用托板法治理岩溶塌陷区的基础沉降

建筑在岩溶区近４０年的大型建，由于岩溶发育，逐步形成土洞，进而发生地基塌陷，并造成墙体开裂，使用托板法进行地基处理，至今已逾２年，未再发生新的沉降塌陷。     

A method for quantifying cell size from differential interference contrast images: validation and application to osmotically stressed chondrocytes

An automatic image analysis method was developed to determine the shape and size of spheroidal cells from a time series of differential interference contrast (DIC) images. The program incorporates an edge detection algorithm and dynamic programming for edge linking. To assess the accuracy and working range of the method, results from DIC images of different focal planes and resolutions were compared to confocal images in which the cell membrane was fluorescently labelled. The results indicate that a 1‐µm focal drift from the in‐focus plane can lead to an overestimation of cell volume up to 14.1%, mostly due to shadowing effects of DIC microscopy. DIC images allow for accurate measurements when the focal plane lies in a zone slightly above the centre of a spherical cell. In this range the method performs with 1.9% overall volume error without taking into account the error introduced by the representation of the cell as a sphere. As a test case, the method was applied to quantify volume changes due to acute changes of osmotic stress.     

水库调水调沙回顾与展望--兼论小浪底水库运用方式研究

作者简要回顾了三门峡、恒山水库调度方式和小浪底工程设计、“八五”攻关和专题研究之运用方式以及碛口、三门峡、小浪底水库联合调度方式等。提出小浪底水库调度应坚持“多年调节泥沙 ,相机排沙”运用方式 ;调控库容应大一些 ,同时要有灵活性 ;充分利用天然大水过程排沙 ,必要时也可相机造峰 ;注重水库联合调水调沙运用及有关技术问题研究     

参窝水库洪水尾巴蓄泄调度

本文应用防洪与兴利矛盾互相转化规律,结合参窝水库调度实际,阐述了洪水尾巴调度的方法。文章指出参考天气预报成果进行洪水尾巴调度可以取得很好的经济效益,同时可以保证防洪安全。     

轧制规程优化设计

介绍了板、带材压下规程及型材的孔型优化设计问题，并指出了设计特点与方法，给出了优化后的效果。为钢材及其它有色金属轧制规程的设计提供了设计方法。     

宽频带函数波形产生器的研制

本文介绍以ＭＡＸ０３８为基础而研制的宽频带函数波形产生器，它可以产生２￣２×＾７Ｈｚ频率范围的正弦波、三角波、锯齿波和矩形波以及与它们同步的ＴＴＬ脉冲信号。     

基于关键闸坝优选的区域水网水量调控

为实现区域水网水量的高效调控,从水量、水生态、水质和闸坝管理等4个方面构建包含10个指标的闸坝优选评价指标体系,以廊坊市凤河-永定河区域水网为研究对象,计算区域内32座闸坝的综合关键指数并给出影响程度排序,采用水动力数学模型验证关键闸坝选取的合理性。结果表明：优选出的永丰闸和东张务闸是区域水网的关键闸坝,通过调节这两座闸坝的开度即可满足区域水网的生态需水和防洪排涝调度目标,保持区域水网较优的水力连通能力,提高区域水网水量调控效率。     

三网融合中的安全风险及防范技术研究

文章分析了三网融合中可能出现的网络和内容安全的隐患,提出了通过认证机制、防护机制、监控机制及信任机制等技术来应对。同时,文章还深入分析了三网融合下信息安全监管问题,提出继续加强融合法律法规建设,适时成立统一融合监管机构,建立融合统一监管标准体系,以及全面纳入信息安全保障体系等一系列三网融合信息安全监管的建议。     

New results on robust output regulation of nonlinear systems with a nonlinear exosystem

The global robust output regulation problem for nonlinear plants subject to nonlinear exosystems has been a challenging problem and has not been well addressed. The main difficulty lies in finding a suitable internal model. The existing internal model for handling the nonlinear exosystem is not zero input globally asymptotically stable, and can only guarantee a local solution for the output regulation problem. In this paper, we first propose a new class of internal models, which is guaranteed to exist under the generalized immersion condition. An advantage of this internal model is that it is zero input globally asymptotically stable. This fact will greatly facilitate the global stabilization of the augmented system associated with the given plant and the internal model. Then we will further utilize this class of internal models to solve the global robust output regulation problem for output feedback systems with a nonlinear exosystem. Globally asymptotic stabilization for nonlinear time-delay systems with ISS inverse dynamics

The output feedback stabilization is considered for a class of nonlinear time-delay systems with inverse dynamics in this paper.An appropriate state observer is constructed for the unmeasurable system states in order to realize the control objective.By adopting the backstepping and Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional methods,a systematic design procedure for a memoryless output feedback control law is presented.It is shown that the designed controller can make the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable while keeping all signals bounded.An illustrative example is discussed to show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
