通过对资本一般概念的分析，结合资本一般的运动功能论述，认为在经济全球化和网络条件下，资本增值属性必然导致对规则和标准的争夺与控制，标准战是资本一般在新的经济社会形态下发展的必然逻辑结果。

环境伴随着经济的发展越来越体现了它的重要性,全社会应重视环境、保护环境,以预防为主,加强综合治理,使我们的天更蓝、水更净、草更绿,到处充满着春的意境.     

Balancing energy and environment: The effect and perspective of management instruments in China

The rapid growth of Chinese economy has tremendously stimulated the expansion of energy consumption. The structure of energy consumption in China is featured with the coal domination. Air pollution is becoming increasingly severe. As a result, we are confronted with the extremely arduous task to balance energy consumption and environmental protection. In order to coordinate the relationship between energy consumption and environmental protection in a strategic way, this paper analyzes comprehensively the instruments, effects and perspectives of energy-related environmental management. Meanwhile, this paper illustrates the barriers and challenges facing the energy and energy-related environmental management in China, and suggests a priority strategy of management instrument, mainly composed of energy-saving, optimization of energy structure, promulgation of environmental standards, advance in environmental technologies, internalization of environmental costs, establishment of a public benefit fund and adoption of a Renewable Portfolio System.     

环境荷载联合作用下海上风电结构动力响应分析

为研究海上风电结构在复杂的海洋环境中承受环境荷载(风、波、冰、流)的联合作用时,结构产生的剧烈的动力响应问题。文章以三脚架基础海上风电结构为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立其整体模型并进行荷载(风、波、流和风、冰、流)联合作用下的静力校核,通过对环境荷载联合作用下的三脚架基础海上风电结构进行瞬态分析,掌握其动力响应的特性及规律。结果表明:三脚架基础结构的一、二阶自振频率均为0.285Hz,在所选风机允许的频率范围内,可以保证整体结构不会与风机转动发生共振;风荷载在风、波、流荷载联合作用下主导控制结构响应的稳态波动,冰荷载在风、冰、流荷载联合作用下主导控制结构的稳态振动过程;塔筒顶端呈现的位移和加速度响应均远大于三脚架基础顶端;环境荷载联合作用下结构动力响应是环境荷载单独作用下动力响应叠加的结果。     

Evaluation of contrast metrics for liquid‐crystal displays under different viewing conditions

Abstract— A psychophysical experiment was carried out to assess the perceptual contrast on a large‐sized liquid‐crystal display (LCD) under nine phases of viewing conditions. Based on the results, six contrast models employing different color attributes or the index of just‐noticeable difference (JND) were developed. Their performances were also tested by the visual data of the nine phases, which indicated that the model C_Q employing CIECAM02 brightness gives the best performance in predicting visual data under different viewing conditions among those models. A preprocessing step was also proposed to utilize the contrast model C_Q conveniently in the practical contrast evaluation of LCDs.     

Beyond interpretation: Reply to Cummins' response

In his response to my Why There Are No Mental Representations, Robert Cummins accused me of having misinterpreted his views, and attempted to undermine a crucial premise of my argument, which claimed that one could only define a semantic type non-semantically by stipulating which tokens should receive a uniform interpretation. I respond to the charge and defend the premise.     

Water table fluctuation with a random initial condition

The nonlinear Boussinesq equation is used to understand water table fluctuations in various ditch drainage problems. An approximate solution of this equation with a random initial condition and deterministic boundary conditions, recharge rate and aquifer parameters has been developed to predict a transient water table in a ditch-drainage system. The effects of uncertainty in the initial condition on the water table are illustrated with the help of a synthetic example. 连轧管生产工艺的演变与选择

介绍了浮动芯棒、限动芯棒和三辊式限动芯棒连轧管工艺的发展历程。分析了各种型式连轧管机的适用条件；并认为，各种机型装备的发展与市场需求紧密相关，单纯从技术上考虑，而追求同一机型不能带来良好的经济效益     

木材用交联型醋丙胶粘剂的研制

研制一种由醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、特种单体共聚而成的水性交联型环保胶粘剂以替代目前广泛使用的氨基树脂,适应绿色环保要求。     

黄河海勃湾水利枢纽对西鄂尔多斯国家级自然保护区胡杨岛的影响分析

海勃湾水利枢纽的建设、运行将对西鄂尔多斯胡杨岛旅游区产生不可逆的影响。经调查分析,胡杨岛胡杨种群分布面积为2.31 hm~2,总株数约为1 800株;胡杨种群表现出增长型特征;胡杨林总生物量为95.43 t。海勃湾水利工程运行后胡杨岛的淹没历时延长,淹没水深、淹没面积显著增加,岛北部低矮位置甚至全年淹没。胡杨部分种子可能落入水中被水流携带,丧失了种子繁殖的条件。根蘖产生的不定芽在4—6月生长期也会浸在水下,不能完成无性繁殖。胡杨幼苗树不高于2.5 m,淹没后无法生存。水库淹没将岛上以陆生生态为主的生态系统演变成以水生生态为主的生态系统,原有的旅游功能将发生变化或丧失,须采取生态补偿措施,减免工程造成的生态影响。
