分析了摆渡木马的工作原理和特点,提出了控制数据从计算机流向移动存储介质的解决方法。根据BLP模型的基本思想,提出了基于BLP模型的摆渡木马防御方案。在该方案中,根据内网或计算机中文件的重要程度,将文件分成不同等级;将用户对文件的访问权限也分成相应的不同等级;当用户对文件进行访问时,通过比较权限等级和文件等级来决定是否能读或写,读或写采用"下读上写"的策略。由于把移动存储介质的级别设为最低,所以该方案能有效的防止摆渡木马。  相似文献

For the validation of a cleaning method in conservation, the examination of the object's surface after the cleaning and the quantification of the cleaning efficiency are significant steps. In this study, several cleaning solutions were tested on a plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) object whose surface was characterized before and after cleaning by optical microscopy and noncontact profilometry. In addition, different methods to quantify the cleaning efficiency based on spectrocolorimetric and microscopic techniques were provided. The results showed that noncontact profilometry supported by optical microscopy and spectrocolorimetry was very useful for the characterization of the plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) surface before and after the cleaning and also for the determination of the cleaners' efficiency.  相似文献

A recently introduced figure of merit for environmental and low vacuum scanning electron microscopes has now been computed in the full operational pressure range for one commercial instrument. The direct simulation Monte Carlo method has been used in lieu of experimental measurements. The theory of this figure of merit is further consolidated. It is shown that a thin pressure limiting aperture can indeed be used as an optimum reference system for all instruments employing differential pumping in the transfer of an electron beam from high vacuum to high pressure. The implications of the results obtained are discussed both in relation to existing commercial instruments and associated literature to pave the way for future progress in the field.  相似文献

By means of multiphoton laser scanning microscopy, neuroscientists can look inside the brain deeper than has ever been possible before. Multiphoton fluorescent images, as all optical images, suffer from degradation caused by a variety of sources (e.g. light dispersion and absorption in the tissue, laser fluctuations, spurious photodetection and staining deficiency). From a modelling perspective, such degradations can be considered the sum of stochastic noise and a background signal. Among the methods proposed in the literature to perform image deconvolution in either confocal or multiphoton fluorescent microscopy, Vicidomini et al. (2009) were the first to incorporate models for noise (a Poisson process) and background signal (spatially constant) in the context of regularized inverse problems. Unfortunately, the so-called split-gradient deconvolution method (SGM) they used did not consider possible spatial variations in the background signal. In this paper, we extend the SGM by adding a maximum-likelihood estimation step for the determination of a spatially varying background signal. We demonstrate that the assumption of a constant background is not always valid in multiphoton laser microscopy and by using synthetic and actual multiphoton fluorescent images, we evaluate the face of validity of the proposed method, and compare its accuracy with the previously introduced SGM algorithm.  相似文献

In this report electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) is used to study different peptide self-assembled structures such as tubes and particles. It is shown that not only geometrical information can be obtained using EFM, but also information about the composition of different structures. In particular we use EFM to investigate the structures of diphenylalanine peptide tubes, particles, and CSGAITIG peptide particles placed on pre-fabricated SiO(2) surfaces with a backgate. We show that the cavity in the peptide tubes could be due to the presence of water residues. Additionally we show that self-assembled amyloid peptides form spherical solid structures containing the same self-assembled peptide in its interior. In both cases transmission electron microscopy is used to verify these structures. Further, the limitations of the EFM technique are discussed, especially when the observed structures become small compared with the radius of the AFM tip used. Finally, an agreement between the detected signal and the structure of the hollow peptide tubes is demonstrated.  相似文献

This article addresses the output feedback control for discrete‐time Markov jump linear systems. With fully known transition probability, sufficient conditions for an internal model based controller design are obtained. For the case where the transition probabilities are uncertain and belong to a convex polytope with known vertices, we provide a sufficient LMI condition that guarantees the norm of the closed‐loop system is below a prescribed level. That condition can be improved through an iterative procedure. Additionally, we are able to deal with the case of cluster availability of the Markov mode, provided that some system matrices do not vary within a given cluster, an assumption that is suitable to deal with packet dropout models for networked control systems. The synthesis of controllers that minimize a performance index subject to a strictly positive real (SPR) constraint is considered. Two controller synthesis methods are presented that are then combined into an iterative algorithm. Each method synthesizes optimal SPR controllers by posing a convex optimization problem where constraints are enforced via linear matrix inequalities. Additionally, each method fixes the controller state‐feedback gain matrix and finds an observer gain matrix such that an upper bound on the closed‐loop ‐norm is minimized and the controller is SPR. The first method retools the standard ‐optimal control problem by using a common Lyapunov matrix variable to satisfy both the criteria and the SPR constraint. The second method overcomes bilinear matrix inequality issues associated with the performance and the SPR constraint by employing a completing the square method and an overbounding technique. Both synthesis methods are used within an iterative scheme to find optimal SPR controllers in a sequential manner. We consider a structural approach to the consensus building problem in multi‐group multi‐layer (MGML) distributed sensor networks (DSNs) common in many natural and engineering applications. From among the possible network structures, we focus on bipartite graph structure as it represents a typical MGML structure and has a wide applicability in the real world. We establish exact conditions for consensus and derive a precise relationship between the consensus value and the degree distribution of nodes in a bipartite MGML DSN. We also demonstrate that for subclasses of connectivity patterns, convergence time and simple characteristics of network topology can be captured by explicit algebra. Direct inference of the convergence behavior of consensus strategies from MGML DSN structure is the main contribution of this paper. The insights gained from our analysis facilitate the design and development of large‐scale DSNs that meet specific performance criteria. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the complete controllability for abstract measure differential systems. Firstly, we introduce several new concepts about complete controllability for abstract measure differential systems. Then, on the basis of the Sadovskii fixed‐point theorem, we give sufficient conditions for complete controllability for a class of abstract measure differential systems. The compactness of the semigroup generated by some operator is unnecessary in this paper, and we show that our results, dealing with complete controllability problem for an ordinary differential system in infinite‐dimensional Banach space, are also less conservative than that in the previous literature. High‐order sliding mode control techniques are proposed for uncertain nonlinear SISO systems with bounded uncertainties based on two different terminal sliding mode approaches. The tracking error of the output converges to zero in finite time by designing a terminal sliding mode controller. In addition, the adaptive control method is employed to identify bounded uncertainties for eliminating the requirement of boundaries needed in the conventional design. The controllers are derived using Lyapunov theory, so the stability of the closed‐loop system is guaranteed. In the first technique, the developed procedure removes the reaching phase of sliding mode and realizes global robustness. The proposed algorithms ensure establishment of high‐order sliding mode.
