A multiphase reticulated porous ceramic (RPC) as Si3N4–Al2O3–SiO2 was fabricated by replication techniques. Proper volumes of additives and twice sinter- twice immerse process endow the RPC
an excellent crack healing and submerging property. The compressive strength and fracture toughness improved owing to the
crack bridging behavior. The existence of pores in struts in RPC blunt the crack tip and increased the external force needed
to propagate the crack. The mechanisms play a beneficial role in enhancing the compressive strength and fracture strength.
Si3N4 RPC with additives of 5%Al and 5% Al2O3 yielded the compressive strength of 9.8 MPa and fracture toughness of 0.3 MPa m1/2. 相似文献

通过应变控制四点弯曲疲劳试验,变化加载频率分析沥青混合料的即时自愈合,变化愈合温度、时间、荷载和损伤程度分析沥青混合料的后期自愈合.结果表明:沥青混合料的即时自愈合伴随加载产生,愈合效果为SBS-AC13TB-AC13基质-AC13;愈合温度、时间、荷载对沥青混合料的后期愈合具有正面作用,而损伤程度具有负面作用;橡胶沥青混合料疲劳寿命对自愈合条件的依赖性小于SBS沥青混合料,对沥青用量变化敏感性低于SBS沥青混合料;橡胶沥青混合料的劲度模量恢复率大于疲劳寿命恢复率,且疲劳寿命恢复率的离散性较大,劲度模量恢复率的离散性较小. 相似文献

将含有聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯等修复剂材料的空心玻璃纤维埋入水泥砂浆基体中,在水泥砂浆内部形成智能型仿生自愈合系统,砂浆开裂后空心玻璃纤维断裂,致使修复剂流入基体,愈合基体微裂缝且修复损伤界面,使用INSTRON实验机和声发射仪分别测试了砂浆愈合后的强度和质量,结果表明:砂浆的愈合效果明显,且断裂韧性得到了一定的改善。 相似文献

Reviews the book, The psychobiology of mind-body healing: New concepts of therapeutic hypnosis by Earnest L. Rossi. This is one of the best books currently available for psychologists that summarizes the burgeoning field of mind-body interaction. Rossi's healing intention is clearly stated in his Preface, and it is this emphasis that tends to distinguish his text most prominently from other available reviews of the same literature. The other chief positive attribute of the Rossi text is his explication of numerous uses of hypnotherapeutic phenomena in the treatment process. Rossi makes no bones about his allegiance to the Ericksonian hypnotherapeutic school, and his effectively presented clinical examples are very similar to Erickson's own case presentations in their vividness and their potency for attacking a large number of mind-body problems. The Psychobiology of Mind-Body Healing is 380 pages in length, including some 29 pages of references that are comprehensive. They represent contributions from very basic sciences among biology, chemistry, and psychophysiology, as well as a number of references on hypnotherapy, state-dependent learning, and some features of information systems. I highly recommend this text, with appropriate cautions about its tables and anecdotes, to all students of psychotherapeutic phenomena with physically ill patients, especially those who must struggle uphill to assist those with chronic and debilitating illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, musculo-skeletal disorders, and AIDS. MMP1、TIMP1在放射复合伤口愈合过程中的表达及对伤口愈合过程的影响(英文) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用放射复合伤口动物模型,动态观察伤口愈合过程中MMP1,TIMP1 mRNA转录及蛋白表达的变化及基对伤口愈合和组织改建的影响。结果显示:25Gy(γ射线)局部照射对伤口愈合有明显的损害作用,照射组伤口较对照组延迟6d愈合。在伤口愈合的炎症期和肉芽组织生长期,照射组新生表皮细胞中MMP1表达与对照组相近,在后期,随着照射组伤口愈合的延迟其表达相对较高。在伤后3-14d,TIMP1在对照组新生表皮细胞中呈弱阳性,表皮覆盖后呈阴性,而在照射组表皮覆盖前呈阴性或弱阳性。MMP1与TIMP1在照射组肉芽组织成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞、巨噬细胞中表达较对照组明显降低,在愈合后期因辐射所致伤口愈合的延迟其表达时相拖后。结果表明:辐射所致MMP1与TIMP1在伤口肉芽组织中表达明显降低,直接影响迁移、血管形成和瘢痕组织形成等病理过程,是辐射影响伤口愈合的重要机制之一。 相似文献

This study investigates the influence of two types of target,skin tissue and cell culture medium,with different permittivities on a k Hz helium atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) during its application for wound healing.The basic optical–electrical characteristics,the initiation and propagation and the emission spectra of the He APPJ under different working conditions are explored.The experimental results show that,compared with a jet freely expanding in air,the diameter and intensity of the plasma plume outside the nozzle increase when it interacts with the pigskin and cell culture medium targets,and the mean velocity of the plasma bullet from the tube nozzle to a distance of 15 mm is also significantly increased.There are also multiple increases in the relative intensity of OH (A~2Σ?→?X~2Π) and O (3p~5S–3s~5S) at a position 15 mm away from nozzle when the He APPJ interacts with cell culture medium compared with the air and pigskin targets.Taking the surface charging of the low permittivity material capacitance and the strengthened electric field intensity into account,they make the various characteristics of He APPJ interacting with two different targets together. 相似文献

目的: 探讨重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)对大鼠皮肤切创形成的急性创面愈合过程中血管生成素-1(Ang-1)表达的影响。方法: 健康SD雄性72只大鼠建立急性创面动物模型,随机分成低剂量组(50 U/mL rHuEPO),中剂量组(100 U/mL rHuEPO),高剂量组(150 U/mL rHuEPO)和生理盐水(NS)对照组,造模同时进行外敷不同剂量rHuEPO及生理盐水治疗。观察每组大鼠创面愈合情况,并于伤后3、7、14 d取创面皮肤标本,采用免疫组织化学方法染色检测创面CD31、Ang-1的表达。结果: 免疫组化结果为CD31、Ang-1在高剂量和中剂量药物治疗组皮肤组织中高表达,在同一时相点与NS对照组、低剂量组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论: rHuEPO能促进大鼠皮肤急性创面愈合过程中Ang-1表达,并促进创面微血管形成,从而加速急性创面愈合。 相似文献

In this work, we use a two‐photon fluorescence microscope for combined imaging and laser tissue ablation of a living Drosophila Melanogaster embryo. By using tightly focused near‐infrared femtosecond pulses at MHz repetition rate and of sub‐nanojoule energy we are able to produce microsurgery on the epithelial tissue within a Drosophila embryo at the final stages of its embryonic development. Ablation was performed on labelled and unlabelled embryos during and after dorsal closure. We observed that ablation of GFP‐labelled tissue required lower energy deposition than unlabelled tissue ensuring that the tissue ablation is mediated by multiphoton absorption of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). In addition, the energy deposition to produce ablation is further decreased during dorsal closure. These results show the presence of additional tensile forces on the tissue during dorsal closure. Furthermore, an increased activity of actin near the laser wounds was observed as the tissue heals. 相似文献
