Rhodamine B (RhB) is a banned food additive and has been classified as illegal colourant. Therefore, the risk of RhB contamination should be strictly monitored. In this study, a sensitive UPLC-MS/MS method was applied to monitor RhB in 292 various spices such as chilli, pepper and tomato products. The results showed 22.7% of chilli powder samples, 18.5% of pepper powder samples, 11.1% of chilli oil samples and 9.1% of pepper oil samples were contaminated with RhB. Chilli powder contained RhB up to 44,935 μg/kg with an average of 743 μg/kg, pepper powder up to 65.9 μg/kg with an average of 4.1 μg/kg, chilli oil up to 14.6 μg/kg with an average of 1.0 μg/kg and pepper oil up to 1.1 μg/kg with an average of 0.2 μg/kg, respectively. Considering the common consumption of chilli products and pepper products by so many consumers, RhB exposure is significant and should be decreased. 相似文献

Social networks serve as effective platforms in which users’ ideas can be spread in an easy and efficient manner. However, those ideas can be hateful and harmful, some of which may even amount to hate speech. YouTube, Facebook and Twitter have internal regulatory policies in relation to hate speech and have signed a Code of Conduct on the regulation of illegal hate speech with the European Commission. This paper looks at the issue of tackling hate speech on social networks and argues that, notwithstanding the weaknesses of internal policies and their implementation, their existence, as facilitated by the Code of Conduct, serves as a light at the end of the Internet hate tunnel where issues of multiple jurisdictions as well as technological realities, such as mirror sites and more, have resulted in the task of online regulation being more than a daunting one. 相似文献

Taraxacum formosanum (TF) is a medicinal plant used as an important component of health drinks in Taiwan. In this study, a rapid, sensitive and specific loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay for authenticating TF was established. A set of four specific LAMP primers was designed based on the nucleotide sequence of the internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) of TF. LAMP amplicons were successfully amplified and detected when purified genomic DNA of TF was added in the LAMP reaction under isothermal condition (65 °C) within 45 min. These specific LAMP primers have high specificity and can accurately discriminate Taraxacum formosanum from other adulterant plants; 1 pg of genomic DNA was determined to be the detection limit of the LAMP assay. In conclusion, using this novel approach, TF and its misused plant samples obtained from herbal tea markets were easily identified and discriminated by LAMP assay for quality control. 相似文献

With the improvement of the national economic level, the number of vehicles
is still increasing year by year. According to the statistics of National Bureau of Statics,
the number is approximately up to 327 million in China by the end of 2018, which makes
urban traffic pressure continues to rise so that the negative impact of urban traffic order is
growing. Illegal parking-the common problem in the field of transportation security is
urgent to be solved and traditional methods to address it are mainly based on ground loop
and manual supervision, which may miss detection and cost much manpower. Due to the
rapidly developing deep learning sweeping the world in recent years, object detection
methods relying on background segmentation cannot meet the requirements of complex
and various scenes on speed and precision. Thus, an improved Single Shot MultiBox
Detector (SSD) based on deep learning is proposed in our study, we introduce attention
mechanism by spatial transformer module which gives neural networks the ability to
actively spatially transform feature maps and add contextual information transmission in
specified layer. Finally, we found out the best connection layer in the detection model by
repeated experiments especially for small objects and increased the precision by 1.5%
than the baseline SSD without extra training cost. Meanwhile, we designed an illegal
parking vehicle detection method by the improved SSD, reaching a high precision up to
97.3% and achieving a speed of 40FPS, superior to most of vehicle detection methods,
will make contributions to relieving the negative impact of illegal parking. 相似文献
