The effect of reaction conditions on montmorillonite-catalysed peptide formation

Oligomerization of glycine (gly) and diglycine (gly₂) on montmorillonite was performed as cyclic, drying-wetting process at temperatures below 100°C, under varying reaction conditions. The influence of substrate/clay ratio, temperature and pH was found to be different for amino acid (AA) dimerization, cyclic anhydride (CA) formation and peptide chain elongation. High temperatures and neutral pH favour CA formation over diglycine production. An AA/catalyst ratio of 0.2 mmol/g leads to optimal yields. This supports the assumption that amino acid dimerization and CA formation take place at the edges of clay particles. Peptide chain elongation, starting from gly₂, produces higher yields at higher temperatures and neutral pH.     

强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成氯乙酸异辛酯的研究

对采用７３２强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂作催化剂合成氯乙酸异辛酯进行了实验研究，提出了适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明，该法酯化率高、过程简便、产物颜色浅，优于浓硫酸作催化剂。     

Chemistry of hydrogen sulphide under coal liquefaction conditions: 1. Modelling hydrogen transfer catalysis

The work reported here represents initial attempts to develop a complete kinetic and mechanistic understanding of the reaction chemistry of H₂S under coal liquefaction conditions, using both model systems and coal. Hydrogen sulphide was found to promote/catalyse the transfer of hydrogen from tetralin to 2-hydroxyquinoline (2-HOQ). The presence of H₂S can increase the rate of hydrogen transfer from tetralin to 2-HOQ by a factor of 10 compared with the same reaction run in the absence of H₂S. The energy of activation for hydrogen transfer was found to decrease by ≈5 kcal mol⁻¹ in the presence of H₂S. The presence of H₂S was also found to promote loss of oxygen from 2-HOQ to form small amounts of quinoline. No evidence of CC or CN bond cleavage in 2-HOQ was noted under any of the reaction conditions studied. These results suggest that the presence of H₂S reduces the temperatures necessary to promote effective hydrogen transfer from tetralin by 50–75 °C. Moreover, they imply that similar effects occur in H₂S-promoted coal liquefaction.

利用一水合硫酸氢钠催化合成 β 萘甲醚 ,3 6 gβ 萘酚 ,3ml甲醇 ,1 5g一水合硫酸氢钠 ,80℃反应5h ,HPLC分析产率达 78 3%。固体催化剂容易过滤分离。     

对硝基苯甲酸催化酯化研究进展

综述了对硝基苯甲酸催化酯化的研究情况，重点介绍了直接酯化法催化剂的进展，包括酸催化剂和非酸催化剂。认为固体超强酸催化活性高，使用寿命长，易与产物分离，不腐蚀设备，无环境污染；相转移催化剂应用较多，酯化收率较高。     

相转移催化法合成多聚乙二醇二环氧甘油醚

以多聚乙二醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了多聚乙二醇二环氧甘油醚。NaOH为催化剂,季铵盐为相转移催化剂。结论为:作为催化剂NaOH固体效果优于NaOH溶液;四正丁基硫酸氢铵(TBAS)催化醚化反应效果最佳,GC监测表明,二醚的选择性达98％以上;n(多聚乙二醇):n(环氧氯丙烷):n(NaOH):n(TBAS)= 1:10:7:0．08;反应温度55-60℃;反应时间1．5 h;产率83％。
