Cumulating Retrieval Inhibition in Semantic and Lexical Domains.

In 3 experiments the authors examined changes in successive exemplar generation percentages within categories defined semantically (e.g., fruit-P, fruit-A, fruit-M) and by 1st letter (e.g., insect-C, sport-C, car-C), with a mixed control condition (e.g., fruit-P, insect-C, disease-M). Retrieval success declined across 12 successive items in both semantic and letter categories, with no change for the mixed condition. This retrieval inhibition is unrelated to taxonomic frequency of exemplars within either letter or semantic categorical structures. Furthermore, semantic retrieval inhibition appears to be long lasting, suggested by the decline in retrieval percentage across successive 12-item blocks in both the mixed and letter conditions. The authors suggest that different mechanisms underlie the inhibition found in the semantic (suppression) and letter (interference) conditions. 铜表面修饰硅烷膜在碱性溶液中的耐蚀性能研究

为了提高铜的耐蚀性,用自组装技术在铜表面上制备了3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTS)自组装膜. 利用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜研究了该膜的结构,运用极化曲线和交流阻抗图谱等电化学方法考察了 MPTS膜在0.5 mol/L NaOH溶液中对铜电极的缓蚀性能.结果表明,MPTS在铜表面可能以化学吸附方式强烈吸附到铜表面, 同时在表面以Si-O-Si键自我交联形成了线性低聚物, MPTS浓度越高, 其膜更致密.与裸铜电极相比,经MPTS修饰后的铜的腐蚀电位正移200 mV, 腐蚀电流降低一个数量级,其缓蚀效率为86.5%.     

营养型发酵软饮料的研究

研究利用稻加工大米的副产品碎米为主要原料 ,加入麦芽、加酶 ,进行液化、糖化、发酵等工艺 ,研制出一种发酵营养型软饮料。本产品与啤酒相比 ,可减少原料总用量的 17% ,减少麦芽用量的 2 8.6%。     

碱性单细胞凝胶电泳预测肿瘤细胞内在放射敏感性研究

应用克隆形成法和碱性单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测辐射诱导的人红白血病细胞株K562、人结肠腺癌细胞株LS-T-117和鼠胶质瘤细胞株C6的初始DNA单链断裂数及单链断裂后的修复与细胞内在放射敏感性之间的关系。结果表明,3种细胞系的放射敏感性依次为K562>LS-T-117>C6;3种细胞系的DNA迁移距离都随着照射剂量的增加而增大,呈良好的剂量-效应关系。在相同剂量下,辐射诱导的DNA单链的初始断裂数目也依次为K562>LS-T-117>C6;3种细胞系经10Gy X射线照射并在PBS中培养不同时间后DNA迁移距离都有较大幅度的下降,但下降幅度依次为C6>LS-T-117>K562,在相同剂量下辐射诱导的DNA单链断裂后的修复能力也依次为C6>LS-T-117> K562。结果显示,辐射诱导的DNA单链断裂及修复与细胞内在放射敏感性有很好的相关性,可用于人体肿瘤细胞内在放射敏感性的预测。     

基于动态链接库模块视窗菜单外部控制的软件开发

文中提出了基于动态链接库模块的视窗菜单外部动态控制及配置管理的软件设计新思路，然后在Borland Delphi6．0集成开发环境(IDE)下给出了一个系统设计实例。运用这种技术，可以在不修改系统主程序源代码的基础上，任意配置和扩展软件系统的相关功能模块，从而增强了软件系统对应用环境的动态适应能力，也减轻了软件系统升级面临的复杂度。     

基于前缀广义链表的快速关联规则挖掘算法

挖掘关联规别是数据挖掘研究的一个重要方面，而如何快速有效地挖掘出关联规则是当前研究的热点．本文提出了一种前缀广义链表，并应用此结构进行关联规则的挖掘，得到了一种快速的关联规则发现算法、该算法不仅方便、效率高，而且避免了产生组合爆炸问题．     

GigaMatrix: an ultra high-throughput tool for accessing biodiversity

Recombinant approaches for tapping into the biodiversity present in nature for the discovery of novel enzymes and biosynthetic pathways can result in large gene libraries. Likewise, laboratory evolution techniques can result in large but potentially valuable libraries. Thorough screening of these libraries requires ultra high-throughput methods. The GigaMatrix^™ screening platform addresses this opportunity using reusable high-density plates with 100,000 to 1,000,000 through-hole wells in a microplate footprint. In addition to throughputs of over 10⁷ wells per day, the platform offers a significant reduction in reagent use and waste, has fully integrated automated “cherry picking,” and uses no complicated dispensing equipment. Wells containing putative hits from targeted fluorescent liquid phase assays are revealed by a fluorescent imaging system. Vision-guided robotics are utilized to recover hits by accessing individual 200 μm and smaller wells with a disposable sterile needle. The GigaMatrix platform has proven to be an effective and efficient tool for screening gene libraries for both discovery and evolution applications.

金属与非金属纳米颗粒增强葡萄糖生物传感器

为了提高葡萄糖传感器的灵敏度和抗干扰性,利用纳米增强效应,以Au、Ag、Pt、SiO2纳米颗粒及金属-无机复合纳米颗粒与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)构成复合固定酶膜基质,采用溶胶-凝胶法固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD),组成葡萄糖生物传感器.研究表明,纳米颗粒可以大幅度地提高固定化酶的催化活性,增加电极的电流响应灵敏度,改进生物传感器的抗干扰性能,使信噪比提高了32倍.     

Personality and Emotion: Test of Gray's Personality Theory by Means of an fMRI Study.

Although it is known that there are fundamental personality differences in the behavioral responses to emotional stimuli, traits have scarcely been investigated in this context by means of functional imaging studies. To maximize the variance with respect to personality, the authors tested 12 control subjects and 12 subjects who had sadomasochistic experiences with respect to the relationship between J. A. Gray's (1970) personality dimensions, the behavioral approach system (BAS) and the behavioral inhibition system (BIS), and brain activity in regions of interest. The BIS was associated with activity in numerous brain areas in response to fear, disgust, and erotic visual stimuli, whereas few associations could he detected between the BAS and brain activity in response to disgust and erotic stimuli.
