,点蚀速率相差15.0倍以上。在接菌和灭菌海底土构成宏电池时,接菌海底土中锌作为阳极,腐蚀速率比自然腐蚀状态下有所增大,加速率为12.7%,而在灭菌海底土中锌作为阴极,腐蚀速率比自然腐蚀状态下有所减小。 相似文献

利用交流阻抗测试技术、扫描电镜及表面能谱、微生物分析等方法,研究了阴极保护对土壤中Q235钢硫酸盐还原菌腐蚀的影响.30天的实验结果表明,在相同的阴极极化电位下,有菌土壤中Q235钢所需要的阴极极化电流密度均大于灭菌土壤,有菌土壤中Q235钢的平均腐蚀速率均大于灭菌土壤.随着阴极极化电位负移的增大,有菌及灭菌土壤中Q235钢试件周围土壤逐渐呈碱性,有菌土壤中Q235钢试件周围土壤中硫酸盐还原菌数量逐渐减少,当阴极极化电位为-1050 mV时,Q235钢试件周围土壤中硫酸盐还原菌仍能够存活. 相似文献

针对不确定环境下无线传感器网络覆盖能效优化问题,提出一种传感器节点区间感知模型;进而考虑网络覆盖率和节点冗余率,将其转化为区间多目标优化问题。基于一种新型区间个体依可能度占优关系,提出区间多目标量子文化算法,根据区间占优个体信息提取隐含知识,用于指导量子个体更新及进化个体变异与选择。不同环境下的仿真结果表明:基于所提出算法获得的Pareto解具有更好的收敛性、分布性和延展性;相应的无线传感器网络布局更合理。 相似文献

基于危岩体主控结构面地质结构特征,探讨了危岩体主控结构面模型中“规范法”和“贯通率法”在等效抗剪强度参数取值上的不足,提出了包含主控结构面贯通段和锁固段的危岩主控结构面计算模型。建立了基于主控结构面锁固段的三类危岩体稳定性计算的物理模型和力学模型,提出了三类危岩体危岩稳定系数计算方法。以重庆万州首立山5个典型危岩体为例开展了算例验证。分析结果表明,利用提出的计算方法得到的结果与原始勘探资料及2009~2013年现场观测资料相符合,弥补了重庆市地方标准在危岩体稳定性计算方面的不足,为规范的进一步修订提供了理论依据。 相似文献

Finding fault elements in linear antenna arrays using bacteria foraging optimization (BFO) is presented. One of the better options of array diagnosis is to perform it by measuring the radiated field, because in this case, removal of the array from its working site is not required and thereby not interrupting its normal operation. This task of fault finding from far‐field data is designed as an optimization problem where the difference between the far‐field power pattern obtained for a given configuration of failed element(s) and the measured one is minimized w. r. t. the excitations of the array elements. This set of excitations on comparison with the excitations of the original array gives the idea of the fault position and their type, such as either complete fault or partial fault. BFO being relatively new to microwave community when compared with other soft‐computing techniques, its performance was observed w. r. t. time of computation and convergence of the iterative process. Possibility of finding the faults from random sample points and use of minimum number of sample points for array fault finding are the novelties of the present work. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Hydrogen-bond organic frameworks (HOFs) with excellent structural and luminescent properties have emerged as a promising material for the construction of fluorescence sensors. However, designing a facile, universal and high throughput sensor with multiplex detection capacity still remains challenging. Herein, a one-component sensor array is constructed that mimics natural gustatory system for accurate and high-throughput discrimination and identification of versatile analytes. HOF as a single sensing element greatly simplifies the probe preparation in sensor array and detection procedure. Metal ions, proteins and bacteria as the model targets are rapid and accurately discriminated, presenting the universality of the system. Particularly, the system is successfully used for the classification of antibiotic mechanisms. The study expands the application scope of HOFs and provides a facile and universal system for sensing applications. 相似文献

In situ observations by scanning electron microscopy show that small fatigue cracks in a nickel-based single crystal superalloy are inclined to the loading direction and propagate in dominant crystallographic manners. In order to evaluate the driving forces for inclined crack propagation, three-dimensional anisotropic linear elastic finite-element analysis is conducted. The plastic zone size on the dominant slip plane has been calculated and proposed to correlate the fatigue crack growth. It is shown that this parameter takes into account both material anisotropy and octahedral fracture modes, and it can effectively characterize small crack propagation behaviour. 相似文献

We consider a joint decision model of cell formation and task scheduling in cellular manufacturing system under dual-resource constrained (DRC) setting. On one hand, machines and workers are multi-functional and/or multi-skilled, and they are grouped into workstations and cells. On the other hand, there is a processing sequence among operations of the parts which needs to be dispatched to the desirable workstations for processing. Inter-cell movements of parts can reduce the processing times and the makespan but will increase the inter-cell material handling costs. The objective of the problem is to minimise the material handling costs as well as the fixed and operating costs of machines and workers. Due to the NP-hardness of the problem, we propose an efficient discrete bacteria foraging algorithm (DBFA) with elaborately designed solution representation and bacteria evolution operators to solve the proposed problem. We tested our algorithm using randomly generated instances with different sizes and settings by comparing with the original bacteria foraging algorithm and a genetic algorithm. A computer software system is designed for the segmentation and classification of benign and malignant tumor slices in brain computed tomography images. In this paper, we present a texture analysis methods to find and select the texture features of the tumor region of each slice to be segmented by support vector machine (SVM). The images considered for this study belongs to 208 benign and malignant tumor slices. The features are extracted and selected using Student's t‐test. The reduced optimal features are used to model and train the probabilistic neural network (PNN) classifier and the classification accuracy is evaluated using k fold cross validation method. The segmentation results are also compared with the experienced radiologist ground truth. Quantitative analysis between ground truth and segmented tumor is presented in terms of quantitative measure of segmentation accuracy and the overlap similarity measure of Jaccard index. The proposed system provides some newly found texture features have important contribution in segmenting and classifying benign and malignant tumor slices efficiently and accurately. The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid texture feature analysis method using Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) based classifier is able to achieve high segmentation and classification accuracy effectiveness as measured by Jaccard index, sensitivity, and specificity. 相似文献
