腐植酸与普洱茶茶色素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对云南普洱茶特有品质与化学组成(多酚类、儿茶素、黄酮类、茶黄素、茶红素、茶褐素)的关系进行简要地阐述。茶色素被证实是一类具有多种生理活性的物质。依据腐植酸的形成及化学性质、结构特征,提出了普洱茶中茶色素与腐植酸,尤其是茶褐素和黄腐酸,在化学性质方面(结构和官能团)存在一定的相似性。由此提出了腐植酸(黄腐酸)在生理活性及治疗功能方面与茶色素应具有相似性。为腐植酸(黄腐酸)在医药方面的应用研究提出了新思路。  相似文献

The pheromone system of the summer fruit tortrix mothAdoxophyes orana (Fischer von Röslerstamm) consists of a mixture ofcis-9- andcis-11-tetradecen-1-ol acetate (cis-9- andcis-11-TDA, respectively) in a ratio of 9:1. Substitution of one or both of these compounds by related unsaturated acetates reduced the attractancy. Onlycis-11-TDA could be replaced bycis-11-tridecen-1-ol acetate (cis-11-TriDA), although the 9:1 mixture ofcis-9-TDA andcis-11-TriDA was less attractive in the field than the pheromone system itself. The major component of the pheromone system of the leaf rollerClepsis spectrana (Treitschke)(cis-9-TDA:cis-11-TDA=1:9) could also be replaced bycis-11-TriDA, again with some reduction in attractancy.  相似文献

The responses of Colorado potato beetle,Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say), to volatile components of tansy,Tanacetum vulgare L., were investigated in order to establish a chemical basis for observed reduction in beetle populations when potatoes,Solanum tuberosum L., were interplanted with tansy. Colorado potato beetles exhibited avoidance behavior to tansy oil, volatiles from intact tansy plants, a hydrocarbon fraction of tansy oil, obtained by fractionation on alumina, and five of the 13 known components of tansy oil that were tested. Crude extracts of root of the forage legumesLotus pedunculatus andCoronilla varia (crownvetch) were toxic when administered orally to 3rd instarCostelytra zealandica larvae. A group of 3-nitropropanoyl-d-glucopyranoses was isolated from active fractions of the crude extracts. These toxins, some of which were already known fromC. varia, have not previously been reported fromL. pedunculatus. The compounds were present in root tissue of this species at a concentration of about 1% dry weight. They include the triester karakin and the diesters coronarian and cibarian, all of which were toxic to larvae ofC. zealandica at levels which could account fully for the activity of the crude extracts.  相似文献

Settling of the potato aphid,Macrosiphum euphorbiae, on feeding membranes was deterred by methanolic leaf rinses ofLycopersicon pennellii, or of its F1 with tomato,L. esculentum. The active compounds in theL. pennellii rinsates were identified as 2,3,4-tri-O-acylglucoses bearing short to medium chain length fatty acids. These compounds are localized in the glandular exudate of the type IV trichomes and may accumulate to levels in excess of 400 g/cm2. In choice assays, purified glucose esters fromL. pennellii reduced aphid settling at concentrations as low as 25 g/cm2; at concentrations of 150 g/cm2 or more, all aphids avoided treated areas. Glucose esters were also active in deterring aphid settling in no-choice assays. At 100 g/ cm2, these esters resulted in increased levels of mortality after 48 hr.  相似文献

Two compounds recently isolated from the defensive gland ofNecrodes surinamensis, -and -necrodol, first representatives of a new category of monoterpenes (the necrodanes), are shown to be repellent to ants and other insects and irritating to cockroaches and flies. The compounds doubtless play a defensive role inNecrodes. The airborne sex pheromone components (Z,E)-9,12-tetradeca-dien-1-yl acetate and (Z)-9-tetradecen-1-y1 acetate from single calling females ofEphestia cautella (Walker) were trapped within glass capillary tubes and were measured by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Broad and similar distributions of relative quantities were found for a laboratory strain and three Australian field strains, and means differed strongly from those reported previously for this species. The overall mean proportion of the two components found for Australian females was 8812. The composition in individuals ranged from 6327 to 973. The proportions for individuals appeared to vary slightly in a random fashion from day to day, and proportions for first-generation progeny were influenced by the maternal blend.Author order in this paper is alphabetical  相似文献

提出一个基于广义Logistic方程构造的二维混沌映射,采用Feigenbaum常数、相图、分岔图分析的方法,研究该混沌映射的非线性动态特性;然后利用该方程生成混沌序列,将混沌序列进行优化改进,生成密钥序列;最后采用输出反馈的加密方式,改变图像的像素值,达到加密的目的。实验仿真表明,该加密算法对密钥非常敏感,有效地提高了抵御选择明文攻击的能力,密文图像信息熵为7.996 94,非常接近理想值8。加密图像像素值具有类随机均匀分布特性,加密图像和明文图像之间的相关性非常接近于0,相邻像素具有零相关特性,而且密钥空间达到299比特。加密方法大大改变了明文图像的像素值,使得密文能够抵御统计攻击。  相似文献
