光反馈自混合干涉对称折叠算法的精度分析

为了提高对称折叠算法的精度,通过对仿真信号的测量,分析了影响算法精度的几种因素(光反馈水平因子,外腔的非线性运动,抽样速率和转折点的定位),并且给出了改进方法.仿真结果表明,在测量线宽展宽因子之前,需保证光反馈水平因子的准确测量,利用中间干涉条纹进行测量可以减少外腔非线性运动所带来的误差.这一结论对利用对称折叠算法处理实验信号有一定的帮助.     

手摇式折叠式过床器的设计

针对手术活动中运送病人的环节,从最大限度地减轻病人痛苦的角度出发,结合目前医院的实际要求,基于应用机械工程学原理提出手摇式可折叠移动过床器的设计概念.本过床器采用差速千斤顶,平行四杆机构以及可折叠床架三个基本核心结构具有易操作,安全性高,占用空间少的优点.本过床器具有一定的实际应用价值.     

A Mixed-Mode BIST Scheme Based on Folding Compression

In this paper a new scheme of mixed mode scan-based BIST is presented with complete fault coverage,and some new concepts of folding set and computing are introduced.This scheme applies single feedback polynomial of LFSR for generation pseudo-random patterns as well as for compressing and extending seeds of folding sets and an LFSR, where we encode seed of folding set as an initial seed of LFSR .Moreover these new techniques are 100% compatible with scan design .Experimental results show that the proposed scheme outperforms previously published approaches based on the reseeding of LFRSRs.     

安徽怀宁古变质核杂岩体的结构及构造演化

变质核杂岩体是区域性伸展构造的主要类型之一。安徽怀宁即是这种构造在大陆板块内部发育并得到保存的典型地区。通过区域大比例尺构造解析认为:怀宁古变质核杂岩体自下而上由变质核、基底剥离断层、褶叠层及盖层4个部分组成。其经历了2次伸展体制及2次收缩体制的构造叠加,形成了一个多期复合变形变质的古变质核杂岩体。     

Position-dependent protein mutant profile based on mean force field calculation

The application of the mean force field in protein mutant stabilityprediction is explored. Based on protein main chain characteristics,including polar fraction, accessibility and dihedral angles,the mean force field was constructed to evaluate the compatibilitybetween an amino acid residue and its environment, from whicha position-dependent protein mutant profile was constructed.At each position along a protein sequence, the native residuewas replaced by the other 19 types of amino acid residues. Thematches were evaluated by energies from mean force field calculation,from which a mutant profile along the protein sequence was derived.General characteristics of such a profile were analyzed. Mutantstabilities for two sets of mutants in two proteins were foundto be reasonable compared with experimental data, which indicatesthat the present method can act as a guide in protein engineeringand as an effective scoring matrix in protein sequence–structurealignment studies.     

Accepting its random coil nature allows a partial NMR assignment of the neuronal Tau protein

A combined strategy to obtain a partial NMR assignment of the neuronal Tau protein is presented. Confronted with the extreme spectral degeneracy that the spectrum of this 441 amino acid long unstructured protein presents, we have introduced a graphical procedure based on residue type-specific product planes. Combining this strategy with the search for pairwise motifs, and combining the spectra of different Tau isoforms and even of peptides derived from the native sequence, we arrive at a partial assignment that is sufficient to map the interactions of Tau with its molecular partners. The obtained assignments equally confirm the absence of regular secondary structure in the isolated protein.     

Optimal pattern recognition procedures and their application

Results on Bayesian classification procedures, optimal on structures such as Markov chain and independent features, are reviewed. Numerical results of predicting protein secondary structure based on Bayesian classification procedures on non-stationary Markov chains are discussed. 天线折叠机构运动时间的仿真分析

对某机动三坐标雷达天线折叠机构进行运动仿真分析,根据该雷达天线折叠机构特点,定义机构的连接及运动关系副,机构的原理图,运动输入函数,通过对不同设计参数求解,得出相应参数天线阵面角加速度、角速度的响应函数图,分析比较运动时间与角加速度、角速度的变化关系,找出最佳运动时间。
