以自行研制的一种复合酶为软化剂 ,研究了 p H值、反应温度、反应时间、酶用量以及铬含量对猪蓝湿皮软化效果的影响 ,其软化效果以软化液中羟脯氨酸的浓度增量来表征。研究结果表明 :通过蓝湿皮软化来改善成品革的质量是可行的 ,而且有明显的效果 ;以软化液中羟脯氨酸的浓度来表征软化效果是一个有效的方法 ;当用该复合酶软化猪蓝湿皮时 ,最适 p H值范围为 6 .0 - 6 .5 ;反应温度在 4 0 - 6 5℃之间时 ,软化效果随温度的升高而增大 ;在 5 5℃条件下 ,该酶有很好的热稳定性 ,能长时间保持活力不衰减 ;最适酶用量为 30 0 U/ g试样 ;蓝湿皮的铬含量对软化效果有影响 ,用该方法处理的蓝湿皮 ,其铬离子质量含量一般应≤ 2 .5 %。 相似文献

用化学还原法合成了FeBP非晶态合金超细微粒,用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和差热分析(DSC)等手段对其进行了物性表征,并用微型催化反应装置考察了其对PH3分解的催化作用,结果表明,非晶态合金FeBP对PH3的分解具有良好的催化作用,能使PH3的分解温度从800℃以上降到500℃左右。490℃时分解率超过90%,540℃时达100%。 相似文献

We report on a feasibility study on precise determination of mass-specific activity of low-energy emitting radioisotopes. Conventional methods of activity measurement suffer from source self-absorption and a strong decrease in detection efficiency for low-energy electrons and photons. We propose a new method based on metallic magnetic microcalorimeters with the source embedded in the detector target in a 4π geometry. First results with a 55Fe source show that electrons and photons are detected with a detection efficiency close to unity and with little loss of energy for electrons. As the surface properties of the drying materials are very important not only for the drying rate but also for the quality change during drying, the effects of surface concentration on the drying behavior of liquid foods (sugar solutions) were investigated by isothermal drying experiments and by numerical calculation experiments. The isothermal drying experiments with gelled sugar solution systems (sucrose and maltodextrin) were carried out at various relative humidity (RH) values (RH = 0 to 84%). Separate experiments were carried out for determination of the desorption isotherms.
The isothermal drying curves of sugar solutions at RH = 0 to 51% were very similar. Numerical simulations also showed that the drying curves of these sugars at the surface concentration = 0 and 0.1 are almost the same, although the concentration distributions are different.
When a small amount of gelatin was added to sugar solutions, the drying rate decreased remarkably as the gelatin might form a thin film (skin) near the surface, and consequently the retention of ethanol increased. 相似文献

Pure phase of sillenite structure, Bi12TiO20, was directly synthesized using stoichiometric bismuth (III) nitrate pentahydrate and titanium glycolate by co-precipitation. The influence of pH on the structure of Bi12TiO20 was studied in the pH range of 3–10. The sillenite structure was characterized using XRD and FTIR. The photo-degradation reaction of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) was used to study photocatalytic activity of Bi12TiO20 as a function of the preparation pH. The rate of decomposition was followed by UV-vis and TOC. The beginning concentration of 4-NP, 44 ppm, decreased to less than 1 ppm within 30 min for all prepared catalysts. It was found that the decomposition rate constant of Bi12TiO20 is six times higher than those of either TiO2 or Bi2O3 under the same conditions. 相似文献

High-silica zeolites exchanged with transition metal ions (TMIs) are the subject of great interest for their unusual catalytic activity and selectivity. Structural information like coordination and accessibility of TMIs in zeolites are important factors for understanding their catalytic activity. Siting of TMIs in zeolites is typically obtained by spectroscopic (EXAFS, EPR, UV–vis and IR) and computational methods, as in the case of Co-ferrierite. However, some controversy exists in the literature concerning the model for incorporation of bare Co ions in ferrierite. We show here that the results of our synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction studies on Co- and Ni-exchanged ferrierite (Si/Al = 8.5) are in a good agreement with the model of Co siting based on an indirect spectroscopic approach and help to validate this model. By direct structural evidences, a possible explanation for the larger catalytic activity of Co sites in the main channels of ferrierite can be inferred. A combination of data from in situ XRD continuous monitoring of the Co ion migration during calcination and crystal-chemical considerations allows to device a strategy for the design of optimised co-cations containing Co-ferrierite catalysts. 相似文献
