人工接地装置设计方法分析

本文系统地论述了人工接地装置的设计方法,修正了现有文献中有关论述的缺点和错误,提出了通过迭代求解方程组来设计人工接地装置的新方法。     

从水解角蛋白中提取胱氨酸

讨论了从水解角蛋白中提取胱氨酸的影响因素，并指出了其最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下，以人发为原料的提取率在８．５％以上，猪毛为原料的提取率不低于６．５％。     

Determination of tryptophan in feedstuffs: Comparison of two methods of hydrolysis prior to HPLC analysis

The tryptophan content of nine samples of commercial feed was determined using two procedures (I and II) differing mainly in the hydrolysis conditions used prior to analysis. With I, hydrolysis was performed with 4 M LiOH in the presence of maltodextrin with 5-methyltryptophan used as internal standard at 110°C for 24 h; with II. oxygen-free 1.3 M Ba(OH)₂ was used at 125°C for 16 h. The two procedures gave identical results for a given sample indicating that the corrections for the incomplete recovery of tryptophan 5-methyltryptophan quantitation were satisfactory.     

Concentration of docosahexaenoic acid in glyceride by hydrolysis of fish oil withcandida cylindracea lipase

In an attempt to concentrate the content of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in a glyceride mixture containing triglyceride, diglyceride and monoglyceride, fish oil was hydrolyzed with six kinds of microbial lipase. After the hydrolysis, free fatty acid was removed and fatty acid components of the glyceride mixtures were analyzed. When the hydrolysis withCandida cylindracea lipase was 70% complete, the DHA content in the glyceride mixture was three times more than that in the original fish oil. The EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) content became almost 70% of the original fish oil. Hydrolysis with other lipases did not result in an increase in the DHA content in the glyceride mixtures. Hydrolysis of DHA-rich tuna oil (DHA content is about 25%) withCandida cylindracea lipase resulted in 53% DHA in the glyceride mixture. The EPA content, however, remained close to that of the original tuna oil. In this report, the acyl chain specificity of lipases is evaluated in terms of hydrolysis resistant value (HRV). HRV is the ratio between the DHA contents in the glyceride mixture of hydrolyzed oil and original oil. HRV clearly indicates differences in hydrolysis between DHA and other fatty acids (e.g., saturated and monoenoic acids).

Al2O3基耐磨陶瓷涂层的燃烧合成与应用

介绍了燃烧合成表面涂层技术的基本原理 ,开发了相应的制备工艺 ,并在此基础上研制了内覆陶瓷涂层的复合钢管、弯管及弯头。陶瓷涂层主要由α Al2 O3相、部分FeO·Al2 O3相和 3Al2 O3·2SiO2 相组成 ,采用添加剂可以有效提高熔体的流动性 ,使陶瓷的凝固和结晶过程得到进一步控制 ,有助于减少孔隙 ,提高陶瓷涂层的致密度。现场应用试验表明 ,涂层具有较好的耐磨性能 ,可使设备的使用寿命大为延长     

醋酸甲酯在Cs_(1.5)PW/SiO_2催化剂上的水解反应

通过改变阳离子的种类与配比,制备了一系列SiO2负载的磷钨酸盐催化剂,考察了制备方法对催化剂性能的影响,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、环境扫描电子显微镜等方法对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了该系列催化剂对醋酸甲酯水解反应的活性。实验结果表明,Cs1.5PW/SiO2催化剂的活性最好,当Cs1.5PW负载量(质量分数)为30%时,Cs1.5PW的Keggin结构保持完好,没有硅钨酸阴离子形成,Cs1.5PW在SiO2载体上高度分散;在反应温度55℃、反应时间2h的条件下,醋酸甲酯的转化率为35.79%,约为均相磷钨酸催化剂的1.3倍。该催化剂重复使用4次后,醋酸甲酯的转化率稳定在25%;80℃下反应2h,与NKC-9磺酸树脂催化剂相比,醋酸甲酯的转化率提高了5.17%。     

Models for the formation of poly(butylene terephthalate): effect of water on the kinetics of the titanium tetrabutylate-catalysed reactions: 3

In an effort to investigate the mechanism of catalysis of titanium tetrabutoxide on the polycondensation of poly(butylene terephthalate), alcoholysis and hydrolysis reactions were studied with the aid of model molecules. The retarding effect of water has also been taken into account. Appropriate kinetic equations are derived and discussed and the results compared with experimental data obtained at different molar ratios of reactants.     

考虑抗力退化的公路钢筋混凝土梁抗弯强度可靠性分析

本文采用了一个时变荷载模型和一个考虑了钢筋锈蚀，钢筋屈服拉力，混凝土抗压强度和粘结力等多个影响因素的多参数抗力劣化模型，对公路钢筋混凝土梁抗弯强度可靠性在服役期内的变化趋势进行了研究，并针对一实例对各影响参数对可靠性分析的敏感性进行了分析。     

Hydrolytic stability and protective properties of polyurethane oligomers based on polyester/ether/polyols

The present study deals with effect of the type and chemical character of incorporated polyester/polyether blocks on the hydrolytic stability of crosslinked polyurethane oligomers. Diffusion parameters of the investigated polyurethane oligomers, giving information concerning chemical changes taking place in neutral, basic and acidic aqueous environments, have also been determined.
