Abstract— A flexible fluorescent lamp that utilizes the same plasma discharge mode as in PDPs has been manufactured. The structure of the flexible lamp is simple and easy to manufacture. All‐plastic materials including plastic substrates, barrier ribs (spacers), and sealants for low‐temperature manufacturing processing have been adopted except for the phosphor and MgO thin film. The MgO thin films were coated on the plastic substrates as a protection layer against the plasma discharge. The adhesion and biaxial texture of MgO thin film deposited on the plastic substrates, poly‐ethyle‐nenaphthalate (PEN) and polycarbonate (PC), at low temperature (100–180°C) has been characterized. The MgO film on PEN shows good adhesion under a repeated bending test. The manufactured flexible lamp consists of two plastic substrates of about 3 in. on the diagonal, barrier rib (spacer), and external ITO electrodes. The Ne‐Xe (5%) gas mixture at 100–200 Torr was used for the discharge gas. A maximum surface luminance of about 100 cd/m2 was achieved for a 1 ‐kHz AC pulse. 相似文献

Developing new all-visible-light driven fluorescent molecular switches has attracted much interests due to their important application prospects in materials science and life science. Herein, three novel all-visible-light triggered fluorescent molecular photoswitches ( 2P3 , 4F , and 4Cl ) are designed and prepared, which are realized by prolonging π-conjugation length with aggregated-induced emission units. These photoswitches show reversible photochromic and fluorescent switching in dilute solutions and films under 420 nm and 560 nm irradiations. Meanwhile, upon alternating irradiations with 450 nm/560 nm light, effective photochromic and fluorescent switching in powder states are also achieved. More interestingly, two distinct conformations with different photochromic abilities can be altered by solvents polarity. The size difference of the two conformations is over 5 Å in the vertical direction which is one of the largest changes among photochromic molecules based on dithienylethene. The accompanying conformational changes are analysed to understand the relationship between solvent characteristics and crystal structure, as well as the intermolecular interaction in solid state for all-visible-light triggered photoswitching molecules. 相似文献

The development of safe technologies to genetically modify neurons is of great interest in regenerative neurology,for both translational and basic science applications.Such approaches have conventionally been heavily reliant on viral transduction methods,which have safety and production limitations.Magnetofection (magnet-assisted gene transfer using iron oxide nanoparticles as vectors) has emerged as a highly promising non-viral alternative for safe and reproducible genetic modification of neurons.Despite the high potential of this technology,there is an important gap in our knowledge of the safety of this approach,namely,whether it alters neuronal function in adverse ways,such as by altering neuronal excitability and signaling.We have investigated the effects of magnetofection in primary cortical neurons by examining neuronal excitability using the whole cell patch clamp technique.We found no evidence that magnetofection alters the voltage-dependent sodium and potassium ionic currents that underpin excitability.Our study provides important new data supporting magnetofection as a safe technology for bioengineering of neuronal cell populations. 相似文献

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs),as a new type of pH-sensitive drug carrier,have received much attention.ZnO NPs are stable at physiological pH,but can dissolve quickly in the acidic tumor environment (pH < 6) to generate cytotoxic zinc ions and reactive oxygen species (ROS).However,the protein corona usually causes the non-specific degradation of ZnO NPs,which has limited their application considerably.Herein,a new type of pH-sensitive nanoreactor (ZnO-DOX@F-mSiO2-FA),aimed at reducing the non-specific degradation of ZnO NPs,is presented.In the acidic tumor environment (pH < 6),it can release cytotoxic zinc ions,ROS,and anticancer drugs to kill cancer cells effectively.In addition,the fluorescence emitted from fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled mesoporous silica (F-mSiO2) and doxorubicin (DOX) can be used to monitor the release behavior of the anticancer drug.This report provides a new method to avoid the non-specific degradation of ZnO NPs,resulting in synergetic therapy by taking advantage of ZnO NPs-induced oxidative stress and targeted drug release. 相似文献

Herein, a highly stable aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) fluorescent nanodot assembled by an amphiphilic quinoxalinone derivative‐peptide conjugate, namely Quino‐1‐Fmoc‐RACR (also termed as Q1‐PEP), which exhibits large Stokes shift and an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)‐targeting capacity for bioimaging is reported. It is found that the resulting nanodot can effectively enter the ER with high fluorescent emission. As the ER is mainly involved in the transport of synthesized proteins in vesicles to the Golgi or lysosomes, the Q1‐PEP nanodot with ER‐targeting capacity can be used to monitor vesicular transport inside the cells. Compared to conventional fluorescent dyes with small Stokes shifts, the self‐assembled fluorescent nanodot shows superior resistance to photobleaching and aggregation‐induced fluorescence quenching, and elimination of the spectra overlap with autofluorescence of biosubstrate owning to their AIE‐active and red fluorescence emission characteristics. All these optical properties make the fluorescent nanodot suitable for noninvasive and long‐term imaging both in vitro and in vivo. 相似文献

本研究将带有nisI和咖(绿色荧光蛋白)基因的乳酸菌表达载体pMG36e-nisI-gfp转化至乳酸菌中,观察其在宿主内的稳定性.对重组菌进行了菌体形态、传代培养、质粒验证等研究,考察了该质粒的稳定性.结果显示:重组菌在不含抗生素的培养基中连续传代20代后,质粒丢失率低;菌体大小和形态基本不变;质粒经HindⅢ酶切后大小不变;GFP在第0、5、10、15和20代宿主菌中都可以表达,表达量没有明显差别,在SDS-PAGE中的带型一致;初步的动物实验验证了该质粒作为遗传标记的应用效果.说明该质粒在宿主菌中具有良好的稳定性. 相似文献

采用微升(μL)级微量指血为检测样品,在未对样品去蛋白的条件下,用邻苯二甲醛(OPA)荧光衍生化法测定了微量静脉血中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量.利用标准曲线法和标准加入法进行3次测定的均值分别为4.415μmol/L和5.417 5μmol/L,加标回收率为95.28%~97.18%,检测限为3.6×10-8 mol/L,可基本满足微量成分分析所要求的准确度.本研究为灵敏、简便和快速测定微量血样中GSH的含量提供了实验和方法学的依据. 相似文献

基于分水岭算法,提出了一种绿色荧光蛋白图像的分割方法.为了克服分水岭算法易于产生过分割的现象,本文主要从前期预处理和后期区域合并两个方面着手,结合了中值滤波、分水岭变换、阈值区域合并技术,运用MATlab软件,对绿色荧光蛋白图像进行分割,取得了良好的效果. 相似文献
