提高对人才能力建设的培训水平,是国有企业培训机构在人才培训工作与人力资源开发过程中需要深入研究、探索的重要课题。针对中国石油化工集团公司推进改革发展、实现企业战略目标对高级管理人才的需求,以企业高级管理人才任职前培训为目标,在培训需求研究、课程设计与内容开发、教学手段和方法、培训过程管理与质量保证机制、培训效果评估等方面进行研究。

数字水印是信息安全领域的一项新技术,给出了相对明确的定义。着重分析了变换域数字水印系统的特征及常见攻击,给出了一些相应的对策。最后指出变换域水印的重要问题,即频率的选择问题。

通过我国设计艺术中人与自然以及人与物古今观念的对比，试图分析这种观念的转化产生的深层社会背景和对设计的影响。     

A Relational Model of Workplace Victimization: Social Roles and Patterns of Victimization in Dyadic Relationships.

This article proposes a model of the ways in which dyadic interactions between employees who occupy 1 of 4 archetypal social roles in organizations can lead to either episodic or institutionalized patterns of victimization. The model shows how the occurrence of victimization involving these 4 role types is influenced by organizational variables such as power differences, culture, and access to social capital. The model integrates behavioral and social structural antecedents of victimization to develop a relational perspective on the dynamics of harmful behavior in the workplace. 屏蔽人体模型对电磁波吸收的数值模拟研究

本文用时域有限差分法计算了三类电磁特性不同的材料屏蔽下三层无限长椭圆柱人体模型对电磁波的吸收。结果表明 ,功率密度相同 ,频率在 0 .2～ 6GHz之间的平面电磁波照射下 ,模型吸收的能量、能量在体内的分布及两者对入射电磁波频率的敏感程度严重地受到外加屏蔽的影响。考察了屏蔽材料的电磁特性与其屏蔽效能之间的关系。三类材料的比较显示 ,对人体电磁辐射防护 ,耗散材料优于非耗散材料 ,导电材料优于非导电材料。     

基于相关性的人机系统可靠性模型

本文在剖析人机系统中操作者行为特征的基础上,考虑到操作者行为的自适应性、自学习能力及其行为形成主因子,着重结合操作者行为的相关性-感知作用于判断决策后影响到动作,建立了人机系统中操作者行为模式,并推导出计算操作者可靠度的公式,求出了相应参数.最后进行了实例量度,同时定量辨识了行为相关性对人可靠性的制约程度,以期从人机系统可靠性角度为人机系统的优化设计提供新的依据.     

Experience, Context, and the Visual Perception of Human Movement.

Why are human observers particularly sensitive to human movement? Seven experiments examined the roles of visual experience and motor processes in human movement perception by comparing visual sensitivities to point-light displays of familiar, unusual, and impossible gaits across gait-speed and identity discrimination tasks. In both tasks, visual sensitivity to physically possible gaits was superior to visual sensitivity to physically impossible gaits, supporting perception-action coupling theories of human movement perception. Visual experience influenced walker-identity perception but not gait-speed discrimination. Thus, both motor experience and visual experience define visual sensitivity to human movement. An ecological perspective can be used to define the conditions necessary for experience-dependent sensitivity to human movement. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

The ethics of asking about abuse and the harm of "don't ask, don't tell."

Replies to comments by J. Read (see record 2007-07130-012), D. Gleaves et al (see record 2007-07130-013), V. Edwards et al (see record 2007-07130-014), M. Black and R. Black (see record 2007-07130-015), and S. Ullman (see record 2007-07130-016), which raised important points about the authors' original article (see record 2006-03947-003). Those comments extend our thinking about how to ask participants about abuse in an ethical way. Together, the comments point to the importance of researchers examining our own reasons for asking--or not asking--about abuse and of paying attention to how we respond when we ask.
