On the origins of anticipation as an evolutionary framework: functional systems perspective

This paper discusses the problem of anticipation from an evolutionary and systems-theoretical perspective, developed in the context of Russian/Soviet evolutionary biological and neurophysiological schools in the early and mid-twentieth century. On this background, an outline is given of the epigenetic interpretation of anticipatory capacities formulated and substantiated by the eminent Russian neurophysiologist academician Peter K. Anokhin in the framework of functional systems theory. It is considered that several key positions of this theory are well confirmed by recent evidence on anticipation as an evolutionarily basic adaptive capacity, possibly inherent to the organization of life. In the field of neuroscience, the theory of functional systems may potentially facilitate future studies at the intersection of learning, development and evolution by representing an integrative approach to the problem of anticipation.     

Synchronization for linear singularly perturbed complex networks with coupling delays

This paper is concerned with the synchronization problem about linear singularly perturbed complex network system with coupling delay. The sufficient delay-dependent conditions for the synchronization of the network are established by introducing an equivalent network system with the Lyapunov stability theory. These conditions, which are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities, can be solved efficiently by the LMI toolbox of MATLAB. A simulation example is provided to show the validity of the proposed the synchronization conditions of the whole network.     

一类多时滞状态网络控制系统的稳定性分析

由于多个传感器和执行器节点同时竞争有限的网络资源,导致了网络控制系统具有多个时变时延状态的特性,进而使网络控制系统的分析和设计变得非常困难.针对此类网络系统,推导出一种判定系统渐进稳定的方法.在建立的多时延网络控制系统模型的基础上,利用Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函理论和线性矩阵不等式技术推导出系统渐进稳定的充分条件,并给出了用LMI工具箱求解最大时延上界的步骤和方法.最后仿真算例证明了该方法的有效性和实用性.     

服务器日志挖掘在电力业务系统功能推荐中的应用

提出了一种基于服务器日志挖掘的电力业务系统功能推荐服务,首先从电力业务系统服务器日志中获取用户日志数据,然后对含有"脏"数据的用户日志数据进行预处理,以适应数据挖掘与处理;接着由待处理的数据计算用户访问兴趣度,并基于改进的K均值聚类算法将用户访问兴趣度数据集划分为多个具有相近兴趣度的用户集合,最终为用户提供功能个性化推荐服务.实验结果证明该方法在实现电力业务系统信息推荐方面具有较好的效果.     

Less conservative stability criteria for linear systems with interval time‐varying delays

The problem of the stability of a linear system with an interval time‐varying delay is investigated. A new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional that fully uses information about the lower bound of the time‐varying delay is constructed to derive new stability criteria. It is proved that the proposed Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional can lead to less conservative results than some existing ones. Based on the proposed Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, two stability conditions are developed using two different methods to estimate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional's derivative. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate that the two stability conditions are complementary and yield a larger maximum upper bound of the time‐varying delay than some existing results. Stability of a class of switched positive linear time‐delay systems

This paper addresses the problem of stability for a class of switched positive linear time‐delay systems. As first attempt, the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional is extended to the multiple co‐positive type Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional for the stability analysis of the switched positive linear systems with constant time delay. A sufficient stability criterion is proposed for the underlying system under average dwell time switching. Subsequently, the stability result for system under arbitrary switching is presented by reducing multiple co‐positive type Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional to the common co‐positive type Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. On stability delay bounds of simple input-delayed linear and non-linear systems: Computational results

This paper deals with the problem of delay size stability analysis of single input-delayed linear and nonlinear systems. Conventional reduction, reduction linked by sliding mode, and linear memoryless control approaches are used for simple input-delayed systems to obtain the stability conditions. Several first order examples are investigated systematically to demonstrate the capabilities and limitations of the advanced stability analysis techniques including Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, Newton-Leibniz formula, and a newly addressed Lagrange mean value theorem. Numerical comparative results show the usefulness and effectiveness of the advanced delay size analysis techniques proposed in this paper.     

On the simulation of expressional animation based on facial MoCap

MoCap(motion capture)-based animation is a hot issue in computer animation research currently.Based on the optical MoCap system,this paper proposes a novel cross-mapping based facial expression simulating method.To overcome the problem of the false upper and lower jaw correlation derived from the facial global RBFbased cross-mapping method,we construct a functional partition based RBF cross-mapping method.During model animating,enhanced markers are added and animated by our proposed skin motion mechanism.In addition,based on the enhanced markers,an improved RBF-based animating approach is raised to derive realistic facial animation.Further more,a pre-computing algorithm is presented to reduce computational cost for real-time simulation.The experiments proved that the method can not only map the MoCap data of one subject to diferent personalized faces but generate realistic facial animation.     

汉语块分析评测任务设计

该文主要介绍了目前中文信息学会句法分析评测CIPS-ParsEval-2009中的三项块分析评测任务 基本块分析、功能块分析和事件描述小句识别的设计理念、判定标准和相关资源构建方法。然后给出了这三项目前的主要评测结果并对相关内容进行了简要分析。最后通过相关统计数据分析和国内外相关研究评述,总结了这三项评测任务的主要特色。     

An architecture framework for an adaptive extensible processor

To improve the performance of embedded processors, an effective technique is collapsing critical computation subgraphs as application-specific instruction set extensions and executing them on custom functional units. The problem with this approach is the immense cost and the long times required to design a new processor for each application. As a solution to this issue, we propose an adaptive extensible processor in which custom instructions (CIs) are generated and added after chip-fabrication. To support this feature, custom functional units are replaced by a reconfigurable matrix of functional units (FUs). A systematic quantitative approach is used for determining the appropriate structure of the reconfigurable functional unit (RFU). We also introduce an integrated framework for generating mappable CIs on the RFU. Using this architecture, performance is improved by up to 1.33, with an average improvement of 1.16, compared to a 4-issue in-order RISC processor. By partitioning the configuration memory, detecting similar/subset CIs and merging small CIs, the size of the configuration memory is reduced by 40%.
