为了更加真实且实时地模拟运动中虚拟人恢复平衡的反应动作,提出一种针对受到外界作用力扰动的虚拟人平衡保持算法.首先通过虚拟人质心位移和速度来判断平衡性;然后借助生物力学的研究成果设计了具有人体特性的虚拟人运动受扰后的平衡保持方法,并用动力学进行模拟,驱动虚拟人完成平衡恢复.实验结果表明:该算法计算效率高,符合人体的生物力学特性,并且具有良好的交互性与较好的视觉效果,适用于虚拟人动画合成. 相似文献

为了使失效检测满足分布式网络环境的要求,针对分布式网络环境中存在的网络延迟和丢包两种情形,提出了基于失效检测点和二次检测模式的失效检测改进算法。该算法根据误判次数动态计算二次检测时间,在失效检测的准确性和效率之间作了较好的权衡。理论分析和测试结果均表明该算法能够适应网络环境的变化并有效地减小网络丢包对失效检测算法的影响。 相似文献

The corpus callosum has been proposed to contribute to attention by modulating resource allocation between the hemispheres and filtering interhemispheric signal transmission (M. T. Banich, 1998). The resource allocation hypothesis predicts that interhemispheric interactions become more advantageous with increasing resource demands. The selective filtering hypothesis predicts that interhemispheric interactions become less advantageous as filtering requirements increase. The authors tested both predictions by comparing within- and across-hemisphere letter matching under dual-task (Experiment 1) and selective attention conditions (Experiment 2). Task-specific resource demands (i.e., letter processing load) alter the bihemispheric advantage, but the general demand imposed by an unrelated secondary task does not. Filtering requirements influenced the advantage from interhemispheric interactions, providing new evidence for the role of the corpus callosum in selective attention. Although radiation-induced bystander effects have been well documented in a variety of biological systems, whether irradiated cells have the ability to generate bystander signaling persistently is still unclear and the clinical relevance of bystander effects in radiotherapy remains to be elucidated. This study examines tumor cellular bystander response to autologous medium from cell culture irradiated with high-linear energy transfer (LET) heavy ions at a therapeutically relevant dose in terms of clonogenic cell survival. In vitro experiments were performed using human hepatoma HepG2 cell line exposed to 100 keV/μm carbon ions at a dose of 2 Gy. Two different periods (2 and 12 h) after irradiation, irradiated cell conditioned medium (ICCM) and replenished fresh medium were harvested and then transferred to unirradiated bystander cells. Cellular bystander responses were measured with the different medium transfer protocols. Significant higher survival fractions of unirradiated cells receiving the media from the irradiated cultures at the different times post-irradiation than those of the control were observed. Even replenishing fresh medium for unirradiated cells which had been exposed to the ICCM for 12 h could not prevent the bystander cells from the increased survival fraction. These results suggest that the irradiated cells could release unidentified signal factor(s), which induced the increase in survival fraction for the unirradiated bystander cells, into the media sustainedly and the carbon ions triggered a cascade of signaling events in the irradiated cells rather than secreting the soluble signal factor(s) just at a short period after irradiation. Based on the observations in this study, the importance of bystander effect in clinical radiotherapy was discussed and incorporating the bystander effect into the current radiobiological models, which are applicable to heavy ion radiotherapy, is needed urgently. 相似文献

~(226) Ra是一种极毒的α放射性核素,是辐射环境监测中重点关注的核素之一。本工作建立了一种利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对天然淡水中~(226 )Ra快速定量分析的方法。对500mL的水样进行浓缩后,利用AG 50W-X8离子交换树脂和Sr萃取树脂分离基体质谱测量干扰元素(Ca、K、Mg、Na、Sr、Ba等),随后利用ICP-MS对~(226 )Ra进行定量分析。样品分析结果显示,~(226 )Ra全程加标回收率为90%~95%,~(226 )Ra的方法检测限为0.04pg/L(1.46mBq/L,n=10),整个流程耗时约10h。该方法实现了样品中~(226 )Ra的快速准确测量,为日常预警监测以及特殊情况应急中~(226) Ra监测提供了一条快捷可靠的途径。 相似文献
