研究了近似绝热条件下含酸DNT、TNT模拟试样及生产现场采集试样从热分解过渡到热爆炸的热行为。讨论了TNT安全生产工艺参数。     

210 t转炉连接装置的有限元分析及强度校核

利用ANSYS Workbench对某210 t转炉整体模型的三种极限工况进行有限元分析,得到转炉系统的应力分布和总变形,同时得到连接装置各个零部件的应力分布,找出零部件的最大应力值及所处位置,并结合有限元计算结果对各个零部件进行强度校核.结果表明连接装置的强度满足要求。     

Evaluation of contrast metrics for liquid‐crystal displays under different viewing conditions

Abstract— A psychophysical experiment was carried out to assess the perceptual contrast on a large‐sized liquid‐crystal display (LCD) under nine phases of viewing conditions. Based on the results, six contrast models employing different color attributes or the index of just‐noticeable difference (JND) were developed. Their performances were also tested by the visual data of the nine phases, which indicated that the model C_Q employing CIECAM02 brightness gives the best performance in predicting visual data under different viewing conditions among those models. A preprocessing step was also proposed to utilize the contrast model C_Q conveniently in the practical contrast evaluation of LCDs.     

On the sizing of a solar thermal electricity plant for multiple objectives using evolutionary optimization

Design, implementation and operation of solar thermal electricity plants are no more an academic task, rather they have become a necessity. In this paper, we work with power industries to formulate a multi-objective optimization model and attempt to solve the resulting problem using classical as well as evolutionary optimization techniques. On a set of four objectives having complex trade-offs, our proposed procedure first finds a set of trade-off solutions showing the entire range of optimal solutions. Thereafter, the evolutionary optimization procedure is combined with a multiple criterion decision making (MCDM) approach to focus on preferred regions of the trade-off frontier. Obtained solutions are compared with a classical generating method. Eventually, a decision-maker is involved in the process and a single preferred solution is obtained in a systematic manner. Starting with generating a wide spectrum of trade-off solutions to have a global understanding of feasible solutions, then concentrating on specific preferred regions for having a more detailed understanding of preferred solutions, and then zeroing on a single preferred solution with the help of a decision-maker demonstrates the use of multi-objective optimization and decision making methodologies in practice. As a by-product, useful properties among decision variables that are common to the obtained solutions are gathered as vital knowledge for the problem. The procedures used in this paper are ready to be used to other similar real-world problem solving tasks.

In his response to my Why There Are No Mental Representations, Robert Cummins accused me of having misinterpreted his views, and attempted to undermine a crucial premise of my argument, which claimed that one could only define a semantic type non-semantically by stipulating which tokens should receive a uniform interpretation. I respond to the charge and defend the premise.     

Water table fluctuation with a random initial condition

The nonlinear Boussinesq equation is used to understand water table fluctuations in various ditch drainage problems. An approximate solution of this equation with a random initial condition and deterministic boundary conditions, recharge rate and aquifer parameters has been developed to predict a transient water table in a ditch-drainage system. The effects of uncertainty in the initial condition on the water table are illustrated with the help of a synthetic example. 咪唑啉缓蚀剂工艺条件优化及效果

在减缓金属腐蚀的研究中,为了缓解在酸性溶液、碱性溶液以及大气、土壤等介质中金属腐蚀较为严重的问题,对咪唑啉类缓蚀剂进行了工艺条件优化.采用静态失重法研究了碳钢在加入了缓蚀剂的盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能.在最佳合成条件下苯甲酸与二乙烯三胺最佳摩尔比为1∶1.3,催化剂质量分数为1.2%,环化时间为1 h,咪唑啉中间体与氯化苄的最佳摩尔比为1∶1.1,季铵化反应时间为1 h,季铵化反应温度为70 ℃,缓蚀剂的最佳质量分数为1%,最终缓蚀率可以达到99.37%.     

珠粒和工艺因素对消失模铸造模质量的影响

从珠粒因素和工艺因素两方面分别介绍了其对消失模铸造模质量的影响情况及在中国的研究现状,对其原因进行了分析,得出了珠粒粒度和发泡剂含量、发泡工艺和模密度、发泡工艺和成型工艺等都相互制约的结论,并提出,可以通过对以上关键因素正交优化达到控制模质量的目的.
