降水沉降对竖向受荷单桩的影响研究

通过有限元分析,研究地下水位下降对摩擦桩和端承桩的受力性状,揭示出桩侧负摩阻力的发展规律,并对下拉荷载产生的原因给予分析,提出设计中应预先考虑水位变化影响的重要性,由降水引起的桩顶附加沉降和下拉荷载应进行详细计算。     

双层立面在高层办公建筑中的自然通风策略

可持续高层办公建筑能够为用户提供舒适．健康与高效的工作环境,能够有效地缓解持续增长的人口对办公空间的需求,由于风压的影响,一般传统的高层办公建筑采用密闭的外围护结构,依赖空调系统维持室内舒适度,消耗了大量能源,双层通风立面能够使高层办公建筑实现自然通风的同时,有效地节约能耗,本文运用实例分析的方法对高层办公建筑中采用双层通风立面的通风策略及原理进行归纳与分析,以帮助建筑师在高层办公建筑自然通风设计中正确地选择有效的双层通风立面系统。     

Thermal characteristics of a double-glazed external wall system with roll screen in cooling season

A double-skin system (double-glazed external wall) is an effective passive system that can be used to decrease solar heat gain into buildings. Detailed information on the thermal distribution of double-skin facades is necessary to design better systems that can provide thermal comfort and conserve energy. In this study, the three-dimensional thermal characteristics of double-skin facades that had the ventilation opening installed partially and were screened partially by the adjacent buildings were investigated by field measurements. To that end, field measurements were carried out on the double-skin exterior wall (9.4 m high and 27.0 m wide) installed in an atrium located in the west of an existing building during cooling period for typical summer conditions. Maximum air change rate of natural ventilation through the bottom opening up to the top opening is about 20–25 [1/h], the reduction ratio of total solar heat gain compared with those of non-natural ventilation is about 25%. The exhaust solar heat gain is about 100 W/m² per inner glass surface area of the double-skin facades. Air temperature distribution of air space in the double skin was ranged from 30 °C to 44 °C, and heat gain difference ranged from 50 W/m² to 130 W/m². The influence of the ventilation openings and the shade conditions on temperature distribution of double skin is found to be significant and the double-skin system was verified to reduce the cooling loads effectively.

皮肤美白产品中的活性成分

脸部不规则的色素沉着是光老化最常见的症状之一。在各种肤色的人群中,皮肤晒黑是由UVA辐射引起的。大多数防晒产品重点防止由UVB的辐射引起的皮肤晒伤。由于UVA辐射能穿透皮肤,所以防晒产品并不能防止皮肤晒黑。指出,皮肤美白最好的方法就是避免太阳光的伤害。一个好的产品不仅能将皮肤中现有的黑色素去除掉,而且还能够抑制新的黑色素产生,并防止已产生的黑色素向黑素体迁移。重点介绍了几种皮肤美白产品中的活性成分及其功效。     

采用支持向量机方法对框架结构的损伤识别

将支持向量机方法用于框架结构的损伤检测,并通过一个算例对该方法进行了损伤识别效果的测试,试验表明支持向量机适用于单损伤的检测,对于损伤位置的判断,有很好的精确性,而且对损伤程度的预测也有很好的精度。     

Whitening effect of a dermocosmetic formulation: a randomized double-blind controlled study on melasma

Melasma is an endocrine-mediated facial hypermelanosis with epidermal and occasionally dermal components. We tested in a randomized double-blind design the effect of a whitening formulation (Thiospot intensive) on this skin disorder. The product containing ethyl linoleate, thioctic acid, octadecenedioic acid, lactic acid and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate was applied twice daily for 3 months by 20 young women. Another control group of seven women received a non-skin lightening formulation. Clinical assessments were made at 1-month intervals. In addition, objective measurements of the hypermelanosis were performed using narrow-band reflectance spectrophotometry, image analysis of video-recorded ultraviolet light reflection (ULEV method) and photodensitometry of the corneomelametry test. A significant lightening effect was evidenced beginning the second month of treatment with the whitening formulation. No significant effect was observed with the control product.     

Stress and the skin

'The skin is the mirror which reflects the state of the mind.'The skin is the window of the mind.' These have been proverbs since ancient times. It is the topic of this article. Our life became convenient with the information technology these days but too much information often drives us on. We suffer from mental stress rather than physical stress. Since Selye advocated stress reaction, various reactions in the body have been described. Skin is also a target organ of the stress reaction. What the effects of stress are and how stress affects the skin are summarized in this review. Possible use of fragrance for the regulation of the stress reaction is also introduced.     

In vivo confocal fluorescence imaging of skin surface cellular morphology: a pilot study of its potential as a clinical tool in skin research

The cellular morphology of the stratum corneum was studied in vivo using a novel imaging technique that uses confocal fluorescence microscopy in combination with topical application of a fluorescent contrast agent. Images obtained with this method show a strong variation in skin surface cellular morphology among healthy subjects. The results of several clinical studies suggest that cellular morphology is affected by the efficiency of the process of desquamation. As such, cellular morphology shows strong potential to serve as an indicator of skin health that yields mechanistic insight into the origins of skin ailments, such as xerosis, and the effectiveness of their treatments.
